I wanted to wait a month after the installation to make sure the product held up and it was what we were expecting --and Im happy to say it is everything we asked for and more! We are so happy that we went with Tough Turtle Turf! Touch Turtle Turf did an amazing job with both our turf and pavers. Not only does the turf look fantastic, but its also held up incredibly well against our three dogs. Its durable and perfect for pets! The team was punctual, professional, and kept us informed with daily updates, which we really appreciated. Halfway through the project, we decided to make some changes and wanted to add more pavers. The crew was incredibly flexible and made the adjustments without any issues. They seamlessly incorporated our new requests, and the final result was even better than we expected! The quality of the work is top-notch, and their customer service was fantastic from start to finish. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable. Worst experience of my life dont use this company

This has been the worst experience of my life. We have weeds growing everywhere because of cheap weed barrier, the turf has melted because of a window glare that I wasn t informed would be an issue, and they covered up my sewage clean-out.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Love the look. Jason helped us get the right design for the yard and he was wonderful to work with.

Extremely poor customer service. Once the sell is done, you will most likely never be able to reach or hear from them again.

Wonderful experience with Tough Turtle Turf. From my design specialist Greg, scheduling with Megan to installing with their professional and courteous crew, I couldn t be more satisfied. My backyard turf looks amazing!

Tough Turtle Turf is an excellent company for artificial turf installation. They make the process as easy and stress free as possible. Everyone was pleasant to work with and the work is excellent quality.

Positives- fairly priced and the quality of turf seems ok so far. Negatives- everything else! Their team messed up pavers and then took over 2 months to correct it! They hired 2 independent contractors to do the work and they didn t know how to do it! So they just threw them down and broke them and it was one of the most embarrassing things I ve ever seen. I didn t even mention yet the fact these guys showed up late every day and one of the days were over 4 hours late! Not even a phone call to Let us know! Their team wouldn t return phone calls or told me they would call back and never did. As I got more and more upset (never said anything negative to the staff other than demand they fix it) they began to communicate less. The day they finally came and fixed it, nobody double checked their work. Nobody came by to sure I was happy after they messed up. Not even one phone call after to ensure happiness with the resolution. Do not recommend them. There s better alternatives. They ll sell you on some of their big name clients but ultimately they had some of the worst customer service I ve experienced. We will eventually do our front yard and I won t even consider working with them again after this clown show

We were on the fence with whether to do sod or artificial turf and didn t know where to start with our overwhelming yard. Jason, our consultant, listened to our concerns and future plans, and gave us a great step 1 towards achieving our complete overhaul for our yard. After a years from installation, the DG and turf are both completely garbage. $16k of work gone down the drain. I do not recommend this company. The turf that we had installed in our front yard 12 years ago with another company has never had this issue. After talking with the companies, they will not come out and repair or replace.

I wanted to go with a reputable company for my backyard. I met with Mike and he helped me design a project that fit my budget. Jose oversaw the job and made me feel confident the company would help with any questions or concerns. The crew finished the job on time even though they lost one day due to rain. Cant be happier with the service and now I can enjoy my backyard.

Horrible place to do business with. They installed my turf and everything was good for about 6 months. Then the ground underneath started to deteriorate, the grass was falling apart and the edges were fraying. I called and emailed to get the issues fixed. No response. I had to finally file a claim with the BBB just to get a response. Once they responded they tore the grass back, said it was gopher holes and left. Grass was never repaired or even put back properly. I now have seams running through the grass, the ground continues to crumble in several areas, the turf is fraying and they refuse to do anything. Once they get your money you will never hear back from them. Don t make the same mistake I did.

Our turf installation by Tough Turtle far exceeded our expectations. Patrick turned us on to a quality product that suited our needs perfectly. Junior and his team are precision craftsmen, paying great attention to detail. The base was as least as thick as they had promised, well compacted, and leveled to perfection. The end product has transformed our house, and we couldn t be happier.

After purchasing my home in January, I knew there was some work that needed to be done to the front yard. Tough Turtle brought my front yard back to life and gave my house its curb appeal back! The salesman and crew were very attentive from day 1 and we re always willing to listen to my wants when it came to my yard. I spent a lot of money to have a portion of my backyard done by Tough Turtle Turf, with the idea that I would have additional turf needs in the future for my front yard. However, while the installation seemed to go well. The crew did not grade/ slope the yard properly for water drainage. As a result, water drained toward the house and got into a couple of the rooms. It has now been over a month since TTT has peeled back a section of my yard with no date to fix the mistake. Furthermore, the rep, Tyler, assigned to our account has been unresponsive. I just want TTT to fix my yard so my kids can play again. Be cautious of TTT.

Tough Turtle Turf, Rocks!!! So where do we begin? Where we should. Thank you, Tough Turtle Turf!!! Our front yard looks Amazing! This is our 2nd successful and beautiful project with Tough Turtle Turf. 2 years ago we had our back yard turf done, so with the knowledge of their expertise, we reached out to them again. From the moment Greg Zamora arrived at our home, and listened to our ideas, he quickly analyzed our yard and provided us with some additional ideas to enhance upon what we were thinking. He measured everything out, drew up our plan, crunched the numbers and voila! Our project was raring to go! Once the project date was scheduled, materials arrived on time, as did the crew. They went straight to work tearing out the old, to bring in the new. The project foreman, Emilio did a wonderful job keeping things flowing and his crew moving. Even though it was in the 80-degree temp range, these guys worked to complete our project. This crew s work ethic and pride were evident in every phase. We found them incredible! Within a matter of days, we have a beautiful new turf and pavers enhanced front yard. We ve already received several compliments from passersby and neighbors. Once again, Thank you Tough Turtle Turf. You ve added to our happiness and added beauty to our home!!!

We love our Turf!! Last year we called Tough Turtle Turf and Jason their sales person came out and worked on a whole redesign of our front and back yard. We ended up not doing the project at that time. When we were ready again this year we called Jason up and he came and we worked on the design again and signed the papers the same day. 2 weeks later Jason s crew was installing our turf and pavers! 1 week later we had a full new front and back yard! All the neighborhood kids love playing on the turf and skipping on the stepping stones!

I could not recommend Tough Turtle Turf highly enough! From the initial contract it the final walk through, the team was fantastic to work with. They listened well to our thoughts, the crews were kind and courteous, and they followed through on every last detail they promised (+ a few extra things they didn t have to do!). Not to mention that the product itself is high quality and gorgeous. It feels like we added hundreds of usable square feet to our house. Big shout out to Jason Hayworth, who walked with us from design to final installation. Again, we couldn t have been happier.

This company is garbage! They have horrible customer service. They tell you that their work is covered under warranty but when it comes time to fix there mistakes they make up excuses and avoid your calls. Huge waste of time and money. I do NOT recommend this company and consider them a bunch of scammers. They tell you during your initial consult that the designer will be onsite throughout your installation dont believe them. They don t show up to the installation. Turtle Turfs crews are not employees but are subcontractors so should require some oversight. The pavers that I had put in were uneven. The center of where the pavers meet caved in from improper installation.

My work with Tough Turtle Turf was nothing short of amazing!! My Design Specialist, Mr. Greg Zamora, came out to give me my quote and was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I had gotten a few other quotes with other companies but ended up choosing TTT because of their professionalism and because of my meeting with Greg. I knew the work would be fantastic and I that I could trust him and the company! My project coordinator, Aaron Gonzales, was very professional with me when getting everything scheduled. He sent me a very thorough email of what to expect the day of installation. My project managers, Jose Viveros and Alexander Mager, did a walk through with me to verify everything and set up a group chat for myself and everyone working on this project for an open line of communication should I have had any questions. Carlos and his crew showed up today right on time when they said they would be here. They were all very professional and kind as well (seems to be the norm with employees from this company!!). They worked diligently and were very responsive when I asked questions and even went the extra mile for a side request I had for the old turf that was being replaced. Overall, my experience working with them was unmatched. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about any part of this process. I am completely satisfied with the work they did and the finished product. I would recommend this company, Mr. Zamora, Jose Viveros and Alexander Mager, Aaron Gonzales, and Carlos and his crew to everyone I know!

Take care of your hard earn money and go somewhere else. The product looks great on the surface. in less than 6 months after installation I had problems with the way they prepared the subsurface. It took them a long time to come out just to tell me that it wasnt covered by the warranty. Almost nothing is covered by their warranty. Go somewhere else. By the way, the installers were contracted out... none of them were wearing tough turtle shirts. Go Local!!!

We were referred to TTT from a friend and fellow Labrador Retriever rescuer. Jason was our estimator and became our rep throughout the process. We are extremely satisfied with TTT. From the estimate, to the measuring, billing / financing, to the installation of our turf. 5 stars without a doubt. We are long time Labrador rescuers and have a home and dog sitting business. We needed a trustworthy product for our business and Tuff Turtle Turf came through for us. We would HIGHLY recommend Jason and the crew that performed the installation. Kudos TTT.

We recently got a puppy and wanted to put in artificial turf in our back yard. Mike and Jose went above and beyond to design and install our pet friendly yard. We love our new backyard. I highly recommend Tough Turtle!

Purchased Turf for front yard. So satisfied decided to add on. Promised grass would match because it was a continuance. Was not the same grass when installed. You could see the seam and addition was different. Contacted company let them know.Contractor came and promised to fix. New turf was installed and it looks worse its darker than the Previous one. Not happy with outcome. Looks awful and its on the side of the street where everybody can tell its two different products.

So disappointed. Took a day off work for an appointment. Nobody shows up. They claim to not have my appointment on the books. Said they would look into and call back.. NO call back. I have to follow up and now reschedule? For what, another lost day of work? So unprofessional! So disappointed. How about I bill you for my lost wages?

My girlfriend and I love our turf for our 3 dogs! The install team was great and our salesman, Joey, was awesome! Highly recommend using this company!

I had an appointment with this company for a certain time and date, and i waited for them to show up. I called about 15 minutes after the appointment was supposed to happen and they told me they were over booked for that day. Not one call text or email to let me know that no one was going to come. These guys are horrible at communicating with the clients. Please be careful

Nate and his crew were great! The install was quick and clean. They have great attention to detail and the best industry warrant based on our needs. My pack and I are very happy with the turf and will be recommending them to anyone looking to turf their yards!

I recently had artificial turf installed in my backyard. The consultation process was smooth and the team was able to accommodate a scheduling constraint that I had. In the days leading up to the installation, the Project Manager was not communicating well and I had to reach out to get statuses. The team that they sent worked for three days when I was promised two, and during that time, I was not told that the work would be needing an additional day until I returned home to see that the work was not done, with my side gate left open (again, despite having a text three hours earlier that said that it would be done that day). This extra day would not have been annoying/worth bringing up here if there had been any sort of communication. I was not told that any usage of water would be required for this process (to help settle the base material that they moved in). All that being said, I love the end result. Just some communication issues prevented it from being an overall good experience. TL;DR - if you are planning on using this company, know that they do good work, but be HYPER VIGILANT with your communication with them to avoid frustrations.

Shopped around with a bunch of turf/paver companies and Tough Turtle Turf s representative Aaron presented the most competitive offer. I only had about 600sq ft of yard to cover and my plan was simple but Aaron really helped expand my initial idea and me and my family couldn t be happier with the results. My dogs absolutely love it too!

Service was poorly managed. In the end there was no final inspection from project manager. There were multiple request for some corrections in the end and no one took action. I was super disappointed. If I had to start it all over again, this would never be my consideration!

My wife and i are looking to convert our backyard into an outdoor living area. Met with Jason Talmage tonight. Jason was very personable, professional and honest. No pressure and very plesant. He gave us some additional ideals. If you are thinking about getting turf or just an ideal about design, we highly recommend setting up a meeting with him. If Turtle Turf tells you during your initial consult that the designer/salesperson, Mike, and the production manager, David, will be onsite throughout your installation dont believe them. Neither showed to our installation. Turtle Turfs crews are not employees but are subcontractors so should require some oversight. When I asked the production manager, David, why he wasnt at our home for the installation, he replied its a simple straightforward project and he didnt need to be there. Well this simple project has become a major problem and inconvenience. At the install, some base material didnt arrive on time in the morning so the crew decided to nap for 1-1/2 hours on our property. An organized project manager wouldve ensured it arrived early. Additionally, the crew stored tools on the top of our brand new AC unit. In the afternoon, even with all material on site, the crew took another hour-long break/nap. This time on the newly installed turf.. After completion, the turf had many wrinkles, was uneven, and had very ugly, visible seams. The Turf was also not nailed down on some edges. Even after requesting a new production manager, David finally decided to show at our home the next day to briefly look at the turf. Again he did not stay to oversee/supervise the repair which corrected the wrinkles but did not correct the visible seams. A third visit by the same (subcontracted) crew still did not only correct the seams, but actually made it worse. The abovementioned issues (and photos) should be of major concern along with the several others posted online with similiar negative feedback.

Its been less than 24 months since turf was installed in my backyard and I already have multiple sink holes across all of my surfaces. This type of claim is supossedly covered under Tough Turtles warranty, but it seems they are dodging my calls and do not want to repair. It is bad enough that this type off grass issue is already occuring so soon but to add, I have been contacting Turltle for 3+ months with no response; each time I call I am assured a manager will follow up and have even left messages with said supervisor, but no luck. quick to sell $$, slow to back up their name.

We contracted with Tough Turtle Turf for artificial turf around our pool. The service was scheduled for mid August, but due to an emergency, we had to cancel at the last minute. The sales rep indicated that we would need to accept delivery of the turf, etc. because it was already on the truck. No problem. The delivered it and placed it directly in front of the garage doors, even though they were instructed where to put it (nowhere near the garage doors) We had to have someone come out and move everything so we could get cars in and out. Several weeks go by and someone calls and asks how were enjoying our new artificial turf. I dont know I say. Its still rolled up and sitting in our yard. A few more weeks go by and someone calls to schedule. The only day they had available was right in the middle of our vacation, so she said she would call back. Next thing that happens is a crew shows up at our house at 7:30 on a Saturday morning - no appointment, no notice. They start to work, but soon realize they dont have half the stuff needed to do the job. So off they go to get some supplies. When the realize again that they dont have enough of what was delivered, they begin to make the project smaller to fit what they have. NOPE. The reason we went with artificial turf was so we didnt need to deal with vegetation around the pool. Work stops at about 2 pm as we all attempt to reach someone - anyone - who could authorize more product. No one called back - not Saturday, not Sunday, and not today, even though they state on their website they are open Saturdays and Sundays. You can see in the picture how they tried to reduce the scope of the work to fit. Thats a difference of about 2 feet at the widest point.

please stay away from them. Overpriced and the contractor they found to install is not professional

I am absolutely devastated with this company. I saved up for years to be able to get this done. I was not warned that it would melt. I was told NONE of my windows would cause an issue. I contacted them and they want to charge me extra to fix it! Unbelievable. This is 3 months after install.

I can t say enough about this team. From sales Jason Hayworth to project manager Diego. Jason was very knowledgeable does not push the sale but does give you the details and necessary information you need to make solid good decisions. And Diego the project manager and his team were awesome showed up to work and did just that. They kept to there schedule worked around material delays and still worked the project and made adjustments along the way The team is awesome reliable I highly recommend you asked for both Jason and Diego to do your job! You won t be disappointed

***BEWARE*** Dishonest company and bad ethical business. I was a returning customer who previously had turf installed with this company and thought a second experience would be even better. I was wrong. After receiving a quote from the manager, he strongly suggested I should commit and pay the deposit to get on the work schedule, so I could get the turf installed soonest. I paid. It took over a month to get the required HOA documents sent to me, and even then, it was incomplete. Almost a month later, they called and said the turf I selected was not available, but would be available the following month. Fast forward almost two months later, I still had no scheduled turf installation date and still no HOA approval due to incomplete documents, which the company was to provide. I contacted the manager and the corporate office to request a refund of my full deposit, based on the circumstances, and explained my situation in detail. They ended up refunding only 50% of my deposit, which feels like highway robbery. Bad ethics and poor treatment of what was a returning customer. Look elsewhere for a quality turf installation company.

He s always available, and promptly responded to my questions and concerns. The workers were awesome, who even did some extra works that I requested and were very professional. I paid over 14k dollars for a small backyard and was told the ground would be leveled first which it wasnt. Now we are having problems installing a shed as the slope is too great. Was told that they would put a nice border which ended up looking like old scrap wood. The person in charge, Gregg said he would be there every step of the way and he wasnt. He was supposed to come back yesterday and we waited all day without him showing up. I had initially told Gregg that I was worried about seams. He said not to worry. When the guys were going to leave, they said they would give us some extra pieces for the shed area. Im assuming its because they knew how much of a slope it was. Well, no extra pieces and a big slope. Now we have to cut into the new turf to our the shed up. Not a happy customer

We recently made the decision to have our lawns (front and back) replaced with turf. I had not idea where to begin with getting quotes or what questions to ask. When I first called Tough Turtle Turf, I was greeted with a friendly woman who walked me through the process. Within a few days we had an initial walkthrough scheduled. Patrick was right on time and SO GREAT!!! honestly, he is the most friendly and knoweldagble salesman I have ever meet! He bought us all about the turf and answered all my silly questions (ie... we have 3 dogs and where does the pee go?!) It took a few moments after he left to decide we would be using them for the job! Patrick kept me updated throughout the process prior to install and was onsite when the crew arrived on the first day of work! Install was SO fast and the crew worked so hard!! We could not be happier with how it turned out an our entire experience with Tough Turtle Turf! It feels so good to have a bright green lawn (that looks SO real) that we dont have to water or mow! Pat and my husband are now buddies. Pat is super personable. He coordinated our turf installation. If we had a question my husband could call him up and if he didnt know an answer he would call him back after he figured it out. Those who installed the turf worked quickly. The process took three days. Overall we had a good experience working with turtle turf. Neighbors have been complimenting our yard.

Pat and Tough Turtle Turf were extremely professional, customer-oriented when helping with our front yard. They offer 3 day install, and actually completed the job on time. We re very happy with their customer service and the professionalism of their staff. We receive compliments from our neighbors on how much the love the turf. Great design team, took what I had in mind for my yard and turned it into reality. The estimate was within my ballpark (wasnt the cheapest and not the most expensive, very competitive) and the whole process to go from estimate to complete install was simple and quick. The finished product is just amazing. What sold me was there was no hidden details, went over every detail of the process. The turf supplied looks like actual grass and not the fake rolled out carpet grass.

We recently had turf installed with Tough Turtle Turf. I called the company to get a quote for our back yard, they sent a salesman to meet with me just a couple of days later. The salesman and I walked through my back yard together, I gave him detailed plans of what I was planning to do with the turf. We chose a date for installation, on that day, 3-5 men showed up and worked very hard to get the job done. We ran into a miscommunication issue, but Tough Turtle was quick to reach out and work with us. I would use them again, the turf looks great and their customer service is top notch.

Very Bad experiences. Took my deposit, made empty promises and postponed the project for some bogus reason, threatening with legal action since they think they are big corporation with legal team in place. All I do is exercise my freedom of speech as it allows. Beware. Dont waste time with this company

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Tough Turtle. I spent 8k on the turf. The workers permanently stained with their boot prints on my cement slab that I just paid 4K for. I called and texted several times without any response. So disappointing from a company who claimed they were so reputable and honest. They haven t done anything to try to fix the situation or respond in any way that they damaged something I spent 4K on. So now, what if I need help with the turf? There is supposed to be a warrenty. Are they going to ignore me for that as well?? So between the cement and the turf. Did I really just lose 12k????

Called this company, someone came out 1 week later gave an estimate and took a small deposit. 3 weeks later I was called to make an appointment date. I was upset because they told me it would be a few days. When they called to make appointment they said 2 months. I asked for a refund, they said that they can do it in 2 weeks. 2 weeks goes by, the day before install they call me to tell me they don t have stock of grass I wanted, and if I would like to change to a cheaper products. They charged me a deposit, postponed me twice and in the end ended up canceling me because they didn t have the item I ordered 2 months prior. When I asked for a refund they hung up on me, I called back asked for a refund and someone told me it would be refunded, over a week ago and no refund in sight. They charged me the full amount of the job as soon as i said I wanted to cancel. I do not trust this company, beware of fraud.

I asked to have the grade reduced, so the area would be useable without a slope. They followed the existing grade and said it couldn t be flattened. I went to another company and they were able to do as I had requested. So I had to pay twice for the same area to get it done right. In the picture, I had asked to have it level with the board. I would not recommend this company.

Do not ever go here, we had a sales person from back in February. We didnt get turf until August, he up and quit and no one bothered to take over our contract in the office. We called this company for months to set up installation and get our financing going (like originally discussed). We couldnt get a straight answer. When we finally got install set up, they send us a man name Cesar. He is a complete joke and NEVER responds to you. He charged us 1k more than the original contract and charged our credit card after we already had approved financing and TOLD HIM NOT TO. Then they installed our turf without the dog prevention when it was also discussed originally. He was not help to us and tried to charge more for their mess up! Worst customer service I have ever had. DO NOT GO HERE, you are better anywhere else. I worked in the turf industry for years and the rumors about tough turtle are true. JUST take a look at the other reviews below....like what if I have an issue in the future? They going to fix it under warranty, charge me or ignore me?

This company had the worst reliability. I made an appointment with them to come out to give a quote and twice they called an hour before to reschedule saying their person went to the emergency room. Given that this was the same excuse 3 weeks apart, sounds pretty fishy. I still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and postponed for a third appointment and they are currently no shows. Total waste of time even calling these guys.

Had some turf installed in my backyard, great value for the money. Joey was professional and helped us with everything we needed.

They did a fine for the installation but after we had an issue with the turf. In my multiple attempts to communicate with them to resolve the issue, they have been unresponsive, the poorest customer service I have ever experienced, unorganized and simply a nightmare to deal with. We decided to hire TTT due to their post installation warranty and support. We have been extremely disappointed and would not recommend TTT for any job.

We used Tough Turtle Turf this summer to complete our backyard and I highly reccomend them to anyone looking to get turf. Alex was our salesman and he was upfront, knowledgeable and very friendly. The installers were great, showed up on time, leveled everything perfectly and got our project done in 1 day. They were courteous and respectful of our space. I highly reccomend Tough Turtle to anyone looking to get turf installed!

Weve struggled to keep our yard from having dry spots over summer and were done paying high water bills. We have a very complicated work schedule and Nate was willing to work around the times that we requested. On the day of the install the workers came on the time that we scheduled and we courteous of the property and clean up leaving us with no extra work.

We LOVE the putting green Tough Turtle installed! Nate come out a few days after we called for a free quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable of how to get the best use from our small space. We love to golf and he was able to sneak in a putting green on the side of our house! Positive

Jeff from tough turtle turf took very good care of us. It came out amazing very impressed with his team they treated my place like there own and cleaned up very nicely when done.

Do I think that TTT did a good job on the new addition that they added to my yard? Yes. Do I think that they did a good job on the repair work from gopher damage that was on the contract and paid for? No. I would not sign off saying that the job was complete until it was completed. I got scheduled over a month out to complete the repair and promptly received a notification in the mail that legal proceedings would proceed against me and a lean would be put on my property in 20 days. Ultimately I contacted my sales person and got the work crew to complete the job to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I know not every TTT customer goes through this kind of hassle but I can not recommend a company that threatens me with legal action even before the job was completed.

We used Tough Turtle at our new home and after a few months, the turf was cut and scratched. After months of back and forth with them, they eventually stopped returning our emails and phone calls. This is a shame because we were repeat customers of theirs and had given them referrals. We wont use them again.

A four man crew came in and got straight to work, super impressed with how professional the guys were as well as the quality of work they were putting out. I highly recommend Tough Turtle Turf. When they orginally laid the grass, it had a defect in the turf that looked as if it was a big long burn. When I asked about it they came back patched it up. It looked a little better but you could see the patch. Because of COVID, I was going to bother but decided I would post a review. When Tough Turtle saw my review they contacted me to make sure that I was happy with the outcome. And since I wasnt, they come back and replaced it with all new turf! I am very happy with they way the handled the problem and it shows that they care about their customers and their company. They clearly want all us to be 100% satisfied. What more could you want?! Oh, plus the new grass they put it looks great!

Very disappointed with this company I just have their services and install the turf lesson six months ago and has a burn because the windows nobody told me that the windows will burn the turf I just received the paperwork With warranty because they told me that I need to pay it off before they can send the paperwork I paid before the year and I know it is the color on my chart of was different and they came and checked and they said it s nothing that they can do I have to buy another piece of turf and they can install that with additional payments.

Would not recommend this company. They came to give me an estimate and never heard from them again. Called on 3 separate occasions to get some sort of communication and I was told I would receive a call back, and nothing. Poor salesmanship and communication so cant imagine what would happen after an install if I needed them.

Our experience with tough turtle was amazing. Brandon showed us various samples and worked with the budget we had. The knowledge and customer service that Steven Silva gave was 5 stars alone! Set up an appointment for them at Sams Club and as promised someone called me 24 hours in advance confirming the appointment. 30 Mins prior to my appointment the consultant called and also confirmed. We met and discussed possibilities. There were some points where I asked for certain design aspects where I was suggested not to. Fine... Was then told I would receive information via email within a few days - never happened. Called the Consultant where he told me they dont do that and will only deliver in person. I gave my available schedule and have not heard back since. I called their corporate office in San Diego where I was greeted promptly and assured that this will be taken care of. Waited all day for my promised follow up call which did not happen. called back to the office and she told me they were sending emails back and forth trying to get resolved - i expressed my concern that I was not involved. she said they would call back - Never Did ---- Dont call them or schedule with them - total waste of time - Sams Club will also be notified - I had a full on new house landscaping job that they just walked away from

Dont waste your money. We decided to go with Tough Turtle Turf because we were given the impression that the turf was higher quality than we could get from the hardware store. We were sadly mistaken. We had problems with the install and once they finally finished laying the turf it began melting from window glare and along our vinyl fencing. We immediately looked into correcting the window issues and had film installed. The installers then came out and said the film was not going to be good enough. No one has a solution for the turf melting up along the fence and I am not convinced that the windows are putting out any more heat than my fence is. We have been dealing with the company since the end of June and now dont get our phone calls returned nor our emails replied to. We were told the turf has a 25 year warranty, we will be lucky to get 6 months at this rate. I would never do business with this company again. There is a complete lack of urgency and know feel like we have been put on the back burner. We were excited to have the yard done but have been continously disappointed.

Brandon & Greg were awesome. The yard looks amazing! They put in gopher mesh and so far it s kept gophers from coming up through the turf. It was a big job and their whole team worked quickly to get it done. We kept a small part of our yard real grass for our dog and the turf looks a million times better.

Salesperson (Kai) was diligent, found a hole in our front yard and identified the potential price increase b/c of gopher problem (it wasnt gopher hole, but the for sale sign),. Saleperson wasnt pushy at all, no follow up calls. I called him after 2 weeks after we had the roof fixed and he honored a small discount the quoted us at. The installation team came in and turned it around in 3 days - very efficient and clean. Looks great.

We happened to have the owner come to our home for an estimate for Tough Turtle Turf. We liked him very much and he gave us a fair offer to install the grass. Our experience with the company was excellent. They came on time, four men worked very hard to remove the old grass and prepare the surface for the Turtle Turf. They were efficient and neat. The project was completed within two days. The quality and warranty for the product we selected is excellent. I would highly recommend doing business with this company.

I just want to take some time out of my hectic schedule to talk about my great experience and my perceived value with ToughTurtle Turf. Turf is something I have been considering a while, doing my research and due diligence. I got multiple bids from a few of the industry leaders and though they werent the cheapest, I couldnt be happier with my decision to go with ToughTurtle Turf. It started with my salesman Mike who discussed financing options and design, and drew a footprint that made the project really come to life. What began as my idea of just turfing my yard ended up to be a very functional stone paver patio with a fire pit surrounded by cool blade (their signature product). Miguel was my installer and I have never seen a group of young men work so hard from sun up to sun down. Work ethic like that appears to be a lost art these days. Greg was my project manager and was attentive and communicated throughout the project. In a day and age where Im constantly over promised and products and services under deliver...these guys are the REAL DEAL! My dogs and I spend so much more time outdoors now and when my grandkids visit they play all day getting them away from their electronic devices, which to me, was worth every penny. Never been compelled to leave a review even though I should have written numerous poor reviews, but I cannot say enough great things about this company.

Bought turf a year and a half ago due to problems with gophers. The salesman that came out gave us a quote so we went ahead and did it. During the contract write up we asked the salesman if we were for sure getting gopher mesh which he replied yes dont worry it is all part of the package. Since then we have had many issues with holes under the turf and when they inspected there was no mesh and the Gm told me over the phone that we did not elect for the mesh. I informed the Gm that we would have not done it without mesh due to big gopher problems in our neighborhood. I stated that the salesman said it was part of the package which the Gm laughed and stated we have no packages and stated that I should have known this. Terrible business shady sale people and they do not want to stand behind their work. So it is either give them another 1500 dollars to do it right... the way we were told it should be done or have 12k in turf that will not last 5 years. Do not do business with this company.
