5 stars is not enough for Clarke and his team at Le Perv Landscape. From the start Clarke was very professional. He listened to what I wanted, gave me some recommendations and tips from his expertise and experience, and never once did I feel like he was trying to up sell me. In fact, he was the only one of 4 companies I met with that gave me a reasonable price. The other 3 just tried to gouge a first time home owner. Even when my wife and I threw variables at him, like delaying the work to have our first kid, and then of course all the rain that came over the holidays, Clarke and his team never rushed, or pressured us to finish the job. They adjusted their schedule, protected our yard from the weather, they really went above and beyond. The guys that came to the house to do the work were amazing. Tyler and Chris were so friendly and polite, and I feel bad I can’t remember the name of the other two guys. They all took amazing care to protect our house when moving their equipment and supplies around. They were prompt, informative, and just so nice. Again I wish I could give them more stars and I wish I had a bigger yard for them to work on. I plan on only ever calling them for landscaping, and you should too.
Le Perv did a great job of cleaning up after the last landscaper disappeared and no maintenance was done for 2 months. They were timely and customer oriented, did what was ask and more. I am very happy with the results\, A++++
After 18 months of Le Perv service, the place looks terrible; weeds, patchy lawn growth and poor trimming. We contracted for a complete update of the irrigation system. The work was done poorly, and several re-visits required, but still it is not correct. The owner claims we are difficult clients; difficult for expecting contracted work to be completed!
Le Perv Landscape did a wonderful job on transforming our front yard. Our yard was overgrown and in need of a face lift. From the design to completion, we could not be happier. We liked working with Clarke on the design and the crew did a great job of bring the design to life. Our neighbors are driving by and giving us the thumbs ups. I would highly recommend Le Perv to anyone.
I contacted Le Perv Landscape so they could come out every other week to clean up my backyard. We have a lot of Bamboo and it was very hard to keep up with the maintenance myself. His guys are very quick and professional and always leave my backyard looking spotless. I highly recommend Le Perv for all your landscaping needs.
Clarke and his friendly crew do careful, thorough and artistically delightful work.Tthey are flexible and talented. I asked Clarke to use all of my existing boulder material from a previously disassembled landscape job. He complied to the letter and only brought in what was needed to create a beautiful result. He worked with us on pricing, and his 30+ years experience proves itself. We look forward to continuing the next phase with Le Perv. They are superb!
Great experience and outcome with removing an failing retaining wall and a ton of foliage and replacing the wall. Clarke was very quick to respond to our initial inquiry and kept us informed throughout the process. His estimate was fair, and his workers were prompt and worked quickly. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

This business is the worst they have bad customer service and they don t do their job professional also they ripped off their customer. Don t hire them
This company was hired to plant seven trees in my yard. Initially the company was courteous and promised to put a second support stake in the ground for each tree but later told me it would cost an additional fee close to $700. This I refused to pay as it was not part of the original agreement. The company also planted the trees overly deep which caused three of them to die. They did replace one of the dead trees but again planted it too deep. While I heard initial good reports about the company, I have had a bad experience with them and would not recommend.
We recently took over a family member s property that had been neglected. Le Perv sent 3 guys to clean up the property and even got dead brush off our hillside in one day. We thought it would take 2-3 days. Professional, nice...we highly recommend Le Perv!

Reading the previous reviews Randalls comments are pretty spot on. My husband hired this company and they destroyed a fan palm we have in yard by trimming it to the extreme and their reasoning was company policy. Just also spent thousands of dollars resurfacing pool and decking and these guys are dropping palm fragments in the pool without cleaning up, etc. The owner responds with find someone else. Ive already had enough and plan on it. Way over priced by the way for he size of our yard. Dont bother hiring. Also, sent emails previously asking questions and Clark never responded to those. We dont have random metal pieces and coat hangers , whatever it actually was lying around in our yard. We have two toddlers. We notice things. Keep making excuses.

Le Perv Landscape has provided consultation, landscape maintenance and landscape remodel construction for many years at my properties. All work is accomplished at a most professional level of care. I highly recommend Le Perv Landscape.
Hired Le Perv for our home and was willing to pay more for a licensed/insured company with professional staff. They were $220 a month where previously I was paying $160. The previous crew did a better job by far. Le Perv took 3 weeks to trim a hedge in stages, leaving it unfinished for those 3 weeks. It looked stupid. Also they charged me $15 three consecutive weeks in a row for applying round up to weeds that were too close to my Morning Glory plants. The round up almost killed the good plants and they just left the dead weeds there for several more weeks until I asked them to remove the dead weeds. $45 extra for weed control?? Where it shouldnt have been sprayed in the first place? And they didnt remove the dead weeds? The owner takes days to return calls or emails and when he does, he doesnt address the request or issue thoroughly. Leaves questions unanswered and issues unresolved and his crew doesnt follow up. The crew cut a flax plant by hacking it half way down the shoots. No landscaper worth anything would do that. They removed one plant upon my request and they didnt get down to the roots. Also they left one planter for 2 months without removing clovers that are starting to take over. I asked them to remove them several times. It would take about 5-10 min at the most to do. I would not recommend them at all!

I am the property manager of the Promenade Mall in Pacific Beach Ca. La Perv landscaping has been consistant. I have repeatidly requested them to check in with me upon arrival, and they still have not done this. We have ongoing projects to work together on. The current two man crew is difficult to communicate with as they do not speak any English. They have left early on numerous occasions telling me they have too many jobs today. When I asked them to transplant some small jasmine plants, they did not dig out the roots and merely cut the plants off at the soil line, killing them. They did replace them after having to send photos etc.to prove this. The crew changes frequently, seeming like the turn over rate is high. One earlier crew who did speak English was great, and we had good communication and were working well together, then they were let go for some reason. So I am not giving a bad review, but I hope it will improve.
