Such a great experience with John. We had a strange and complex situation in our crawl space under our home. We had significant flooding from ground water and rain water from last years rains, causing a bit a land slide under our home. After talking with a handful of landscapers and drainage experts, John was clear, concise, and was able to lay out a plan of how to best mitigate our issue in a budget that worked for us. He is present, available, and full of insights regarding a variety of projects. He helped with our crawl space drainage, set up a sump pump, a drain, as well as put down LOADS of gravel, and helped to stabilize our pylons so as to reduce the risk of any damage done to our foundation or house structure. Thanks, John, for a great experience and alleviating our stress!
It was a fairly straight forward irrigation replacement job, but they got it done faster than expected and very clean. They gave us more flexibility for future changes and used high quality fixtures. We will definitely be using John's again.

John was very professional and easy to work with on my project. He and his crew came out and removed bamboo fragments and yucca tree pulp from a very large section of my yard. They removed all of the debris and leveled the dirt. Next, they built a beautiful horizontal fence that completely transformed my backyard. They were quick and did a fantastic job. He and his crew took great care in our backyard landscaping project. They installed new sod (with all instruction for proper care to make sure it takes), John recommended concrete landscaping edging to replace the wood edging we had from previous landscaper and we were extremely happy with the end result. Our yard installation has made for a much more enjoyable space and even with a time crunch on our part for a deadline, they met the deadline with beautiful results. I will definitely be contacting John for our next outdoor project and you should too.
We had a very old irrigation system with 4 valves we had to manually turn on. John used what existing wiring we had, fixed and replaced what was needed and now it s all on a timer. His knowledge of watering fruit trees versus palm trees was very helpful. He stuck to his initial quote and got the job done in 2 days. I highly recommend John s Lawn & Garden.

Ghosted me twice. He lied via text . I have a gorgeous yard on a great coastal property. I would have spent $5k to get my sprinklers working well again, 9 stations with at least 5 heads per station. I had hours mapping out the system and talking with. . Loser in my opinion. Dont waste your time.

I highly recommend Johns Lawn and Garden. They did an amazing job on our fence falling over and built us stairs and also put in cement stairs for a safer path for us to get to the alley. I have also thought why dont we have a gate and stairs to go the backyard from the front yard they built it for me and I love it. Thank you, I will definitely hire them again.

John took much care and insight on our job. He gave great advice. We cleared out, leveled and drained our backyard and built a sloped space, added a wall and put down rock to store our toy hauler. We are so happy with the finished result.
Called and made appointment for them to stop by and quote the work. They never showed up, never called, etc. Tried contacting them again and got no response. Response to Owners Comment: I sent the information to the number as directed and an even sent a follow up text.

My irrigation system desperately needed to be rebuilt! John was just the man for the job. I changed my old inefficient sprinkler system into an entirely new water saving drip irrigation unit. John didn t just rebuild my irrigation system, he also took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and how to repair it. John taught me how to add new watering heads, reprogram my timer box, and explained what water flow rates were good for what plants. He saved me countless amounts of money by not selling me anything I didn t need, and even fixed items I was ready to pay to replace!
