Starting off with a few tips to have a smooth install: 1. Know what you want (as in the type of artificial grass as there are lot of choices) 2. Try to measure the square footage of the space that you need turf installed 3. Shop around. Talk to at least 3-4 installers/companies After I did my “shopping” around, I narrowed it down to Turf Depot / Chloe + Pedro and another company based on price per SQ FT and professionalism. After speaking with Turf Depot, they referred me to Chloe and Pedro, one of their preferred installers. Chloe reached out and was patient with me as I was out of town. Made an appointment after telling her what I am looking for and our total square footage which was only about 190, a small project. I went with a soft 2 inch artificial grass as that was what I wanted. It was priced right with the costs of materials, install, and clean up. Fast forward to install day, Pedro and the crew came through with two big trucks went to work at 8am. They got rid of the weeks really quickly and proceeded with the install. All in all, I believe they were done by noon and everything looked great. It’s been a few weeks now and the turf looks great. I’m curious to see how long it lasts as time progresses. Without hesitation, I would recommend the Turf Depot along with their installers Chloe and Pedro.

I should have put in turf 10 years ago. It’s fantastic for the dogs- no mud or digging. Cleans up really easily.

Kurt is the epitome of customer service. (6/5) even that my turf melted a bit (more on that below) It has been 8 months since they did my turf (I got the Pebble Beach). And I have to say it turned out quite good and has passed the test of time (so far). But the reason I waited this long to write a review is that only a few days after installation, a part of my turf (1.5 by 2 feet) melted and made me a bit sad and bitter, which wasn't a quality problem, but rather our fault. We had left a transparent bucket half-full of water out there for few hours under 85 degree sun. So it melted a portion under the bucket. :(((( I was so sad and heartbroken for our perfectly installed and lush turf to be imperfect so soon only a few days after installation that I didn't feel like writing a review. Why 6/5? But I have to say the whole experience at the turf depot with Kurt and his unmatched customer service and patience and help and classy salesmanship (non-pushy, just helpful like a considerate friend) is still fresh in my mind so many months after and I really wish him and his son and Family and the whole turf depot the best. I am really wondering how the season turned out for him and hope he gets the credit he truly deserves. By the way the product is amazing albeit my melting experience. It has 16 years warranty so too early to tell if it will pass the true test of time, but so far, the product is great and I absolutely recommend it, especially if Kurt is still there, lol (just kidding, his colleagues seemed nice as well, but I can only speak for Kurt who helped me for weeks that I was trying to decide and match it with my other backyard projects) .

Came all the way from Carson City to look at their turf and when we got here at 1:30 on Saturday nobody was here and the doors were locked. A few other people pulled up right after us to also find it was closed. If you have hours you should be open during those hours please and thank you.

Had to call them to get directions. Mr Garcia was so helpful to us. Explained the whole process to us about artificial turf. I thought you just put it on the ground and secured it. Boy was I wrong. The guys there are friendly and helpful to get you where you want to be on your project.
