This place has it all, irrigation, hardscape, lighting... The staff are very helpful and you can't beat the prices compared to the bigger shops. Ask for Tom he'll take care of you. 👍
An excellent place for fumigation materials that you can't find at the typical home depot, I bought some things for wasps and they were very helpful, called ahead and the nice people at the front put the can that I needed right at the checkout for my wife to pick up call my highly recommended

Friendly people, good prices, but very unprofessional with delivery. Was told my order would be delivered at 9am, was there to receive it and start the work day, called after waiting for 30 min, and the worker refused to give me even a ballpark time for delivery to plan my work around. Friendly on the phone other than this incident, but please keep in mind if this is the kind of delivery service you'd like

This is the only place that has the parts I need for my very old irrigation system. After much frustration and a very extensive internet search I finally found this place. Unfortunately, they were closed by the time I found their address on the internet. However, I was able to get the part I needed within 2 minutes of walking into the store on Monday with the help of a very friendly employee who was able to answer my questions. I will be returning for more parts later. I spent hours trying to find parts on the big box store sites to no avail. I do have to say thank you to Peter at Home Depot who also suggested I visit SiteOne. I wish I had run into him sooner because SiteOne has everything I need.
So I call for a price for fertilizer 15 minutes before I get there the guy doesn't tell me that they're out of it he just gives me the price and says OK have a nice day. If someone calls for a price for something it would probably be best to tell them that they're out of it right now.
I had to replace my sprinkler valve controls and thought I give this store a try. Bought $43 dollars worth of items including a pipe cutter. The store clerk whom helped me find the supplies I needed provide good customer service. But the pipe cutter chipped on the first use. I took the pipe cutter back to SiteOne the next day and was told there is nothing they can do. I am sure if I bought the items from Home Depot or Lowe's, they would replace or refund me the item. Poor customer support!

Very helpful staff, pleasant shopping experience. Out of a lot of stuff, but that is because a lot of landscapers shop there. Good prices, about half of what the big boxes charge per unit.

Fast for a quick quote for my clients
They do not honor the internet prices. The in store prices are much higher and it is cheaper to buy online and pay for shipping than it is to actually go in the store and use your time and gas. I wasnt impressed with how they store their products, I ended up going to home depot and giving them my money. Hydroscape lost me as a customer when the manager would not match the price they show on their website. The business model is flawed, good luck in chapter 7.
