Since weve had this service, approximately 3-4 years, we have not experienced any weeds or issues with outside pests. When weeds occur or apparently missed, the technician, Alan, immediately comes back to provide an updated service.

Service is always prompt and unobtrusive. Lawn has been weed free for as long as I can remember with these guys.

Poor the service guy do not do as he was supposed to. The wasp nest are still on my home and that was one of the main reasons I contacted you guys!

Barefoot M has increased rates and now tips are solicited via text when you rate your visit. Concerning tips this is a flat rate service which assumes you will receive quality, consistent, thorough service every time without an expectation of tips or being solicited for tips. Not a fan of how these changes were communicated to customers; you saw the charge before getting a notice of the rate increase.

These are the best we have worked with in San Antonio. And there have also been a few I would never recommend. Honest. Capable. Responsible. What more do you want?

Zero would be better. They billed me for a treatment, but left my house in less than 10 minutes. I never saw them after I talked with them at the door. There is no way they can treat a 2600 sq ft home in that amount of time without at least walking the perimeter. They never walked past any windows or even had the dogs on alert. Dishonesty is something no one should ever tolerate. He should be fired!
