I contacted quality lawn care earlier today after getting stood up by another landscaping company. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone offered me a evening appointment at 6-7pm and never showed up for the service. I called and text off and on for about a hour to see what was going on and never received a explanation for standing me up after scheduling to have my property serviced every 2 weeks. Completely unprofessional to commit and waist our time when we could have went with another company. What a waste of our time and ruined our plans for a gathering are having the next morning. Thanks a lot for nothing.
Ricky was great! I needed to have a rental property mowed quickly as the grass got very tall. I called that morning and left a voicemail, and he called me back within the hour. He was able to go and mow my property shortly after, sent photos, and had it all done in a few hours of my initial call. I will definitely use him again in the future.
The guys did a great job, I tipped them a little more than they asked for. They did extra things to make things look great even though I didn’t make them do it. I appreciate the effort they put in I know my grass but high but they did a great job and even cleaned up all the cut grass and everything. Well done Gentlemen!
