Heavenly Lawn Care Service in San Antonio

I called them numerous times to service my lawn. They even sent me a quote that included the wrong property and address. I even talk to the owner and he told me that he would come out same day and nothing. Not so heavenly.

Called and spoke with Telly about a lawn dethatching service. Unfortunately, he did not work my area. I was so impressed that he took time to explain to me about the de-thatching process so that I could be more knowledgeable about what to expect when I did find a company offering that service in my area. He also let me know that I most likely would not need that service based on my grass type. I appreciated his time and honesty. No wonder so many reviews are positive.

Telly did an amazing job with my lawn. I had tried other lawn companies before and they just didn t show up. I should have called Heavenly Lawn Care first because he showed up on time, he stayed even when it got dark to finish the job, and the pricing was very reasonable! Very happy with his work and his great communication.

These guys were stellar! They were responsive of my situation, they fit me in on a full schedule, and basically just made it happen! Use them and you certainly will not be disappointed.

I called this morning to get a quote to have my lawn serviced every other week. However, he wanted me to text him my name and contact information for his convenience. I asked if he could please take it over the phone, but it was easier for him to copy and paste my information into his system. I agreed and asked if we could schedule an appointment today to which he replied, I can t drop everything to go over there. I m busy with a full schedule today. I can go on Sunday. Today is Tuesday so that is a long time to wait for a quote, and I wasn t asking for him to drop everything, simply schedule an appointment to give me a quote. The struggle was too much just to try to give them my business. Good luck getting a quote from them!

Was initially quotes $65-75 but when they showed up the price went up to $125. I agreed to pay $100 and then $75 every 2 weeks. Telly let me know two different times when they would do my lawn but never showed up or let me know he couldnt make it. This company is not honest. Find another lawn service.

Called to get an estimate for grass to be placed in my front yard and I assume that I was speaking to the owner. Surprisingly, I was met with a very pompous attitude and was told that since business was so good that they really didnt need my business. For some reason, the assumption was made that I didnt live in SA, I repeatedly stated that I did. Not sure where the disconnect happened, I only wanted an estimate for the work to be done. This was my first time calling and because he sounded confused, I declined to use their service and was told that we were not a good fit!!! Not sure where that came from but I just wanted an estimate for my yard!!! Beware!!!!!! I said that I live in San Antonio, on the outskirts of Converse (not Cibolo)! I only mentioned Converse to give you a point of reference for my resident. I am thinking that it may have been a very busy and hectic morning for you. God Bless!

Owner was great and came out the same day I called to provide an estimate. The crew was great and worked really hard to get this project done. I had killed the grass in the front yard and it became to hard for me to take out the grass and put soil in. Im happy I went with this company to get this done, it got completed 2 days after the estimate in a few hours and they even went the extra mile to make sure my whole lawn was leveled and ready for me to seed. I will definitely be calling back when Im ready for the backyard to get done.

Best company I worked with thus far! 5 STARS! Mr. Telly and his team did a wonderful job. They are professional and courteous. When I was dissatisfied, they came right back over to ask how they could make it right. I have two kinds of grass laid and they went out of their way to educate me on the uniqueness of each kind of grass and their tolerance. I was looking for them to cut my grass lower than what was best they were extremely patient with me. In the end I sided with the professionals ;-) I will be using them again! Thank you.

The name doesnt match at all. 2 days later they corrected their mistake. So they kept their word. Ill use them again. Great work

We had weeds as tall as me. Took pictures sent them to him, he gave us a reasonable price. Worked around our schedule. When he showed up he went over his whole process and broke down the service. No hidden extra cost. Cleared all the weeds mowed and seeded. Great job looks great. Definitely recommend. We will definitely be using him for all future yard needs!!

Super responsive and super service! Our first experience with Heavenly Lawn Care was 5-star worthy. The team had a lot to tackle after the Winter weather, and now it looks like a new, Spring yard.

Great job

Telesforo Dias and his crew started by first de-thatching, edging, and mowing both front and back yards. He then sprayed weed killer and dropped weed and feed granules. He followed up with dropping grass seed where needed and covered seeds with top soil. He then spread compost throughout both front and back. Its been over a week now and I can see the existing grass turning a nice, deep green color. Now waiting for the new grass to sprout. Excellent work done by Telesforo and crew!

I called them around 9am and they were able to come same day to cut the yard that was ridiculously tall. They charged a very fair fee and even with the grass being almost waist height in the backyard, they were done in an hour. Fantastic work, and Ive already recommended them to a bunch of my friends!

They came our short notice, and with potential rain. My yard was overgrown and a mess. They knocked it out, in the rain, in under 2 hours! They were fast!

I wasnt planning to make this review but all 5 stars draws attention like it did mine. I called to use them due to great reviews but first time customer, well almost,and they never showed up as promised for an estimate for future services. Im not impressed.

Not on time. Quote had to be revised. Very unprofessional. Equipment for job not readily available. Did not fullfill contract. Had to explain 3 or 4 times what I wanted done. Brush left on street on next block. Will not reccomend to anyone.

The Crew came in and did a great job. They edged up the edges real nice, and cut the yard evenly throughout. I appreciated that the grass trimmings were blown off of all concreted areas. A BIG plus is all of my belongings like my bbq pits, water hoses, etc. were placed right where I left them. I will definitely use their services again.
