Horrible experience with the driver and hit my vehicle!!! The driver and passenger clearly saw me as I was trying to merge over with my blinker on and still managed to hit my vehicle, the passenger started to laugh after the 4x4 pick up truck hit my small passenger vehicle! Then tried doing a hit and run afterwards!!!
Benders has been taking care of my lawn for about 6 months now. I am very happy with their service. They have a larger team than average that work very well together. They do not rush, pay attention to details and get the job done nicely. I am very satisfied with being able to communicate my needs and preferences. Every time that there is something I would like to adjust I let their coordinator know and it is addressed. Prices are fair. I tried independent services and large companies. So far they are my best Sa Antonio Lawn care experience.

We've been in our house for a little less than a year and are so happy to have found Benders! We initially found Benders last summer because we were looking for a company to mow our lawn on an as-needed basis during the drought (not every week or two weeks as some companies require). Their mowing, blowing, and edging services are excellent. After realizing the extent of the services that they offer, Benders then became our go-to company for everything landscape related. They replaced the backflow of our irrigation system and made other sprinkler repairs. After the Christmas 2022 freeze, our landscape was looking terrible -- but Benders came and had everything looking fantastic in only 3 hours! Benders also aerated our lawn and applied compost topdressing this spring. Benders has outstanding people on their team! Davina, in customer service, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Jose has done much of the work in our yard and he has always done an exceptional job. Benders offers excellent value and great customer service. We highly recommend Benders and look forward to continuing to work with them for our landscaping needs. —- Just want to follow up on my initial review. We have continued to have such a terrific experience with Benders! Since my initial review, we’ve had Benders complete two major landscaping projects, including a flagstone patio for our bbq and pathways around the back of the house. Every spring, we’ve been having them come back to clean up and add mulch to the garden beds, aerate and add compost to the lawn, and plant new perennials and shrubs. So impressed with all of their work! Davina is wonderful to help plan projects and Humberto’s work is always outstanding. This is definitely our go-to company for everything landscaping. Highly recommend!
We have had the pleasure of working with Benders for the last year and a half. The crew members are friendly and always have suggestions on what we can do to make our yard look it’s best. They go above and beyond what you would expect from mowing service. If you are looking for full care service at a reasonable price Benders is definitely a go to.

On time, professional, and honest work. The crews worked quick and were attentive to detail.
We just hired Benders Lawn Care to clear out overgrowth and weeds at the edge of our backyard and replace with rock and a gravel pad for a new shed. They showed up promptly in the morning and didnt hesitate getting to work. The final result looks amazing and when they were done they cleaned up the work area very well, leaving it all looking much better than when they started. We will definitely be calling them again for other landscaping needs.
Owner is a joke called since Wednesday and they always say he in the field or. Out of town yeah ok he us a joke
Carlos and his crews are very professional, hard working, and friendly. They worked tirelessly in this south Texas heat to complete the job to our satisfaction and ensured everything was correct and to our specifications before they left. Carlos stayed in constant contact with not only his crew but us as well throughout the project.

John Manders and his crew completely redesigned and reworked our front yard in record time. They arrived on time and worked continuously to remove all existing, overgrown shrubbery and sod, and then installed steel edging, weed block fabric, decorative river rocks, flagstones, mulch, and plants according to the new plan. Johns design ideas were great! He is reliable, thorough, and very easy to work with. Benders Lawn Care & Maintenance did an outstanding job!

Benders is a professional company who got the job done quickly. They came out and performed a free quote quickly after I submitted a request online, and were willing to be flexible with the payment plan. They did a great job improving the curb appeal of my front lawn as well as re-sodding the backyard and cleaning up the palm trees, rock beds, weeds, etc. within two days. My landscaping looks completely refreshed. Most impressive about Benders is their professionalism and how they do business. They make guaranties on their work and left me with a feeling that I had been dealt with in fairness and honesty - which has been difficult to find in my past experiences. The pricing was fair, the landscapers that came out were friendly, and I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their landscaping for a fair price while dealing w/ professionals.
