My mother has the lawn care service and the last 3 applications they did not do the weed control and we have had to contact them multiple times to come back out and do the weed control. And to top it all off her lawn was heavily damaged by white grubs this year and none of the technicians that came out even bothered to look into why the lawn was dieing. The technicians arent being trained properly anymore and it seems like they are just thrown to the wolfs and told figure it out. She will be switching to thrive landscaping for all future services.

Dusten was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even took the extra time to help me understand my options for a sprinkling system in the spring.

Service is a scam, still being billed.months after we ended service with them.

EDIT: DO NOT HIRE THESE CLOWNS. It is 3 months later and they still won t stop coming or charging me. They are unethical and won t respond to your emails, nor will they call back when you call 6 different individuals. Their customer service is a joke. I was recommended this company by a good friend who has had good service, however, I had an unprofessional and wasted experience. They were quick to get my credit card info a week ago and haven t even showed up to do anything yet. First, I was quoted a different price over the phone than it came out to be. I had to do the math with my spouse to figure it out! The pricing was confusing, it appeared that the person on the phone calling me about service (the sales team) doesn t know what their own prices are. I was told someone could come out at 6:30 am in 2-3 days and was told they had pet-safe and garden-safe sprays. I m dealing with wasps nesting in my fence and it s been crucial to get someone out. After I was told it was actually a little over $400 a year to get someone out quarterly, not $200 something, I still went with Senske to get someone to treat these wasps ASAP. But they took a week to schedule me, without even stating a time range, and I assumed since the lady on the phone said she d put in the notes to do early morning, that it would be early morning. Well, I get a call at 1:30 in the afternoon yesterday when I m at work. I can t just run back home in the middle of work and let the technician in. So the technician reschedules me for the next morning and he promises he will be there at 7:30 am. I waited today 6/28/24, was late to work thinking the wasps would finally get sprayed, and when I call him at 7:31 wondering where he is, he says someone (scheduling?) took my house off his schedule and he can do my house on Monday. So if you have any emergency with wasps or other insects, don t go with these guys. They will quote you different prices and you ll be unsure what you re actually paying, and then cancel your appointments.

Technician was quick. However, did not pay attention to edges very well where weeds and dandelions tend to find seats and grow.

We used Senske for the first 2 years we used Senske on our home. We decided last year to try and to it ourselves. That was not a great idea- we had weeds come back and our lawn was also not as green. We just started back up. Kody did a great job! Thanks!

Third year with Senske. My lawn has improved steadily over that time. Their tech consistently keep me well informed about when they are coming and communication via written report on the service performed and what I need to do to maximize results.

Kody called and let me know he was on the way which is very helpful with my dogs. He was quick and efficient.

Two years ago state experts told us not to water because of the drought. Grass is resilient and will recover they said. I lost my lawn to weeds! I had to burn most of my yard. Senske helped me recover my yard and Neighbors tell me my lawn is the best in the entire neighborhood! SENSKE customer service is superior to other lawncare services.

Please read all of my review and you may think differently before choosing this service. Here i went back since I was coHavento do so. The sales person actually was giving me a 19.98 per application and so i went back. Well bad idea people they charged me 49. This added up and then when I canceled once again they were totally disappointing and not listening i had 3 to 4 application and charged 109 to 149 and wow i believe they scammed me and did not do what they said they were going to do when I first got back with them. I am so disappointed and yes will be going with another company. My other review was from the first time i became a customer i should have learned my lesson then. I do not recommend this company. Havent experienced these guys yet but waiting on the results of course. So we will see how they can revive this pine tree and the rest of our homes landscape. Until then I will give them 4 stars. NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER Oh by the way didnt revive pine tree. I had to cut it down roots and all. Wow Well update for this business and not satisfied at ALL. Was told one thing and they didnt do what they were supposed to. Applications they say theyre doing or going to do dont happen. Lawn is dead on one side, weeds and no updates from any senske people when they come do my neighbors lawn. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Since I was told to do these Applications for lawn and trees and shrubs but not working LIKE THEY SHOULD AND WAS TOLD. I believe I will have to go elsewhere.

I have had Senske taking care of our lawn, shrubs and sprinkling system for many years They have done an excellent job and are always attentive to our needs. They even went the extra mile today and spot sprayed our weeds Thank you! Positive

Christian identified the weeds that were out of control and knew that they needed a specific weed killer that is not mixed in with the general fertilizer. He did a great job spraying the weeds with a separate weed killer. Then he put the granulated fertilizer the rest of the grass.

After dealing with many schedule conflicts and undelivered promises, I cancelled. Their office staff clearly makes promises their drivers cannot keep. I finally just decided to get the bags of fertilizer from IFA and already seeing better results. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND, especially if you have a closed yard that you need to be home for access.

I called Friday to get my lawn over seeded and aerated and they came out Monday and got it all done within 20 minutes. Elias spoke with me before hand and addressed my questions.

Kody did a great job. He called ahead. He asked how to access the backyard. He asked if there were areas of concern with the lawn. He said he would hand spray some spurge that I pointed out.

Our technician called to verify the service and also changed to a different type of fertilizer because our dog was out and I wasn t at home to put him in. Very thoughtful

This is a mixed review from me. We had some communication struggles with regard to what treatments I wanted on my lawn and when, and in general I felt like I didn t receive the level of communication and attention to special instructions that I wanted. In the process however my case was escalated to Nathaniel Lyons and I will say that the level of care and attention that he personally gave my case is to be commended.

Senske has been awesome! Jaden came and talked to me about concerns he noticed with the lawn and what services he completed. He was very professional.

Joey did an excellent job this month. We like our association with Senske services, our lawn always looks great!

I never got an invoice so I think it was canceled due to extreme hot temperatures!

Our latest tech Dustin did a great job of letting me know what he was doing for the treatment and very caring about letting me know when my dogs could go back out. Always appreciate the service techs.

They have not communicated clearly between each other or to me starting with their first visit until their 4 earlier this week. No one pays attention to the notes about the treatments and they still have not successfully diagnosed and then treated my lawn for the issue they say is the issue. They are quick to get you set up for installments, and they are responsive, but they have not been on the same page with each other once.

Dustin came and walked through all of my problem areas to make sure he took care of what I needed!

They just sprayed pesticides directly into my house. They were spraying trees on my neighbors property adjacent to mine and my windows were open. They guy sprayed right through my windows. I ran to start closing my windows and was yelling at the guy to stop, he looked at me, paused, and continued spraying. I have tried to contact a person at Senske to tell me what pesticides I just inhaled and was told I dont have an account, so I cant speak to a human and was forced to write an email. I have videos and photos of the entire occurrence. Additionally, my animals were outside and now cant stop shaking their heads/scratching their ears. Deplorable business practices. I NEED to know what pesticides just infiltrated my home. DO NOT use Senske!!!!

UPDATE: Chris with the local office reached out the following day, and was able to get a technician out at my convenience within the hour. Thank you for making it right. I have been a client for lawn care and pest control for several years. I have never had a problem until today. I requested a pest control re spray and rearranged my schedule to accommodate the first available appointment, as the next available was 10 days away. I called FIVE times within a period of 5 days to request an estimated arrival window. Each time I was told by customer service they would reach out to the tech to have them call me. Not only did they not call, they never cancelled or showed up. Not only was I inconvenienced, two other family members were inconvenienced by coming to my home to wait and leave work early to wait. This is unacceptable service and it is my hope that I will be compensated for my family s time and inconvenience. If not, Senske will lose a previously loyal customer. I doubt they will care.

We ve used Senske to service our lawn and trees for the past two years and happy with the results. It appears we re the only lawn on the block that s not covered in dandelions.

Brandon texted before he came out to our house. He answered any questions I had and worked quickly and covered all areas of my yard.

I had them a previous year and had a couple hiccups so I chose another company to do it the next year, they were 10x worse so I decided to give senske another try. So far they have been doing a much better job, I am already receiving compliments on how good my lawn looks, hopefully it remains that way throughout the year!
