Lawngevity has been caring for our yards for 2 homes and over 5 years. They just remind its time to spray and set up, drive over, and keep our lawn green and growing on our scheduled times available. Apparently our lawn has started getting toadstools. Lawngevity will fix that

Real Bad!!!! There tech told the management that he swrayed my backyard when my back 6 feet gate was locked. So my backyard never was treated. Also, I was billed for the wrong size yard. Be real careful if you use this company!!! If you can not trust there techs something is wrong!!!!

They say on service they mow maintain yard. I was told when I tried to hire them they only do bug and fertilizers service. WTH? That was weird. The website is incorrect. They say they do the services on the website but not when you speak with them total bs.

I was completely exasperated with my lawn. After spending more than i ever have, it was the worst it looked. I called Lawngevity on a referral from someone at Ace hardware. The owner Tim came out, and i asked him for the bottom line bad news of cost for total lawn care next summer. He gave me 3options, starting with me trying again with all the products I purchased.. and sending me a schedule if how and when at NO CHARGE! Or could bring me products and schedule at LOW COST, or their full service (which i might opt for) that was STILL mor cost effective than any other lawn service ive tried. Tim has my business for life!!

Ive been using this company for 10 years with great results. They are always prompt and contact you before coming to do the service. I have dogs and I like that they let me know when they are going to arrive, so I can make sure my dogs can be inside when they come. They always remember to close the gate, are respectful of property, and a do excellent work.

We have used Lawngevity for over 5 years. After trying other companies and fertilizing on our own, we still had weeds that would overrun our lawn. Lawngevity is always on time with their services and our lawn is weed-free and always so green. We lie down on our grass and it feels like soft carpet! Highly recommend Lawngevity!

One year I tried to save money and didnt use lawgevity, that was a bug mistake. My yard looks so beautiful when they are in charge. Just had lawngevity guy finish applying a treatment. He took the time to ring the bell and show me some things and tell me when to water and how long. I love having lawngevity take care of my yard.

After having used this service at our home in Taylorsville for a few months we kept getting told Oh just wait & it will get better after the weeds are gone. Not only did the weeds flourish, but our grass was killed in both the front & back yard. We switched companies and just after the first couple treatments, not only did the weeds die, but our lawn looks amazing A few other people in my neighborhood had the same issue and changed providers as well. When we called to talk with someone about the issue, it was a very cold, cut & dry conversation and there was no kind of customer retention, customer service, they just didnt care & then they keep billing us. If youre looking for a positive change, this is not the company to use for your lawn treatment.

Ive used Lawngevity for years. Excellent service. I get weed and fertilizer plus some insect control and disease control. I get a 10% discount by pre-paying for the season and after that it is set it and forget it. They get the job done and leave helpful comments on the paper they leave at my door after each treatment.

Great business to work with. They are responsive, and most importantly, their product actually works! We have always had green grass with no weeds or dandelions in the past 5 years.

We have used LawnGevity for many years. They always send notification prior to arrival and after service is completed. They are prompt on the timeliness of the applications which allows for our lawn to look its best every year!

I wish I could write a better review, but Lawngevity ruined our grass by over fertilizing and burning the grass and before we knew they had ruined it we asked them for advice on how to fix some of the problems and they told us we just needed to get new grass. They shouldve been the ones to help with the problem, not cause it.

I called to let them know, and they were right back out and handled my problem, no charge. I appreciate good customer service and i will not do business with any company that does not provide it. I had a previous bad experience with one of the bigger name brands killing off some of my hedge bushes due to overspraying a weed killer so I switched to Lawngevity and have been happy since with no service problems. They always let me know with a text before they arrive so I can water appropriately and have responded quickly to any texts or questions I have sent them. When I have had trouble spots, they offered helpful ideas on how to help the lawn recover with good results.

I have been contracting services from them for about 5 years, had some what I thought was crabgrass , I saw them do my neighbors yard so I ask the technician if he knew if indeed it was crabgrass he said it was so we hire them, after a 4 years of this grass not going away we happened to see another technician I asked him if the so called crabgrass was going away he answered me in a mocking manner THAT IS NOT CRABGRASS ! who told you that? I responded YOU GUYS did he laugh and told me you have to remove the grass and replant new one, thank you guys for lying to me and mocking the whole deal.

Ive used LawnGevity for over 5 years now. Their rates are reasonable, and Ive been able to just set it and forget it.

Tried most of the lawn treatment vendors. Lawngivity is the only consistent one. No weeds, green grass, notification prior, treatment signage, available by telephone, no billing problems.

I have used for 3 years, and get the annual program. Lawn looks noticeably better than neighbors, never have to worry about it. Always punctual, tidy, provide good tips to improve the lawn. I signed up my kids when they bought their homes. Reliable, honest, and effective.

Tim and Leslie are good friends of ours. LawnGevity has kept our lawn green, bug, and weed free for years. I appreciate them letting us know when its time to spray.

Do not use this company! Awful experience.

I was referred over to Lawngevity by my sprinkler repair guy. He mentioned that he had personally not had his yard sprayed, but hed worked with them on other projects and they were pretty fair. When I called them, they were polite and got me in pretty quickly to get my yard sprayed. I asked for details on how yard spraying for weeds works, and was told that weeds to start to curl up, go brown and die within 1-2 weeks. I called them between week 1 and 2, and mentioned that my weeds were actually thriving and growing even faster. The lady on the phone assured me that they would start to brown, curl up and die, and that the next treatment would have even better results. Well my friends, here we are at week 3, and my weeds are about 2 feet tall and looking a very vibrant green. When I called in today to cancel the service, the only response was ok. Nothing else. No give the weed spray a chance to work, no Im sorry to hear that. Just okay. They clearly arent going to stand behind their products or claims of how it works. I will be sending in my check for the one spray they did because they still deserve to get paid. But, I would not recommend this company to anyone. And I give them an extra star for getting me on the calendar so quickly.

We made an appointment with them today for between 12/noon and 4pm. They never showed didnt even call us or anything. Im not very happy right now. Its currently 9 pm.

Terrible service. They said they will text me before come and spray. No heads up, they came and sprayed. They killed part of my lawn and it has been two weeks since I called for an investigation. The technician came when I wasnt home and not even a call from the company about the diagnosis. very disappointed. Stay away from the company!

I just moved from a condo and this is the first time I am taking care of a yard by myself. When I bought the house, the weeds were knee high and the yard is a complete mess. I signed up for their full program (NO CONTRACTS - YAY) and they contact me each time before they come out. I have had 3 applications this year and it has made a huge difference in my yard. They helped me understand the different grasses I have and have really gotten the weeds under control. The other thing I love is that it is safe for my pets. Their chemicals dry quickly and my two dogs are outside the entire time. The office staff is very great to work with and they told me that the business is locally owned and operated - even better! I highly recommend this company.

I was getting off the 600 s exit moving to the left lane in a large truck when a lawngevity truck doing close to 60mph came flying around half in the lane half on the shoulder and then when i stopped next to him at the red light he acted like i was the jackass. That guy is going to kill someone driving like that. License plate E419VM

Avoid this company at all costs... We had them service our lawn this year thinking the would do a better job than some of the bigger name players. Not the case at all... The item that forced me to fire them was a massive Grub infestation with our lawn that is covered under their service. As part of their monthly service they missed it, so we called and asked them to return.. They returned and missed it again... Could not find any grubs issue (So odd for a professional company to miss a massive infestation of Grubs... we have pictures of the grubs and damaged Yellow lawn area to prove it, not to mention the lawn pulled right up as the grubs ate all the roots)... I demanded they come back again... they treated my wife and I like we were idiots (Office customer service is horrible, asked for manager was told that was who I was speaking with). They said they would be another week before they would return to our area at which time I said to cancel my account and Ill treat it myself requesting a refund. Planning to go with a much better company like Senske... These folks really dont want your business.

Im very surprised at the negative reviews, my experience has been nothing but great. I got referred by a friend and from the first call the staff was helpful. The workers that have come to my house are friendly and do a good job, whether you are at home or not. My lawn is much better for it and I can tell a difference. I also did the bug killer service they offered last summer and WOW, it seriously worked. Ive never had a professional spray my yard for bugs but they got it done and I didnt see another spider the rest of the year. Give them a chance, my guess is most of the happy customers such as myself dont get online to post reviews, but the unfortunately upset ones usually do. Cheers.

Buyer BEWARE! I ordered 2 bug spray treatments in 2013, in which I made an appointment to meet the serviceman in person and paid with a check at the completion of the service. I have not requested any further treatments from Lawn Gevity since October, 2013. I just received a bill for 2 bug spray treatments that they claim to have done this spring, 2014. I did not request the treatments or witness anyone providing any treatments. When I called and talked to the receptionist and then the manager, I was told that because I had done business with them last year, I was on a re occurring automatic treatment program. I have not signed any contracts asking for this program. How can a company use previous contacts and provide services that were not requested, and then demand payment?

Lawngevity has disappointed me twice. Both times I ask them to kill weeds in my yard and both times they only killed a small amount of the weeds. The entire front lawn does not appear to even be sprayed. I called to inquire about it and all the technician did was argue with me. No one would listen to what I was trying to say. They just kept repeating that they could not spray again for 2 more weeks. I only wanted to ask what to expect but they talked over me and were condescending and rude. I have since contacted Green Point which will come and talk with me in my yard, do an assessment of what the weeds are and work with me to solve the problem.

Terrible customer service from the office personnel. Extremely rude. I was not appropriately informed of recurring service, unwilling to negotiate charges for unrequested service that was cancelled. Actual lawn service is okay, but the people that are on the front lines that you have to talk to are some of the worst out there. Save yourself the stress and frustration. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
