I don’t know what the magical elixir is that McKay of Bountiful Lawns is using on my lawn. But whatever it is, it’s amazing!! In all the 15 years I’ve lived in this house with this lawn, it’s never looked so good!! It went from being pretty crappy to being pretty great in one summer. I’m truly impressed and will continue to work with McKay as long as I have a yard.

Bountiful lawns has done a great job turning my lawn around after a couple of years of weeks, crab grass and other issues. McKay has been reliable about coming when he says he will come for treatments, and proactively helping improve my lawn. They have also been very good at communicating throughout the season.
They helped me realize what I was doing wrong with my lawn and now it looks much, much better. I really like their emphasis on reducing water consumption and how much they try to do things the best way for the environment. I’m very happy with their service.
Highly recommend and extremely satisfied! My lawn has a weird combination of grass and weeds and it was very unpleasant and ugly. Bountiful Lawns came and a gentleman named McKay sprayed my lawn. He was very helpful and told me exactly what I needed to do for next steps. We talked about bugs as well and he sprayed around my house for insects. I have noticed almost immediate improvement. I would recommend to anyone wanting to step up their yard game!
I was really happy with bountiful lawns and their service. Our whole building used to get lots of ants and their treatment fixed it. I haven't seen one yet! Really satisfied! Whatever they put down smelled good too.
We weren't having much success with regular fertilization. They were able to immediately diagnose the issues with our lawn and recommend a custom treatment plan. I don't love the idea of paying someone to put down generic chemicals that I could do myself, so I really appreciate the extra value of a personalized remediation plan with quality products!

Update: McKay responded to my review very quickly. He called me today to talk about what happened. He was not who I originally talked with, and was very good to work with. We worked out a plan and he was at my house within an hour. He was nice and professional, and went out of his way to make it right. I have changed my rating to 5 stars based on McKay. I will definitely use him again. Submitted a request for an electronic quote, didnt hear for anything for 2 weeks. Called the company to request a quote and was told that they would call me in an hour. Many hours later I received a text asking if Id been helped yet, and could they come to my home the next day for a quote. I was working that day, and asked if we could meet on Thurs or Friday instead. They chose Friday morning. The appointment came, and passed, and I texted them when they were an hour late with no word. There was an apology, and said they could stop by late that afternoon or the next day. Told them I was working the next day, so needed to be the same day as our scheduled appointment. Never heard from them again, totally ghosted. Looking for someone else now that these guys sure dont want my business. Very disappointing since others seem to love them. Would give zero stars if I could.
Our lawn has a lot of problems--grubs, dying spots from the drought and a faulty sprinkling system, clover, black medic, and other broadleaf groundcovers throughout it. McKay had products for all those things and spot treated the areas that needed it. Its been 4 weeks and we see a significant reduction in the broadleaf weeds. We also see a resurgence of growth in the dry areas. He has stayed in touch and been willing to go the extra mile to solve our problems. Its too soon to be able to tell about the grubs, but based on what I see so far, Id highly recommend McKays services to anyone.
