Worx Landscaping & Snow Removal in Salt Lake City

One of your trucks with a big trailer just zoomed up our narrow, 25-mph residential street in Murray going what looked like 35 mph. There are cars parked on both sides, lots of cats and dogs and kids live here, too. Slow tf down.

Havent used their services. However they do work in a residential area before 7 AM which is prohibited in the City Code of Murray City chapter 8.16.020. Even if it was not a violation, using loud landscaping tools at 6 AM would still be inconsiderate and suggests they need to high more people rather than have their employees work longer hours.

Worx was able to come out the same day I called to give me a quote (which was much more reasonable than others I got), and they were very responsive and professional when scheduling the appointment. I hired WORX in the fall of 2022 to redesign my back yard. It was in grass, with a sprinkler system. I consulted with them for the best, easiest and most-budget friendly way to transform to pretty much xeriscape yard. They listened to what I wanted and advised me for best approach. We decided to rip out the grass and the sprinklers, and install a drip system. Then we put down a solid weed barrier and topped that with good quality mulch. They counseled me on where to put my 32 plants, and then put them all in the ground. All this was done in just over one day, on time and on budget. All their people were friendly and very obliging. So then this year, I decided to do the same in my front, very small courtyard. Went through the same processes with them but only put down 17 plants. I love these guys and highly recommend for jobs of any size.

We are a condominium community of 65 owners, in 16 buildings on 17 acres, in Murray, Utah. WORX is the third landscape company that weve worked with - for two years now - after firing two previous companies that could not accommodate our needs. Our areas had been grossly neglected through several years of incompetent and inadequate service. There was a lot of catching up to do not only to get our lawns to green again, but also to pretty much rebuild our antiquated sprinkling system. WORX techs worked hard to create a map of all our land showing where timers, valves, etc. were situated. What a difference that made. Their office people are the best in every way and very responsive to all our needs. Whats the best is that they have the right crews to get the job done well, and quickly. They were prompt in the estimates. They came out and got a good look and feel for the yard and the design we wanted to go for .. Gave many and great options for the landscapes, pavers, and edging.... Workers were professional and were willing to make the changes needed to create the ideas and designs we were looking for! Did a great job, and we love the yard they helped create.

Very professional. Followed specifications perfectly the first time. Very punctual and followed through on their project timeline, even if it meant working long hours to beat a snowstorm. Kept accurate records of itemizations and were always up front about any surprise expenses that I overlooked. They honor their work and will come back in the Spring (no extra charges) to make adjustments if needed to the sprinklers. Gave excellent advice on how to protect my investment. I will definitely use them again for future projects.
