Excellent customer service. Especially one of their technicians, Graham Brookes. His expertise and attention to detail is exemplary. If you follow their advice this company can transform a nightmare lawn to a golf green.

It is really too early to judge whether the work brings our lawn back to this suitable standard as it was in 2018. It had become a real mess with weeds, moss and bald patches throughout. Bradley, our Technician, carried out Wetting Agent application, overseeding, scarification and aeration. He was careful, diligent and very easy to deal with. We disposed of the thatch from the scarification at our local tip ouselves.

Richard is always personable and professional his maintenance has made our lawn look amazing all tear round. Highly recommend lawntech.

I was offered a free service, I clearly didn t read the small print as it turned out to cost £140. What was worse was they put the treatment down onto the section of the garden that was scarified and over-seeded (and clearly marked out). I had confirmed with the guy that he wouldn t apply the treatment to this area but when the bill came in it was clear that they had done the whole thing. So a day of scarifying and £150 of seed damaged and an unexpected bill of £140. Not recommended at all, I won t use them again.

I have had a fantastic experience using Lawntech over the last 2 years. My lawn looks great and the service I receive from my technician is brilliant. Couldnt be happier.

Undoubtedly, none of my three lawns is looking anything like as good as they did last year. Part of this is my own fault by having the mower set too low, part is due to both thatch and Red Thread but, in my opinion (and I couldnt possibly prove it) my spring fertilisation treatment achieved precisely nothing. All lawns have areas where the grass is a very pale green with other patches of a deeper green and small brown patches are everywhere (not just where the mower scalped the turf). I much like all your Operatives and think your general organisation is great but my lawns this year are a considerable disappointment and I am less than sure a great advertissement for all the money spent.

We ve been using Lawntech since January this year and they have completed around 3 visits so far. Very impressed with the service and the visible results of the lawn. This is the first time I ve outsourced lawncare and have done it myself prior. Kaine has been superb and taken the time to explain the health of the lawn and treatments each visit either via phone or follow up video. I recently purchased a property in Warminster that included a very tired and moss invested plus, weed ridden lawn. I did a survey of local Lawncare specialist and decided to go for a locally based company called, Lawntech of Salisbury as they were reasonably priced and appeared very professional and experienced. I went for the annual contract and am now, six months into it with a further six months to go. I am delighted to say thatI have ended up with an already lush green grass lawn that has a further six months of treatment plus an Autumn feed. I recommend Lawncare as top of their class, they really are good at what they do, and all carried out by a team of mature specialist all locally based and above all who are accessible at all times. Always on time and thoroughly professional; a great service

Im in my first year with Lawntech and very impressed so far with the way that their fertilisers and weedkillers are restoring the colour and quality of the lawn whilst eradicating weeds (and there were lots). Aeration, scarification and re-seeding are scheduled soon. Everyone Ive spoken to, whether on the phone or in person, has been friendly, knowledgeable and unfailingly helpful. They are professionals with the right (and from what Ive seen, well maintained) equipment for the job and always follow up and do what they say they will. Unlike some other companies, Lawntech apply the treatment that the lawn needs, when it needs it. Ive seen representatives from a well known franchise based company applying treatments in completely inappropriate weather conditions whereas Lawntech have - at no cost to me but presumably a cost to them - come on an agreed date to apply a treatment but then aborted the visit and rescheduled when they saw that the ground was waterlogged in places. Theyre always looking out for the small things as well. Whilst visiting recently to apply a summer feed they spotted some areas that still harboured weeds and, unprompted, sprayed them at no extra cost. Similarly in the past, grass seed has been added to small bare areas (we have dogs) unprompted and without charge. Im only too happy to recommend Lawntech to others.

Contacted Lawntech after seeing their Advert they contacted me and we arranged for their local representative to visit. Gave me an annual cost which I agreed and carried out the first treatment that day. After a couple of weeks to say I was impressed was an understatement and even more so after the 2nd treatment, the majority of weeds have gone and the lawn has changed in appearance so much that people have asked have we had a new lawn laid. Their employee explains everything that he is doing and answers any questions asked and is a credit to Lawntech. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lawntech to anyone.

In August last year, our lawn was a mass of weeds and moss with very little grass. It was also very uneven with bumps and dents all over. In September, the lawntech technician came to level out the lawn, partly reseeded it and applied weed and moss killer. With regular treatments the lawn now resembles a beautiful green carpet. Despite the presence a dog, who regularly rolls and plays on it, the lawn is lush and healthy with absolutely no weeds or moss at all. On every visit, we receive a personal report on the lawn s condition and appropriate advice. Not only is our regular technician extremely helpful and polite, but at every instance where I have had to contact the Lawntech office by telephone, they too have been extremely courteous and friendly. We are very, very satisfied with this company.

Rome wasn t built in a day, and I am not having a full transformative renovation on my lawn. I have just had a 3rd treatment and the weeds are diminishing fast and the grass is looking good, thickening up and showing evenly lush green growth. I am very pleased. Lawntech have shown enthusiastic knowledge, willingness to talk things through and all staff have been super friendly.

I have been a Lawntech customer for some years now, because they are a very professional organisation. Because I am a lawn nerd I am not only impressed by the knowledge of my local technicians (I have had two over the years and both have been very knowledgeable) but also by the care and commitment they give on each visit. This is not a franchise. It is a professionally run company with other lawn related businesses in the group. I have also used a sister company, Hewlett Turf, for seeding a new area of grass and that was professionally handled. My latest experience was with office staff who got me out of trouble when I had overlooked booking the winter Lawn aeration on time. They didnt simply say No we cant do it because we are fully booked - they searched around and found me a slot. So once again as a Lawn Nerd I can sleep easy knowing that my lawn will get its winter treatment and will be the better for it next spring

Two persons arrived and did scarifying first involving going up and down 5 times across the lawn. Then they did the aeration and then seeding. Always happy to answer questions. Hoping the lawn comes out green in the next 4 weeks or so. Will post a follow up with pictures.

Lawntech have managed to transform my lawn into a small lawn that is admired by visitors. I know moss is a returning battle but Lawntech manage to keep on top of it.

Last August you hollow tined, scarified and overseeded my small lawn. The work took just over one hour. The result was satisfactory but, in retrospect, the cost of over £300 was out of all proportion to the work involved. I would be loathe to use your services again.

Lawntech did a great job of rescuing our scorched and badly damaged lawns following 2018s hot and dry summer. In October they scarified, aerated, seeded and fertilised. Ive been using Lawntech since we moved into the area 8 months ago and they really are very good and know their stuff. Way better than a well known franchise company who we used at our previous property! Our lawn is kept very healthy thanks to their regular treatments and me following their advice. Each visit is preceded by a plan to visit e-mail which is essential for me as I can just leave the back gate unlocked so I dont have to wait in for them. After the treatment/s, you are advised of any further treatments your lawn would benefit from or equally, if its fine and doesnt need anything until the next visit. They will not sell you unnecessary treatments which is always good to know. Customer service is great and they have a very user friendly website where you can login and make a payment and (if you choose) schedule further treatments as advised. Once logged in, you can also see your service history and any recommendations made. In a nutshell...this is a very good service and I can highly recommend the Lawntech team.

Having used Lawntech for about 4 years now, with each year my lawn has just got better and better. You need to be consistent and the help and advice given by Lawntech has improved my lawn immensely. With little top soil after house build, things did not look promising, but with careful tending they have made a lawn I am proud of.

If you are thinking of improving your lawn, then LAWNTECH is the company that you should get in touch with. For many years I have tried to improve my Lawn, Spending a fortune on fertilisers and feed.. You do have to know what you are doing when using fertilisers., as you can easily overfeed and kill the grass, or underfeed and not get any affect at all.Also if you have a paved path or patio, it is so easy to do damage to them. So I decided i would give LAWNTECH a call and get a quote, And to my surprise the quote for a years treatment was not much more than I paid for feed and fertilisers . After the first treatment I could see the difference in my lawn. Now I have had five treatments my lawn is superb . This is thanks to the team at LAWNTECH who are so professional in what they are doing. THANKS GUYS.

I own a lawn care company too and I have found Mr Hewlett a font of knowledge and certainly knows a lot more about grass and lawns than almost anybody I have met. I found out that he has been in the lawn business since he left school and has had his own turf farm for several years. I agree with his views on organic methods and thoughts on the sustainability of lawns into the future. There are so many people in this industry and gardening who spout second hand knowledge that they have picked up without the hands on experience that only a few people have. It make me cringe sometimes when I hear so called experts wax lyrical about stuffing lawns full of Nitrogen in the spring.
