We worked out an agreement and they never followed through. Left us on our own. I do not recommend this company. Far too extended to attend to all needs.

Over promised and under delivered!!! Two years ago, this company sold me the idea that they were THE company to take on my “Extreme Yard Makeover “ ideas. And over several months of ongoing work, countless issues were happening, which in most cases, they were eventually resolved. However, the main problem, that I am now left to deal with this time of year when the grass is growing and turning green, is every time I mow, I’m horrified with what is under that green grass. The bid given, and paid, was to level/prep the ground before the sod was installed. This should be THE most important part of the whole job, to be done correctly, and it simply wasn’t. As a homeowner, my dream was to have nice green grass, and the ability to maintain it the manner I see fit. For example, mow it at whatever height I want, or mow in different directions. Because of the lumps/bumps and overall uneven surface, this is impossible. The mower simply bounces around, digging too deep, forcing really only one option, and that is to leave it taller than desired, and go in the same direction. Last year, I invited “the owner” to discuss a possible solution for solving this. After repeated comments from him, as to how nice the grass looked, ignoring the reason he was there for, he finally asked me how to go about it. I’m not the professional here, but in my opinion, all the new sod would have to be stripped up, so that level/prep work could be done correctly and then new sod put back down. He replied “I can’t cover that.” This is not a good example of “workmanship.” Because such a crucial step in this whole process was hurried or just overlooked, my nightmare will live on.

I cannot rave about Fox L&L enough. Everyone was super considerate and easy to work with. Our new fence not only looks amazing but is solid and incredibly well constructed. We couldn't be happier with the end result!

Office and mow teams are the nicest people with whom I have met in Salina on a business level. Would recommend them to anyone.

I called for an appointment to discuss landscape design. The receptionist stated someone would call to discuss, however, no one has ever called back?? Hoping this company follows through with support. After my post I did receive a very nice apology for not responding and a quick appointment to discuss our landscape needs. Look forward to a design plan and their support.

Excellent in most areas and on the right path. In other parts of the company I've not yet been able to find confidence in their direction and their handle on growth and performance. Having said, I want them to prove my concerns wrong and continue to be a strong successful local privately owned company. Still a customer. Added another star, feeling a bit better about their handle on growth in the sprinkler side.

Great company and great results. Never had trouble getting them to achieve desired results. Would recommend.
