I am pleased that Green Up has not raised their price to me in the 18 + years that I have been their customer. However, when I removed trees and planted Grass on the north side of my driveway, the application technician often forgets to treat it so it has not thrived like the rest of my lawn. My poor review isnt for their quality of work, yet for being catcalled by an employee. I was minding my business walking down the street and a worker from this company in a pickup truck honked at me and yelled hey prettyyy. i felt extremely uncomfortable and scared. he then passed me again as if he had circled around the block, honked his horn at me, and screamed something i didnt pick up. He slowed down to a crawl right in front of me and ended up driving away slowly as i started crossing the street in the opposite direction. I am absolutely disgusted by this and whoever hired him should be ashamed of themselves

We use Green Up at two properties. Their results are better than what we could accomplish ourselves, especially considering the costs of fertilizers and soil supplements.

Fifteen years ago we had a lawn composed of assorted weeds that was invested with ticks. At that time, one of our friends had Lyme disease and another friend had Rocky Mount Spotted fever. I have been totally satisfied with greenup for the entire 15 years I have lived in the New River Valley.

We first used Green Up to help with our out of control mosquito and tick population. The Green Up people were friendly and helpful and able to do a quote over the phone. Within 24 hours of spraying, we noticed a huge difference in mosquitos and were able to enjoy our porch again. The dogs no longer carry in any tick hitchhikers. Green Up also came between treatments when we had a hatch right after several days of rain and took care of the problem. We also used Green Up to take care of excessive clover. One treatment took care of 95% of the clover and we can now play with the dogs without getting stung.

Not made aware services are only available when they feel like it (or in the area). Emails not acknowledged. Very poor customer service from owner, sales manager & scheduler. I would not recommend using this company. Theyre as bad as True Green.

Great service! Green up was very professional. I hired them to get some help with my fathers yard last summer and couldnt be happier with the results. They were fantastic throughout the entire time working with them.

Very nice customer service but the products did not work. After three treatments for $210 my yard is still full of weeds while neighbors treated their yards with Scotts weed and feed ($40)and it cleared up similar weeds. Ill just pay my neighbor to treat my yard when he treats his and it will be a fraction of the cost. I should have listened to my neighbor when he said he cancelled service from this company or one similar. Lesson learned
