Antonio did not do what we agreed to. Outlandish prices.

I used A. Lopez for about a year and a half. He told me his service was "from corner to corner". At first he did a good job. Then gradually he wouldn't show up on the agreed day. (Friday) He started to show up on Saturday's then Sunday. Sometimes he wouldn't show up at all. Eventually, towards the end he would show up on Tuesday. When I questioned him about not showing up, his response was he had a "big" job that took long. So basically my services fell to the side. At times he would not touch the back yard. I questioned him about that and he said it didn't need it. He blew all the leaves to the corner of the yard and left them there. After a month of seeing them there I asked him why he wasn't picking them up and he told me his truck was full, never using my green waste container. So, my needs fell waist side again because his truck was full from other jobs. He told me to only pay him for half of the mont of October for lack of showing up. I told him I was very unhappy with his service. When I finally caught up to him to pay him, I gave him a payment for half month of October and November's payment. He proceeded to tell me his will finish the month of November (2 more weeks) and stop service all together since I was unhappy. He never showed up again. I would not recommend his service as he wasn't professional or on time. If you do use his service I highly recommend you get a contract!. Michael
