I am absolutely thrilled with Marshall Lawn! Their quick responses to all my yard questions have been nothing short of amazing. My backyard was a complete disaster because of a stubborn fungus, but let me tell you its on the mend and looking so much better! I was warned from the start that reviving my yard would be a challenge and take time, but the progress we ve made is truly impressive! I couldnt be happier with the service I ve received so far, and I can t wait to see how far we can take this! I m definitely sticking with them!

Eric s has transformed my lawn more than I could have imagined with the eight months he has been treating it. To have a complete weed free lawn, you need to be patient and that I was and I am very thankful for the transformation. My Bermuda grass used to be very thin and sparse but now it s completely thick. So not only is he treating the weeds but he s treating the overall health of your lawn to make your lawn grow better. They are always on time, always very communicative, they will answer any question you have, they help with scheduling your sprinkler times, and help programming your sprinklers if you aren t sure how, they even checked the sprinklers to see if it s missing spots. So this team goes above and beyond, and I would recommend him to my closest family and friends !

Managing the landscape a luxury hotel demands excellence. I found just that in Marshall lawn. Erik is spot on with the timing and the product. The application is excellent. Since using Marshall, I have begun to take Erik s advice on best practices and care for zoysia grass. With these changes and great applications, I am seeing an exceptional result. Recently, Erik took the time to let me know that I had irrigation patterns that were leaving dry spots that I had not yet noticed. This prompted me to make the necessary adjustments and repairs asap. With approximately 65,000 sq ft of turf, this kind of name partnership is valued and greatly appreciated. Also, Erik introduced temperature activated product as opposed to water soluble. The change resulted in an even, green turf. For the first time, the turf is weed free and the nutsedge is under control. You will also find that the service is timely and professional. I am always informed of the schedule, reminded beforehand, and alerted on arrival times. When on site, professionalism is first priority. Highly recommended service.

Eric does a great job; He provides the service just as he states he will. From the fertilization, herbicide treatment, liquid aeration, to Humic Acid, he treats the lawn as well as the soil. His service is not a sprint, it is a marathon to lawn transformation. He treats my lawn as well as about 6 other lawns that I mow. I have seen the transformation on bad lawns. if you are looking for a lawn care solution to take your lawn to the next level you are in the right place.

Marshall Lawn Solutions saved my yard. I live up against a green belt that is not maintained, with weeds growing taller than my fence almost year-round. My own yard had 4ft weeds growing throughout 75% of the backyard. The front yard didnt look much better. After only 1 visit from Marshall Lawn Solutions my lawn had virtually no weeds!! They were just gone! For a few weeks after that, the grass continued to grow and fill in where the weeds used to be and it was starting to look really nice. But after the 2nd visit (3rd visit was just today) my lawn is simply gorgeous - with lush, dark green grass and no weeds. Its like magic and Erik Marshall is the magician. I am very proud of my pretty lawn and I think my dog appreciates the backyard much more now. I highly recommend Marshall Lawn Solution -he does fertilizer, weed control, pre-emergent, soil ammendments, aeration, etc and always give recommendations for irrigation times, mowing heights, etc, on every visit.
