Precision Lawn Sprinklers in Saginaw

Two guys come out to start the system for the year. They tell me there is a cracked pipe in the system that comes out of the house to the sprinklers. They cracked it putting the plug in then tell me they don't have the parts to fix it; it's a piece of 1 1/2" PVC. So I'm home for the scheduled time for me to be here and they don't have a piece of PVC in their vehicle; so I guess if something else needed repairing for the initial startup that wasn't getting done either.

The service was fast, but came in slightly above our quote and needed their service team to return to repair a head and to calibrate the system (which was flooding our backyard). 4 stars because the return service was included within their "warranty," but the work doesn't necessarily feel "luxury" (this not a 5 star). I'd still recommend their team for their speed and professionalism.

Owner is most unprofessional person I've have ever dealt with, being a small business. Does not return emails, calls or texts. Been going on for months!

They did an amazing job. Hardly any signs they were there after the installation of my new sprinkler system. They continue to be very professional with the blow out for fall and spring start up.

They have done my fall blowouts for several years with minimal issues. I had problems with startup this past spring (2019), hopefully this was an anomaly or they will see a much larger write-up next spring if they do not blow things out properly this fall.

Precious Lawn & Sprinkler, I have been a long-standing customer since we moved into this house in Midland Michigan the previous owners recommended us to keep this sprinkler company as our own. For the most part I have not had any issues but this past year has been ridiculous. During our spring turn on of the sprinklers the technician was here An hour or more early did not call to tell me that they were ready to come to the house proceeded to knock on the door after my daughter got home from work who is not the homeowner my daughter let them in thinking it would be fine with me. I did not get to see what the technician actually replaced or any of the work done because of this. I believe it is a good idea for a company to have only the home owner be able to authorize if they do come early give them a call let them know before hand. This past service call where I had a valve Blatter to be replaced the technician was over two hours late and our service call was for 7:30 AM he came at 9:05 AM he called me to tell me he was going to be late at 9:01am. My time is valuable as I’m sure your companies is as well a call closer to my appointment time would’ve been greatly appreciated. As a homeowner I have many options for sprinkler companies and I trusted precision lawn care for many years I am not sure if I will in the future.
