Nichols Lawn Green in Saginaw

I hired them for general lawn maintenance cutting, weed whacking, edging, etc, they cut my lawn and in multiple spots my lawn was scalped with dirt patches everywhere, and when they weed whacked they destroyed three of my lawn lights, edging was alright except for the big chunks of grass torn up left on my driveway. Don't waste your time with this company.

During The middle of the job I decided to change some things, I asked for a new price and we agreed, I asked for a new scope of work and he refused, he said I had his word. He never finished what he said he would do, he damaged my concrete patio and wouldn’t respond to my messages about it. I also have to dig out dirt that he put along my house because they covered my crawl space vent. It took him more than 2 months to finish my job, he also didn’t look into permits for the work, luckily I called because something didn’t seem right. Instead of pulling out the stone in my backyard he just covered it with dirt and hydro seeded, at this point I just wanted him out of my yard and I wanted to be done with him., I have heard many good things about the company that’s why I took the chance but after my experience I would never recommend! Get everything in writing and kick him out if he doesn’t agree to it, I told him I didn’t want any more work to be done until I had a new contract and he still showed up when I was at work even though I told him not to!
