Last year was my first year of using Lush Lawn and was using it as a trial run for my new home. The prices seemed pretty high ($166/mo) but figured that might be standard for a yard a little over an acre. It took a couple calls for them to finally get my first spray scheduled, not sure if they would have missed me entirely if I didnt reach out twice or not. My grass looked great all year so props for that. Only complaint is that I had broadleaf spots in my yard throughout the season. My main complaint was sales. The first couple months were great. I would get a little pamphlet on my door with recommendations on what I could do at home to better my lawn. This eventually turned into a sales pitch for further products. The biggest being a full treatment for some type of lawn fungus. The lawn looked great and I couldnt justify the $900 price tag they quoted me. I was called back a few days later saying they could knock $150 off.. which immediately made me think I was paying their premium price on all treatments. This left a bad taste in my mouth and ultimately is why I will be trying a different company this year.

Customer service is very friendly and helpful. Like getting an email saying they will be there the next day and actually see them show up. I have talked to a couple of the gentleman that do my lawn and also very pleasant and friendly.

First time in a long time I could sit outside and enjoy my backyard without the threat of hornets and wasps, mosquitos, and just bugs in general. I would get the Defender Program every year with Lush Lawn. Amazing!!

They let me know when they re coming, they do the work and assess needs as they arise. It s more or less what you would expect but it s always been reliable and friendly so I keep using them and would recommend them.

Do a good job with the fertilizer and generally okay weed control. There have a lower rate than the previous lawn service I had.

Service person did not show up to service my lawn,,, I signed up for this service in April and now its late May and not service at all.

Lush Lawn has awesome service and their work brought my grass back to life after living next to neighbors who had weeds that grow out of control.

This is my second year using Lush Lawn. I used them last year because I lost the grass in my front yard due to grubs. I needed help fast. This year my grass is back and looking 100 percent better. I do have some patchy areas that hopefully overseeding this fall will help. The only thing I am not happy with is their scheduling this year. I prepaid for services because I was impressed with how timely they were last year. This year my appointments keep getting rescheduled which is frustrating. I dont know if they are short staffed or what the challenge is but I prefer to be able to keep a regular schedule with prepaid services. I do feel that the service they provide though is quality and that it works.

This is an ace company. They do not automatically preform a service without letting you know in advance, therefore no surprise billings! They are courteous, so a good job and provide service at a reasonable price. I will continue to use them in the future.

I have been with Lush Lawn for about 4 years. I have been very satisfied with their service. I cant tell you how many compliments I get on my lawn. I really makes me feel proud. Ive been very satisfied with their service.

This place is awful!! Charged me for a service I didn t want and instead didn t charge me for a service I did want. Called me at 7am to come look at a issue. After I told him he d have to come in a couple hours because I was sleeping do you work hours. He still showed up at my house at 7:10am and rang my doorbell until I got up and answered door. Next time they came to put down weed control they burnt my grass and now say they don t know what they ll do to fix it and will be here in 5 business days but then told me a they won t be here until next Thursday. I called them yesterday (Wednesday). I will never use this company again and just want me money back to hire a real company.

We had a weed for several years that was taking over our backyard. They sprayed two applications and the weed was gone.

My lawn has never been so lush in such a long time. I have used Lush Lawn two years now and am grateful. I have referred to them to both of my neighbors. Lush Lawn gives me a detailed message of what they think my lawn needs but there is no high pressure sales.

Terrible service. Asked to be notified in advance of appointment time . Never called & wasnt home when lousey job was performed. Did not do the job as promised. Seed & mud left all over sidewalks. No clean up done. Just a hurry up & get out job.

Last year used the service was very happy. Just had a heck of a time getting it cancelled. But the girls are nice and friendly in the office

We have Lushawn for 6 or 7 years. In the beginning they were great. The last 3 years we have had issues with weeds. When we call for a service call it takes over a week to get someone to come out. When they finally make it out, the tech spends less than 5 minutes on our 1.5 acre yard and the weeds dont die. We are on our 3 service call from our last application! This will be our last year with Lush Lawn!

Lush Lawn is the first lawn service Ive used. I have always maintained my own lawn, but thought I would give Lush Lawn a try. For the past two years their service and attention to detail has been excellent. I was debating about renewing for a third year, not because of their service, just because I enjoy doing it myself. I have to say the deciding factor to stay with Lush Lawn is because of the lawn specialist Russ. This guy is a great resource and if you take the time to talk with him you will learn much about lawn care. Russ always has time to answer questions. He knows his job and respects his customers and their property. Our lawn has never looked better! Thanks
