Leaf Lawn Care LLC in Saginaw

Probably the most unpunctual unprofessional business I've ever had to deal with. They rarely make it out on the day scheduled but that's not even the reason I no longer do business with them. Ray Ortiz, the owner, ran over my water hose and didn't even tell me. I found it the next day and he then admitted it and agreed to buy me a new one. A few weeks past and he scheduled a time to mow my lawn and bring my hose. But of course he reschedule for the next day, then rescheduled again claiming his equipment broke down, then stopped answering my calls and text messages all together. Save yourself the headache and look for a different lawn care service.

Absolutely disgusting. This company provided me with an estimate for lawn service, then a quote, then an appointment day, didn't show up on the originally scheduled date, confirmed a new appointment for the next day. When they finally got around to showing up, I was informed the same day as the scheduled appointment that they would not be cutting the grass because it had grown too thick, unless they wanted to charge me triple the price. The most repulsive thing about this entire process is that they did not come out to the house when they provided the initial estimate to look at the grass, the owner even admitted himself that that was his mistake, but instead of making amends and cutting the lawn he decided to strand me in a difficult spot where now I have to rush to find a new lawn service provider before I get fined by my HOA. I cannot remember the last time I was treated so poorly as a first-time customer. you can rest assured that I will be reporting this company to the BBB. if you value your time and don't enjoy having it wasted, do not use this company for lawn service.

I would give zero stars if I could! They have told me 3 times over the past week that they'd come out to mow my yard and they STILL haven't come! Two of the times I had to call to find out what was going on. This time the man simply called and said he couldn't do it. Today he called and said the grass was too tall to cut! Even though I've been trying for over a week to get him to come out. He sent out a quote, I approved it and confirmed the appointment. This is just Insanity! Now I have to rush to find someone to cut my grass before my HOA fines me!! Thanks a lot jerks!!

I have just hired Leaf to help with the first cut and treatment of the Spring. Jeff, I believe the owner, has been extremely helpful! I called late in the day looking for next day/ 2 day service and he was phenomenal. He reached out to me awaiting response, offered to walk me through questions late in the evening. He did not try to upsell me at all, and made sure I had all the information I needed. If the work they do is 1/2 as good as he described, and done with 1/10 the passion he has, I will be ecstatic! This is my first google review ever, but I highly feel Jeff and the company deserve the recognition.
