They completely killed my lawn, they don't care, the guy that came out spent exactly 60 seconds I tracked and in that time he spread crabgrass killer which I did not request and told him I did not want. He said he's going to do it anyways and turned my lawn completely brown and dead. Then the manager tried to blame it on me. My lawn has been gorgeous until I hired this company. I live in a community that requires upkeep of lawn, I have done it myself in the past and it was beautiful, have a bad back and decided to hire this awful company never again. By the way, i have neighbors that used them and their lawn is brown too. Other neighbors who use a different company their lawn is beautiful. Stay away from this company.

Appreciated being scheduled earlier in the season for core aeration (before sprinkler service shut down our system). Orion did a great job and even helped me take up the sprinkler markers afterward!

Fred Lewis is an absolutely fantastic technician and any company would be proud to have him representing them. He takes special care to ensure he provides exemplary service and explains everything he is doing and brings any issues to my attention. Today, while spraying the lawn, he stopped to move some garden plants in containers that were on the walkway close to the grass, so as not to spray them. All the little things he does shows that he cares and he is just a special employee. I hope Custom Personalized Lawn Care takes care of him and is able to keep him for a long time.
Absolutely pleased with the friendly service and very fast service date, and the very reasonable pricing they provided me with. My guy Fred Lewis hooked me up well! When he got to my house no one was home. He pressed on my ring camera to let me know he was going to be on the property treating my lawn, which to me stands out in service nowadays. Jay was very friendly and did the job very quickly. He even picked up a dog toy we forgot on the grass so it wouldnt get sprayed. Prices are reasonable and we like getting the senior discount and another discount for prepaying. We highly recommend Jay at Custom!

I just had lawn care service by Fred. This is the first time I was home when Fred came. He did a wonderful thorough job fertilizing and applying weed control. We had garden hose all over our back lawn and he even picked it up before he applied the fertilizer. I have had many different companies in the the past and most of the time the sprayers either miss when something is in the way or drive over it. My lawn looks great and I was honored to actually meet the person who is responsible. I hope Im home the next time he visits. (Note: I dont normally do reviews but this time I think management should be aware of the great employee they have hired. Thanks.)

Second year using custom (used them 2 years ago then this year). Thought I would give them a second chance after being only mildly satisfied with their service previously. Will not be using their services next year. Have several brown spots in lawn. When i called about having a rep look at my lawn, he armchair quarterbacked the answer. Still nor sure what the issue is but I know custom wont be back next year.
I was referred by my neighbor for mosquito sprays. Mosquitos have been so unbearable in my neighborhood. So I called and I spoke with Chris who provided me with a quote and got us scheduled right away. They told us theyd be out in a week and they were able to come the next day. Since our spray, weve not had a bite and its enjoyable being outside. Highly recommend them!
