A very conscientious and diversified land services organization. My family and I are especially pleased as our recent request for assistance with shrub trimming and yard rejuvenation was met with integrity and great work ethic; all the tasks were done well in time for our daughters graduation party. The requested yard improvements were completed earlier than the promised time frame; additionally, Garpiel group helped coordinate a tree service to provide work that was outside their normal scope. Finally, my wife saw Mr. Garpiel himself walking our property and verifying that all was completed to our satisfaction. A great result provided in a timely manner! I cant say enough about this organizations commitment to customer satisfaction and results.

I have been cut off by careless driver in a Garpiel truck. Anyone that drives like that doesnt deserve my business.

Yet another compliment I would like to pay to Garpiel Group. The mower that cuts my grass accidentally ran over a football that was laid down in my grass and when I got home I found a brand new (much better quality) football on my porch with a very nice hand written note of apology! Excellent and appreciated! That s the customer service you can and would like to expect!

The Garpiel crew did my spring clean up and I want to say how amazing the crew was and what an awesome job they did! They went far above and beyond my expectations and in spite of having to battle the fierce wind we had that day, they managed to get every leaf out of my bushes, lawn and under my deck (a very difficult task as it s impossible to stand up in the egress under the deck and it was FULL of leaves!). My family and I have used Garpiel Group for the last few years. I request the call before they come out and they deliver each time. My yard has looked the best it ever has since I signed up. They also redid my landscape and we couldn t be happier.

Worker peed on my lawn, when I asked why he said that he had to because the company wont allow him to stop and use a bathroom because it hurts their bottom line. What an awful company, claims clearly does not care about their workers. I would not recommend their services.

We had Garpiel install a sprinkler system, tear out old landscaping/rock beds, and grade & seed our front lawn last fall. The crew showed up on time every day and worked really hard to get the job done efficiently. They were all very polite, respectful of our property, and cleaned everything up at the end of each workday. The office staff is also great and they are very responsive to calls/emails.

We have used Garpiel for our weed control and turf maintenance for years. We recently decided to get some landscaping done and we were blown away by the speed and quality work they provided to our project. Highly recommended

Shout out to David Coffey for his professionalism, and attention to detail cutting around the back trees, pool, etc. (his first time at our house) - great job! I d like to also recognize Dan Doepker for keeping our yard mosquito free, and insects under control. He always calls or text day before our service and responds in a timely fashion. Explains what he is applying, etc. Prompt and accommodating, and always on time! He is definitely an asset to your company!!

A worker damaged my sons vehicle right in front of him in a McDonalds parking lot and hes tried for a long time now to deal with these guys but they keep giving excuses about how they cannot deal with it due to a death in the family and seem to want to drag it out in hopes that hell go away. The guy who did it did not speak any English so their was no way of communicating with him. Total mess. We just want things to be made right.

Always top notch service! Competitive pricing, quick work and done right the first time. We had our landscaping transformed, trees trimmed, grass reseeded. I dont think theres anything they cant do related to keep your yard healthy!

Our yard looks great. Very happy with their customer service.

No response to my online message so I called a few times and it always went to voicemail. Left voicemail expecting a reply within a day or two. Never got to speak to anyone and did not receive acknowledgement of either of my requests for a quote. I could accept if you declined the business but just ignoring it is not professional.

I have contacted them multiple times for landscaping services. They got back to me the first time, then didnt reply to my follow-up. The second time they came out to take photos of my place and talk about what needed to be done. They told me they would call back with an estimate and some plans, and I never heard from them again.

I would like to give 10 stars. My job is in the customer service side and work with several companies like Garpiel so service is important to me. For several years Ive had Garpiel take care of my yard as well as my neighbors. Yesterday I had a question just a question about some grass concerns, the next day there was someone at my house checking my concern out. Never did I speak to someone just sent a message. If this isnt customer service then I dont know what is. Thanks for our outstanding service you should be proud of your team...

Quick, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Sent them an email asking for their assistance in my yard. In the email I asked them to please call me after 5pm because I work everyday 8am to 5pm. Two days later my cell phone rang at 8:45am, they called me as I was picking up a bus rider. I asked her to please call me after 5pm because I cant talk on the phone now. Her response was we close at 5pm. I said, Ok, thanks. After we hung up I still thought maybe they would call me. Well, I was wrong. I cant imagine running a business like that.

We have been wanting to put lights on our house for many years, however the height was a problem lol. When we found out they offered this service we jumped on it and we couldn t be happier!

Cole Clark at Garfield was great! Fast efficient and friendly. Trimmed all our bushes and cleaned up all the clippings.

The guys do a great job. I recieve lawn treatments from Garpiel such as fertilization and weed control. The tech calls the day before he comes out to apply the treatment which is nice so I can be sure to have the yard clear. My yard is always one of the nicest in the neighborhood due to Garpiel Group.

Amazing service

They scam you into signing up for an annual service contract when you think you re just signing up for a one time service. They also make you pay for service completed on a home you no longer own or live at. Avoid them at all costs!!!!!

Just had our regular service this morning and wanted to let you know that Jeremy was very professional. Normally we never see your crews applying fertilizer, but I was out working in the yard and noticed.

We had Garpiel complete all the landscaping on our new build, including sprinkler systems, large boulders for our egress windows and a paver patio with a built in fire pit. They crews were pleasant and professional and even planted a few trees for us that we had picked up on our own. We couldn t be happier and they exceeded our expectations. If the sun ever comes back out, I will try to update with some pictures!

The Garpiel Group is professional and great to work with! We used them for Christmas lights this year and couldnt be happier, our outdoor lights were my favorite Christmas decoration this year and we cant wait to see the Christmas lights back up next year!

Had them come out for an estimate last spring for new beds and a patio. They gave me the estimate and said they couldn t do it until July (which I understood). I signed the contract and sent it back and NEVER heard from them again. This year, I emailed them and submitted the contact form on their site, to obtain a quote for mowing, and spring clean up. I received an email back from the office stating that they had forwarded the email to Joe and he would contact me by the end of the week. Once again, I never heard back from them. I have my own business, and I know that if I treated my customers this way, I wouldn t have any!

We had problems from day one and continued to all the way to ending our service with them. If were up to me I would have switched early in season but my husband convinced me to give them a shot throughout the season but it never improved. You can get better service for a better price elsewhere. They didnt seem to really care about keeping our business or improving their service. Also- the crew would often be off schedule so our lawn would go awhile without being cut.

We have had Garpiel group doing our lawn care for the last couple of years and this summer they did our much needed update on our landscaping. Was great working with Joe and his knowledge of all the plants and trees and especially his expert ideas for design which we needed. I can t say enough about there hard working crew no matter the weather and how precise they are about everything being right on in measurements and making sure you are satisfied with every step until the job has been completed. The crew even took the time to weed out the plants that we kept to make everything look brand new. Joe and Amelia would communicate and make visits from beginning to end. Everything looks beautiful. They take pride in your home as if it was there own

In our search for a full service landscaping company to undertake what I would consider a large project, one name kept coming up. Garpiel . Most of the other companies indicated they would have to sub contract some of the work, and the designs were just ordinary. Joe Garpiel came to our home and after looking at the property suggested a boulder retaining wall and in keeping with our requirements, minimal low maintainance planting. The project began about two weeks later . The huge amount of overgrowth was removed and then work on the wall began. One week later with the wall completed and the plants and ground cover in place we found ourselves looking at a finished product that far exceeded our expectations. We never varied from the design Garpiel submitted as it met all of our requirements. I would be remiss not to mention the work crew. They arrived every morning early and worked throughout the day. The wall is beautiful and definitely required a skilled crew with experience in stone work. I would recommend The Garpiel Group without hesitation.

They get the job done the way you want it

I want to commend Garpiel on the outstanding services I have received over the past three years. I have tried at lease three other landscapers, all of whom have failed to reach my standards. I especially want to thank Tyler (Supervisor), who was responsible for my lawns crew. The guys were always respectful, hardworking, and paid attention to details. We just had them plant two trees we purchased at Klucks. The three men you sent out to our home were knowledgable and the nicest guys you would want to meet. Two lawncare crew members Robert and Rahim came to cut the grass! They were very polite and my yard is finally looking great. I was impressed when they parked across the street and didnt block my car in. I will definitely have them come back to mow my lawn again.

Garpiel recently planted several trees for us, as well as made a rock garden with large boulders and ground cover, repaired several grass areas, and put mulch around the house. Management (Joe and Jake) stayed involved throughout the project to be sure expectations were met. Ben and Juan were incredibly hard workers on the labor end of the project, all while being very courteous and detailed oriented. Quality work and customer service are obvious with Garpiel, and we enjoyed having Ben and Juan work their magic in our yard.

My wife and I had a concept for a nice view to transition from mowed grass to a meadow. It consisted of three eight-foot rail-fence sections spaced apart. Long-blooming perennials for summer viewing were to be placed by the fence. Tall ones near the fence and short ones near the bed s edge. Stones were chosen to fill the void. Garpiel Group sent a representative to review the plan. That was a benefit because we called for the wrong spacing between fence sections. We also were more pleased with their planned location of plants. It was not made known to us during the planning that logistics were included to deliver needed products at the right times through the day of the project. The three workmen who were sent to do the work turned out to be a bright spot in the month. Their cooperativeness made it seem there is still harmony among us. They worked diligently, smartly and showed a pleasure to be working as a team. I forced myself to be in the house to avoid being a distraction to them. When finished, there was not one wish that something had been done differently. The fence was plumb and horizontal, the shrubs were rotated perfectly before back-filling, the stones were evenly distributed and the bed watered. There was no debris left behind. Management followed up the soon after to confirm satisfaction with the job. That was not needed in this case, because I had already notified them of my evaluation of a job well done. The project also indicated that Garpiel Group has equipment available to accomplish a much larger scale job. The proper tools were on site. In the planning stage, we talked about larger pieces of equipment being brought to the site depending on what was discovered on this new-construction site when digging post-holes and sod removal. It was a nice flexibility to have. This is a good case-history to refute the saying that a customer should always go with the lowest bidder. Royce Kriewall Saginaw, MI

Terrible customer service. They dont focus well on any one thing, but stretch themselves thin over a million service lines. If you would like help in any field Garpiel offers a service for, I strongly recommend choosing a company that specializes in the area, it would be well worth the multiple bills...
