Called for estimate told minimum 1500.00 said theyd send someone to look at house and call back and didnt so lost any of my business. Hiring garpiel landscaping they at least made me an appt.

The have cared for a property near my home for several years, this year the yard looks like an abandoned building. When the yard is cut it is so high the next date you cant even tell they were there. Apparently Bell has grown so big that they only care about quanity and not quality

Very impressive place

This is the worst my lawn has looked in years. Had a grub problem called Bell two days ago and they said they would be over the next day no show so I called back the next day to see why. They were at lunch so I left a message and they never called back. Terrible service. I cancelled mine never again

These guys know what theyre doing in the area of design and execution. The cost of our project was under what we expected for the services provided. The crew did a fantastic job. Look at all the Bell equipment driving around town. Everything is clean and professional. You want a job done right, hire Bell. Ill certainly be using them for other projects in the future. Thank you Bell Landscaping team!

All around poor product and service. Had them hydroseed our lawn and two years later the lawn still looks terrible. When I reached out to them they blamed it on everything from our pet to watering - never once owning the fact that maybe they just didnt do a good job with the seed and lawn applications. They undelivered, are overpriced, and lack any sort of basic customer service. If you value your lawn and landscaping, take your business and your hard earned dollars elsewhere. UPDATE: we sued them in small claims court and won, and now they are refusing to pay the judgement. Sad company and owner.

Emailed the owner, Chad about the carelessness of his driver that pulled out in front of myself and my family almost killing both them and us. His response? That s an awful harsh statement almost killed your family !!! and No need to call my office. Oh and the best one, Accidents do happen and thankfully this was avoided Seriously? I wouldn t call us traveling 60 mph down a road and having one of his medium duty trucks and trailer roll through the stop sign pulling out 100 in front of us as a harsh statement. His driver and passenger would not have lived through that. Plain and simple. Not one apology. No thank goodness you and your family is ok. No taking accountability or responsibility for the actions of his employees. Just a snide response of I will talk to the drivers coming back from Lansing today as we always do to drive safe What an absolute joke. Guess if you re not a customer, it doesn t matter. I can t imagine how he runs his business. Wish there was an option for zero stars.

Very friendly and efficient. I hired them to do fertilizing and weed control for this season. They came out last week and put down weed killer but I still had several weeds so called the and they came out the next day and put down something else that was stronger at no additional charge. Great customer service!! Employees that I have dealt with are very friendly and always courteous.

Weve contracted with Bell for two yard projects in recent months: the tear out and replanting of a large river rock flower border, and placement of paver blocks surrounding an existing ground-level deck. In both cases, the work crews were timely, professional, courteous, thorough, and did an excellent job of leaving the sites properly graded, tidy, and free of debris or excess soil. They even returned to do additional overseeding and lay down straw matting to protect the new grass from our dogs that can be diggers. Bell provided excellent results at a good value, and we highly recommend them based upon the quality of the work performed.

I had Bell do my Landscaping last summer. They did a great job with the trees and shrubs and everything else. I chose the Hydroseed option, but Im not very happy with how the lawn turned out. I have plenty of bald spots, one area got completely taken over by crabgrasses and has suffered big time. I contacted bell about both, they gave me a bag of seeds and told me to do it myself. That was very odd in my opinion. Their lawn mowing crew would come in and drop chunks of mowed lawn on the already existing lawn, which ended up suffocating the current lawn, leaving some brown areas in the lawn

I had Bell Landscaping 2 years ago bring loads of dirt to reshape the backyard to eliminate all the low spots and direct any standing water to the drain. Also to redirect and bury the downspouts. Which has worked great! They reseeded the backyard in the fall. Grass came in beautiful. By July the grass had a golden dust all over and was told the lawn had a cold. By fall my grass was dying and had many bare spots. They reseeded my grass for free! However whatever seed they used brought in a weed that has spread through the side n back yard. They had the plant analyzed and suggested an application of Tenacity. This was applied. It seemed to take care of the white flowers and I thought the weed. In the fall they applied an application to stimulate root growth. This spring I had so many bare spots in the grass again and now this plant with white flowers is again taking over my backyard! My front yard needs some dirt to level off some low spots and seeding but afraid to have this done due to the poor service I received. This year I switched companies as I couldnt afford their high price for bad lawn care!
