They are suppose to clean our palm tree in the back yard. Fist they were late. They came and looked at the tree and they left. We were thinking they just went to get the tools from their truck and start the job. After a few minutes we went out side they were not there. We thought they probably went to get more tools. We waited and waited. I called no answer left a massage ,no respond. Text them no respond. They just disappeared without telling us. We don’t know what happened. We really want to know why they did this? We have never have this kind of experience. If they didn’t want to the job they could told us. Why they left without letting us know. ??????
