Frank's Landscape & Maintenance in Sacramento

Working with the owner was a pain. Gave a few specific directions for how I wanted to have my backyard redone, yet everything I asked, they did not respect. Overpriced for the minuscule amount of work that was done. Would just go with somewhere cheaper in the greater sacramento area.

Highly recomended.

Frank has been maintaining my yard for over 30 years. Never misses, they show up on rainy days. Friendly, easy to communicate with and my yard looks amazing. Frank has always gone above and beyond and has the same crew going on 12 years that come to my house every Wednesday. Jackfruit Five that gave a review - read his other reviews. He gives them all one star, not a very good representation of Franks hard work.

Last year, 2021, Frank installed a backyard fence I shared with a neighbor. The neighbor of course pushed me into using him bc Frank was his client. Of course the neighbor then put his house on the market a couple of months later. The neighbor informed me that Frank was a licensed contractor. Frank never showed a license but signed to the effect that he had a license. One of the fence pieces fell off little after a year mark and Frank will not come to repair it. PLEASE BEWARE FRANK IS NOT A LICENSED CONTRACTOR AND BY LAW CANNOT CHARGE OVER $500 for any yard/home related project. Frank charged 3 times that amount. FRANK YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR POOR WORK!!!! After approx 14 months a piece of the fence fell off. You can see from the photos.

Unprofessional, disrespectful, lazy crew. They don’t pick up yard waste, they just blow it through the fences into everyone else’s yards. When asked to please stop, crew members are belligerent and rude, escalating their behavior. Don’t waste your money on guys who don’t do their job.
