I received great service during the time that I had contracted them to seasonally remove snow. I cancelled their service once I no longer had a rental to take care of and could manage on my own with my now fixed snow thrower. I received a bill for someone claiming to have come by, which I can prove did not happen from my security cameras at the time that they had claimed. I sent a screen shot of this to Heather, the billing person, and was assured that I was all set and that it would be taken care of. A few months later, I received another bill. I resent the same screen shot, the entire conversation that I sent over to Heather to Matty the owner. I received no response. Fast forward a few more months, and I receive a bill for the same day, now with a late fee. I called the main line, and re-emailed Matty and Heather stating that I will be going to the BBB for service not rendered should this go to collections, and that I will not be paying the bill as such. It's disappointing that I had to go this route, but as a person who pays their bills, I don't deserve this treatment or frustration. They removed the invoice.

I often wish I could rate them 5 stars more than once. Every time they mow it makes my day better.

Intrinsic has been taking care of my lawn for the past couple of years. They are always prompt, never miss a week, and best of all I get to come home from work to a lawn with beautiful stripes :) these are a bunch of hard working people and they deserve your business! We hired intrinsic in April to do some yard work. We were out of town until May 5, thinking the work would be done upon our arrival home. It was not, we heard it was very wet while we were gone, acceptable reason for it not to be done. We contacted them and were told they would be at our house the next Wednesday, well 3 Wednesday’s have gone by, we have not heard from them and they never showed up. What has happened to customer service? Not even a phone call! We won’t call them again.

Excellent work and at a very reasonable cost. Would recommend Matt highly.
