Extremely friendly and helpful staff, helped me out of a bind! Wish this shop was in my hometown! I arrived just as they were closing and they never made me feel rushed at all. I spoke with Greg on the phone and I believe he's who helped me in person, but both interactions were awesome.
I won't be going back. I went to buy a carburetor kit for my gravely. Mower wouldn't sell me. A kit wanted to sell me a whole carburator.for $301. New set of blades for the same mower 90.0
I bought my Stihl chainsaw here 24 years ago and I finally ran it to death.OR SO I THOUGHT! The EXCELLENT Stihl mechanic in January 2024 fixed it as good as new! Stihl runs like new!

This is the most unprofessional business I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We bought a $12,000 grasshopper here 2 years ago. We have to take it here for warranty work. We live an hour away. We brought our lawn mower up and was told it would be done in 2 days if not the next day. They told me the part needed was already ordered and was to be delivered the next day. I hadn't heard from them in 3 days so I called and they hadn't touched it. I eventually went up there to find out what was going on. One of the young employees told me I was mistaken and was never told a part was ordered. He was rude and sarcastic to me in front of several other customers. Eventually another customer got in the middle of it and had to correct him because he kept saying different things and couldn't remember what he told me the previous 5 minutes. He rolled his eyes at me and continued to be of no help. They then told me the part was Ordered but had not come in. Fast forward the next week. It was finally done after 2.5 week, this was a Saturday. I asked if they could Deliver it since I was out of town. He said yes but not til Monday as they were short handed. I said okay sounds good. Come Monday I call them and they tell me they will not deliver it because it's too far. I told them they said they would, especially after all the issues and taking 2 weeks instead of the 1-2 days I was told. So I had to get someone to go pick it up for me. I said I was not happy and would have to take future business else where. He very rudely said "oh well I don't care." I will not be back, even for warranty work. I will take it to the fort smith, Arkansas grasshopper location. I couldn't talk to one employee that was respectful and told the truth. On top of all this, I was charged for new blades and the blades were never changed. Apparently you're only important when they're trying to make a sale and it ends there. 0/10.
I took my chainsaw here to get a new chain. They were able to sharpen the old chain and save me thirty bucks. They sell all the yard equipment you'll ever need for personal or professional use. It seemed that STIHL is their main brand.
I bought a Stihl Wood Boss chainsaw, premix fuel, and some other chainsaw accessories from there today. The customer service, product, and usage knowledge of the young gentleman Chase who helped me was excellent. Chase knows the Stihl products very well and has very excellent customer service skills. Thank you to Carrs and Chase. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Nice shop with plenty of selection and friendly informative staff, but I brought my rim in to have a spoke replaced two weeks ago. I was told that it would cost $15-20 and would be done in 3 to 4 days. I've called the shop and stopped in 3 times over the course of the last two weeks, and every time I've been told that it should be done by the end of the day and that they would give me a call when it is ready. I am not satisfied with how long a simple job has taken. If I need something done quick, I won't come here again. Update: Finally got my wheel back. Good work. Just took much longer than I would have liked.

Picked up chainsaw. No oil in it. Requested screws be replaced. Only one was. They did however replace gas line as requested. They adjusted carburetor and it will not idol; it dies. To be a woman

I got a m180 c chainsaw went home tried to cut with it the bar was bend then changed that pulled the rope 3 times the rope broke. I had it back to them 3 times before I ran a gallon of das through it they are rude no customer service after your money nothing else

Though sometimes they lack in the customer service area, and their prices are a little steep, its a wonderful store and show room. I love the fact they started putting in some tree service equipment. It is kinda something they should specialize in. Lol. And the nearest arborist store is in Little Rock. Keep up kicking a-- guys!

I bought a couple of kayaks, had my bicycle repaired, and have come here often for lawn mower parts. Jonathan and Johhny have been especially helpful and friendly. Its a great place right in town.
We are riding the Arkansas High Country Route and stopped by because my wifes bike shifter was not working properly. Johnny, the manager, was completely awesome and figured out the issue which was most likely the actual shifter cable coating coming off that got into the shifter mechanism. Johnny had us going again super quick and went well above and beyond most typical bike shops. We have been to a lot of bike shops around the country and we would rate Carrs right up there at the top.
