TruGreen Lawn Care in Russellville

My lawn was lush and green, and now looks awful. It took me months to get my yard looking good, brought on TruGreen in hopes they could maintain it, and they killed it. They’ve killed all of my neighbors lawns too. I have told them 3 times, DO NOT treat our lawn anymore, please. Their customer service rep stopped by our house, I told him kindly, please do not treat today. I close the door, and 1 minute later, the tech is zooming through our yard doing it anyways. It’s like I cannot make them stop.

I had my property sprayed for mosquitos for the last few years and I got bitten by a few mosquitos this afternoon at 4PM on my deck. I called the TruGreen number and they told me if I'm still having issues in 10 days, they would respray. I paid for mosquito control and less than 4 weeks later I'm getting bitten on my back deck! I can't stand to stay out of my backyard for 10 days. This is NOT what they advertise and I am not happy.

Lost any chance with me. First call center when asked for a quote wanted to do nothing but schedule a first application. That was not what I asked for. Said forget it I don't want your service How 3 days after that call and 4 calls to me later Imo still telling them I don't want their service because of their selling tactics. Don't even call for a quote unless you want constant sell pressure calls
