Invitation homes hired these guys to cut a tree down in my yard that probably didn't even need to be cut down but you know, $$$ talks. The mess they made was horrendous. Trash left in my yard, fence damaged in numerous areas and no effort made to repair, my fence gate they had to take down to get the lull in was put back by them unevenly, inoperable and looks like complete crap. Specifically asked them to leave 2 large pieces of lighter knot I've had for years to start fires and they took that too. Do you really want people to do landscape work at your home that can't tell the difference from aged pine knot and green ficus tree cuttings? Definitely do not recommend. I had no say whatsoever in the hiring of this company & what they did to my beautiful back yard. So getting the word out to the community not to hire these guys is my only recourse. Thanks for nothing extreme cute LLC.

Scheduled twice for service, and never showed up. Won’t return phone calls. Not entirely sure this is even a real company at this point because I’ve ever been able to reach a real person.

Supposed to come clear out 2 large oaks after hurricane Milton. They showed up at 6pm without notice. Didn’t call when they arrived and sent a text 7 minutes after they said they arrived to say they would come back another time. I would literally never recommend them and I would never waste my time with them. They never answer the phone. You can’t get anyone to answer any questions. Quite literally the most unprofessional lawn care company ive ever had to deal with

I can’t even begin to tell you how long my grass is. It’s been at least 2 weeks since it’s been mowed. When it does get cut, they mow with the grass guard up so all the clippings get wedged into my a/c units and all over my back screened in porch.

We have a tree down in our back yard. Lots of debris. I called their phone number and have left 4 voice mails to SUSPEND OUR SERVICE - and their guys show up anyhow. It's not like they can do any yardwork in the back, but hey - their bills show up in our inbox... I would recommend if you want a service with whom you can expect good communication and professionalism, you look elsewhere until they fix it... or go broke...

If I could give zero stars I would. They did not show up for the entire month of January to do the lawn service at our home. However they still took money from my bank account which I will dispute with my bank. I called and my husband called to ask them what was going on, then to ask for our money back. They of course did not return our calls. If you want your money stolen then I suggest them but otherwise find a company that cares about their customers and actually shows up.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. Every cut and service was completed with excellent quality. Unfortunately, I am moving out of their service area. If I coud take them with me to my new location, I would. Thanks to Brian and his crew for taking great care of my lawn, trees, and shrubs.

If I could give them less than 1 Star I would. I paid for full months of service and they only showed up once a month. Then when ever I call the number provided they don’t pick up. So I called to cancel and of course no answer. After a few more attempts I left a voicemail telling them I don’t want the services anymore and to not charge me for the upcoming month. Of course they charged me for another month. After days of calling for a refund and leaving voicemails they finally called back. The man said I would get a refund as a check in the mail within the next few days. A week passed and no check, I called them and he explained that the check wasn’t mailed out for some reason.... ok no big deal I’m patient. Another week and nothing. I call back a few more times and the man says he will have someone deliver the check to me... here I am ALMOST THREE MONTHS LATER and I STILL don’t have my refund. I have called them MULTIPLE times! Sometime multiple times in a day at different time periods and no answer! I haven’t gone to their “office” yet because I have a busy schedule. It’s ridiculous that I have to drive a half hour to GET MY MONEY BACK. If you are looking for a company to rob you this is the place to go otherwise take your business elsewhere.
