We have had your service for over a year now and maybe 3 times it wasnt Adrian and I thought of canceling the service because they seemed to spray only the center of the backyard and didnt go into fenced in pool area, where there is grass. Adrian is super thorough and covers the entire yard and explains everything well. Im sure he is an asset to your company.

If the prices continue to rise with this speed for your services, i will consider changing next year. Good Service ! The service provided by TruGreen is good. They arrive promptly and complete the work on schedule. I have been a customer for 13+ years now and I am satisfied with the service, but the price-point keeps on increasing and no discounts are offered for loyalty. A tiny annual payment discount is offered which in my book is inadequate. If the increase in price continues I might have to make changes soon. All in all, I am satisfied.

My Specialist Adrian H name on this post would have gotten to five stars.

Tru Green came out one time and actually sprayed. The second time the man stood in one spot and sprayed around his feet then left. All on video. Called to complain and was rescheduled two weeks later to make up for the lack of treatment. Well today that truck came and the person sat in it for 18 minutes and NEVER got out of it. Again, all on video. This is what I call a scam. How many people are paying for service they aren t receiving? 7,939 square feet of lawn. Absolutely ridiculous!

I had a few issues with A couple of technicians they took care of the situation Immediately

I was told that each service would cost $250. First service was completed in April and I was charged $250. However, for my May 16,2024 service- fertilization only, they charged my bank card $500.02. I consider this theft. When I someone authorization to charge my card a set amount per service, doubling that amount without warning is fraud. Do not do business with Runnemede, NJ. Do not give these people your debit card information.

This is our 2nd service through TruGreen and we are already seeing a huge difference! It was a pain having to buy all different types of weed killer and fertilizer that never seemed to work. Glad we started using TruGreen and hope to keep seeing an even greener lawn throughout the season.

Im new to this so far so good its my first treatment

I signed up for service to my front and back yard. I have motion cameras and noticed on the first service they were here for 7minutes and only did my front yard. I called the company to complain - of course you cant get your local office you have to go through their call center - and they offered to send someone out 2 days later to do the back yard. That day came and went and they did not show up. I called twice, once to complain originally and once to cancel and both times they couldnt give me any details as their computers are slow and not working. Terrible service. Would strongly recommend against anyone using this company. The call center argued with me about canceling (despite it being a pay as you go service), refused to put a supervisor on the phone and refused to refund me for the partial service I received.

You better off using mom and pop lawn services rather than paying big for these big names, who are impossible to be reached out, never could talk to anyone from the local office and even most of the agents they send are inexperienced and just applying chemicals which they have no clue, and I am yet to see a service which is so impersonal even for returning customers. We were very pleased with the free service you provided due to the excessive rain we were experiencing.Your company stands by its policy to return to respray so that the customer is happy with the job.

Not enough time has elapsed for me to make any remarks as it has only been two days since the application of the weed killer.

Does not back up their guarantees. If they dont bring back your lawn, they suppose to fix the problem no matter how. They killed my entire back yard. What ever they sprayed, cause a fugus of some sort that kills it it like a flesh eating deases.

They come back promptly when called if weeds are present, unlike other company I was with . This is my first year with TruGreen and I will very much likely stay with them.

I have tried to let you walk know that we DO NOT have an irrigation system to water the lawn. I hate to pay for service that will not work if the lawn is watered.

My front yard has always been very nice but with True Green I had almost no weeds all summer. My side yard and back are better than they have been but my backyard especially it s gonna take more work better than it was last year getting better all the time.

Adrian and the rest of the Lawn Maintenance Team are great! Unfortunately after 3+ years my lawn has few weeds but still no grass in many many areas. Adrian is the True Green Service Tech that has serviced my lawn for the past 3 years. Having the same tech every time has been a real plus. He knows my lawn and is able to analyze what is happening and make adjustments or recommendations as to what is needed. Adrian is also professional, knowledgeable, and most of all his customer service skills are outstanding. He ALWAYS take the time to talk with me if I come out on the lawn and willingly answers any questions and explains exactly what that days service is supposed to do for my lawn. If there was a Tech of the year award, he definitely deserves it AND a BIG BONUS or a raise in pay. He is the only reason why Ive continued to use this service.

I have asked to receive a list of the services that were going to be applied in the next6 visits and after 4 requests have not received. Unacceptable after 4 requests.

They gave me a run around and the customer service basically said, yes the sales team lied to me to get my business. It got so bad, I actually fired them while I was traveling outside the country. Slick sales guy, basically told me what I wanted to hear to get the sale. The worst customer service ever.

Used the mosquito defense + and outdoor pest service. Purchased five treatments in April and they still haven t been out to spray once. Had to have one of treatments refunded because they did not make it for the month of May, and that they would send someone out immediately. Well it s now the 20th of June and still no treatments. I can t really attest to how effective the treatments are cause I haven t received any yet, but if it s like their customer service I won t be holding my breath.

There is none. Only scheduling and failure to show up.

First, I can never get your franchise owner in South Jersey...I call the local number it goes to your national call center, which puts me on hold, eventually telling me the wait time is 2 hours. Really!!! I select to call me back and they never call back. I am a customer for the past 3 years. Soon to leave as a customer. I never get a notice when your lawn care technician is coming out until the day before in the late afternoon I get a notice via email. I can never take off work with no notice. Why dont you give 48 to 36 hours notice that you are coming out? My lawn has a great degree of weeds in it after the first spring application and I can never witness the technician applying liquid to ask questions like your radio commercials state. In fact, your radio commercials with testimonials are quite disingenuous, to say the least. You dont have a technician come out to check your lawn when you sign up and if you do...that is the last time you see someone from Trugreen, then its a technician who you never get to meet because you schedule without reasonable notice. Your radio commercials state you can call your local franchise owner to talk about your lawn...Really...no you cant yet you market that you can. Still on the phone waiting to talk to someone. My last scheduled lawn application was canceled and was to be rescheduled, that was a week and a half ago, and still have not heard back from this company. Secondly, I contracted you to treat my trees for the last two years, after the first year, this spring a got an application and two of my small shrubs turned brown and are starting to die it appears. I would like to have these trees replaced and charge Trugreen...I told the technician when he came out...he no comment..but since I use your company on shrubs I see these results....Where do I place my claim? I wont be surprised if I dont receive an email from Trugreen, and highly unlikely that I will receive a telephone call. Hope the company is making a lot of money for shareholders and paying their employees dirt, thats the American way now. Your company is truly on the wrong path, as I know others now, that have canceled your service from a lack of service. Publish this testimonial....

Very good service. I am very happy with them and feel that I am getting value for my money. I am able to pay once a year ahead. They do not try and sneak extras into your service plan.

They lie and dont cover the full property on the rare times they do show up.

I paid for a yearly service of seeding and fertilizer and added aeration. My lawn seems to have gotten worse as there are more bare spots and dead grass with more weeds.

I have been a customer of TrueGreen for about 6 months. The lawn has never looked better. The service is performed about once a month and the technicians are very professional, proficient and courteous. Using Truegreen was the best decision I have made to make my lawn look outstanding. I would recommend Truegreen to anyone who is having trouble getting a healthy green lawn.
