The Guy LLC is a full service landscape and hardscape company. The Guy was born in 2006, when Entrepreneurs decided to get back to their passion of landscaping. Followed by their children who were raised in the industry and is now a family owned, professional outdoor maintenance and beautification company.

The first part of my review is for work that they did years ago for my mother back at her house on Vermont. From what I recall, he had amazing professionalism, Great work and as my mother would say "Leroy always gets shit done and doesn't attempt to overcharge". As an ex-employee, I just want to say that I always saw how Leroy would take great pride in his work and if something was not up to his standards, he would make you redo it. I recall how I missed a few weeds that a normal person would never notice, but he still had me do it because you have to give the customer what they paid for, no half ass work.
Walk off the road so now we can get down the road in a residential area. Also providing a service to the same house and were extremely rude. Talking to my client on the phone and they have their blowers going as soon as I pick up the phone call.
Had Rob and another guy do the porch a few days ago. The crew did what they were told and Rob went above and beyond and even gave us tips for maintenance. The owners were here prior to the job and gave us advice that our gutters need replaced. We are satisfied overall but we would have also appreciated it the owners showed up after the job or at least reach out to us to answer some of our lingering questions.
Had Rob from The Guy Outdoor Services do my Patio. They take care of my office landscaping and knew they would do quality work. It was completed with care and obvious experience. It exceeded my expectations. Thanks!
We can’t thank the team enough for continuing to provide us landscaping services from very large projects- new backyard landscaping - to additional shrubs and tree planting. This will be our third year using their services. And highly recommend them for any landscaping needs you might have.

I’ve used them for snow removal at a small commercial building for years and it’s been hassle-free. They did a full landscape for our commercial property this summer. Maggie was great to work with - did a full landscape plan. The city was happy and we are, too. Install went great. Happened when they said it would and was perfectly done. Everyone loves our new retaining wall. Great experience.
Great experience with this company. They replaced my aging slate front walkway with pavers and did some other misc. work on pre-existing pavers around the back. Great work, professional crew, good value - highly recommended.
The office and field staffs treat the customers with warmth, politeness and patience. The work shows a high degree of professional care and consistency. They turn business into a pleasure. Im very happy that I chose the Guy Outdoor Services.

I had a brick walkway that needed the metal edging replaced. They did a great job not only replacing the edging but pulled up all the bricks, releveled the ground, relayed the walkway with a better edging. I also have used them to reseed my backyard grass, trim a large hedge along and multiple bushes in both yards. They were very professional, timely and easy to work with. I would definitely use their services in the future (above the lawn care they were already doing)!
Ive had a very good experience working with Maggie, Leroy and their team this summer! They are responsive, have great communication and contribute helpful ideas to solve my landscaping problems. We will definitely use their services for future projects!

Guys driving your truck around pull out in front of traffic going 50 and laugh about cutting people off. Bad look for the company, I realize it s not their truck and they don t care but if they don t care about the bosses truck they certainly don t care about your landscaping.
Nightmare. We hired this company for a large backyard project in the summer of 2021, and instantly regretted it. This was a large project, and Maggie proved from the onset of being unable to manage it. From lengthy delays to continuously ordering the wrong materials and not providing a truthful accounting of the cost of the mistakes until they were teased out with questioning the price of things. The worst part was being responsible to foot the bill for all of these costly mistakes under the threat of litigation. We paid, Moved on. No bad review despite our unhappiness. Fast forward to September of 2022, workers from this company show up unannounced and start walking through our backyard like they own it. When contacted, they denied being here. You cant make this stuff up. Also note there are several 5 star reviews from employees of this company.
Leroy and his team did a great job on our paver patio. They were very responsive, accommodating, and professional. I appreciate the time and effort they put in to ensure we got a great finished product.
I cannot say enough positive things about The Guy. They gave us a great plan, and made countless changes, even after they started our project. Christian and his crew went above and beyond at our place. They even repaired damage to the lawn from the city updated gas lines. The price was extremely fair, and the responsiveness was second to none. Id use them again without thinking twice, and would recommend their services to anyone looking for a landscape project.
I cant say enough good about this company. I hired them this year for snow services and I could not be happier! They are prompt with service and always have me ready to open for business with a clean and safe lot! I will be using them for any outdoor services at my business and home!

Hands down the best
We had our backyard area redone with pavers and the work turned out great. Unfortunately, they moved a drain pipe to the other side of our home and it is now collecting water. We tried calling them and sending photos, received no response. UPDATE: After writing this review, they contacted me right away and it seemed to be a wrong number situation regarding their phones. They sent someone out within the week to fix the problem area. Now we are fully able to enjoy our updated backyard. Thanks!
Worked with Maggie and her dad on our paved patio. From the initial meeting to the final payment, these guys are all-pro. Their pricing is competitive, service and communication is excellent. I would highly recommend the Guy!

Sucks. they sat in front of my house for 20 minutes this morning and left. At 4 pm, still no snow removal and I paid the seasonal rate of more than $500)).
