This dude took longer to respond back, but then he got mad that I found someone else to work on my sprinklers. Ummm, since when does the customer manage your schedule? We got some entitled companies who think customers are entitled to them. Breaking news, we live in a capitalist society. You have to serve the customer to earn their business. This is why I give them a one star.

Jaime and his landscaping crew were fast, efficient, and professional. We hired JS Landscaping for a lawn renovation project that included scalping our dead lawn and disposing of the debris and refilling the area with soil and leveling in preparation for sod, flipping our strips with rocks, as well as a large concrete patio expansion in the backyard. The initial bid he gave us was very reasonable and the whole project from start to finish was done in less than two weeks. Jaime was very communicative and easy to work with the entire time. When his crew was scalping the dead sod, they hit some of the sprinkler lines, but he made things right by getting it back to how it was before they started. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to others, as I intend to call him again in a few years for another landscaping project I have in mind. I believe the other 5 star reviews are more than legit, because I myself am very pleased with the work and value that came with this project.

Jaime was wonderful to work with! We called for an estimate for a few different concrete jobs in our front, back, and side yard including repair, removal, and additions. Jaime came that same day within 30 minutes to give us a bid. His bid came in lower than any other estimates we received, plus we could tell he was very professional and knowledgeable. We decided to go with Jaime that same day, signed the contract, and he got us scheduled for the work in about a week. He ended up contacting letting us know that his job before us ended early and that he could start sooner. His crew was very nice and helpful too. During the project Jaime kept us updated through text and photos. He was so fast to respond to our questions (within minutes). The quality of work turned out great! I am very happy with my topsoil delivery. They had it in my yard within an hour of contacting them. The guy that delivered it was extremely nice and fun to chat with!

Jaime did an amazing job! I had called many companies and received no responses. He responded immediately dispite being in a meeting when I called. I needed stone steps installed and a retaining wall moved. The price was great and they were able to do the work within a week of the quote. His team finished within a day and did an amazing job. Update: Its been a year and a half my yard has held up and looks great. In addition to what I mentioned before, he also buried our downspouts and placed them to drain 5 ft away from the house and had to bring in a bunch of additional dirt to do a final grade on the yard. This is probably the reason why out of all my neighbors, we are one of the few not needing a hose running to the storm drain from our basement to get rid of the ground water flooding basements in my area. The little extra cost and him doing the job correctly paid off greatly. Jaime was referred to me by a coworker who installed sod, irrigation and concrete edging which is what we needed for our 1/3 acre new build. His prices were very competitive and was very responsive. Anytime I texted him he would respond quickly. We reached out to him Jun 21 but heard that our water could be shutting off in July so we thought it may be better to wait until the following spring. Instead he suggested putting everything down around the first frost that fall and so we did. The yard came out amazing. Since our secondary water was shut off at the time of install, he came back out to finalize the job and adjusted all the sprinkler heads and got it set up for the summer. I had irrigation installed on a previous home in Colorado and that company did a terrible job of laying out the irrigation. There was uneven watering and areas that were not getting any water which became noticeable as the summer went on. I can tell by the job Jaime did that this is not going to be an issue! That other landscaper ghosted us when we brought up our issues so I wanted to be picky about hiring someone who cares about their reputation and someone I can rely on for future irrigation services (repairs, seasonal blow outs, expanding into future garden area, etc.). I couldn t be happier with the results and would recommend him highly to anyone who needs sod/irrigation install.

He came over and was rude and disrespectful the whole time he was looking at the property. Then he brings a quote at double the price that we had been quoted by 2 other landscapers. I would warn everyone to stay away from this company.

Jaime was so helpful and responsive. We stayed within our budget and we finally got our 18x18 patio. I loved the service because we/they had to reroute three of our sprinkler lines to put the patio in. So worth the extra expense.

Jamie has been great to work with. He is prompt with communicating with me and took care of a main line break when other landscapers would not return calls. I had him do some additional sprinkler work and remove a couple of trees, all completed within two days. I will use JS Landscaping for further tree and lawn needs. **UPDATE** After a wind storm blew a tree down in my yard, Jamie came out the next day (on a holiday) and hauled the debris away. Very reasonable charge and fast, friendly service.

When I called for a bid the owner, Jaime, was here that evening. When I chose his company he kept me informed about when his crew would be there and they were on time every day. Everyone treated me with respect and professionalism and that says a lot, being an older single woman. Everything I asked for was done like I asked and my yard looks beautiful! Their work is excellent and they got the job done a lot quicker than I expected. I would definitely use this company again.

They came out the same day I called and gave me a free estimate on a broken sprinkler system. They had it fixed by the next mourning. Great service I highly recommend them.

We have been putting in a pool which has required a lot of contractors doing various types of jobs. Most contractors are dishonest, cut corners, don t communicate, blame others, and don t take pride in their work. Jaime was bar far the best contractor I ve dealt with. Needed to get my sprinklers blown out for winter. They were quick to respond and most affordable.

Jaime is, by far, the best contractor I have ever worked with!! He responded quickly when I asked for a bid. His price was fair. His ideas to improve my plan were awesome. He kept in contact with me, worked the job professionally, showed up early and finished faster than predicted. I highly recommend his company and choice of subcontractors. We did cement work, big boulder rock work, vinyl fence with mow strip, sprinkler work, removal of grass and replace with weed barrier and gravel. I couldn t be happier!!

Terrible work on removing the sod from my front walk way to the curb of the street. I had to fix five sprinkler heads. Still working on them. No capping as done was per the agreement. Text numerous times no return texts or calls.

I called multiple landscapers to get a price for my backyard sod installed. Not only did Jamie answer right away he was able to come that day and finish my sod within a week in the early spring. Other companies were able to come and give me an estimate after my lawn was already done. The work his team did was very quick and very neat. My grass looks great !

Jamie was great to work with. He came out the day I called and gave me a quote right then and there. When I called back a couple weeks later, he even remembered exactly what I was looking for and was able to update the quote with new features I was looking for. Jamie was able to start work within a week of when we finalized everything and he and his team completed installing 2 concrete pads, a bunch of curbing, xeriscaping the front yard, sprinkler installation in the backyard with sod, all in 5 days. *review for estimate* I messaged Jaime at 1:30 pm and he was at my house within 4.5 hours to check out what it is we were looking for. We have found it very difficult lately getting communication at all from service providers, and have been stood up a couple of times with no explanation. Jaime gave me a time he d be there and he showed up at that time. He was communicative, clear, and prompt both in person and through text. He gave me an estimate in a short amount of time. No frills, no messing around, just straight to the point. I appreciated the respect for my time and potential finances. I would recommend anyone at least call him out to see what he can offer!

First time home owners, we forgot to winterize our sprinklers until the day it snowed haha. He was able to come the same day and got it all taken care of for us- his promptness saved us a lot of potential damage. His listed phone number sometimes goes through Google and does not receive texts, so make sure call him or text a verified phone number- not just straight from this page.

I was late in the season to get my sprinklers winterized and the gentleman I worked with came the following day and got the job done quickly. Much more responsive then any of the other 5+ businesses I contacted. Will definitely recommend!

Jaime was amazing to work with. Take it from an anxious mom who doesn t like talking to anyone. My husband is not the yard guy so I was afraid it would be difficult to find someone who could communicate well and be honest since I was doing the whole think by myself, but Jaime was both. He was also by far the best price and came out and gave me a quote same day, (which I loved since I had others come out and take weeks to get back to me, or not at all). He did everything for us too, the sprinklers, curbing, sod, extended our patio. The yard looks absolutely amazing, everything is quality work and we are very pleased with all of it!

Great service and work. My wife called for a quote and Jaime was at our house within an hour to measure and to give us estimate. He got started on the sprinklers and leveling right away. Mulch came in second. Lastly, the sod was laid down. Our timeline was met and my wife is very happy with the outcome.

I don t know how this clown has so many good reviews. He tried to upsell me $1500 to fix something I paid someone else $100 to do. Definitely don t recommend even getting a quote from him.

After calling a few other places and finding the wait time for an appointment was 4 to 5 days. Js came within the same day! Knew what the problem was right away and had it repaired very quickly and professionally. I am so impressed with this company. Will definitely be my go to from now on!

Called dude twice for service and its the same answer both times. Give him an address with a vague I will be there next week line with no real expectation of when he will actually be here. This results in him never showing up.

Im very satisfied with the repair work these guys performed. I had a broken valve. Knowing they were super busy, they made time and showed up earlier than I expected!

Fixed the problem at hand, but felt like we were overcharged - they had said the whole assembly would be replaced, and quoted us for that, but then ultimately did just enough to fix the leak, and still charged the quoted amount.

I cant say enough good things about them. My inline sprinkler valve was leaking and everyone I called was booked out two or three weeks. These guys were able to come the day after I called to look at it and came the very next morning to fix it. They replaced all four of my valves and when they were done cleaned up the area to where I couldnt even tell they had dug a hole. Then there was an electrical problem which he fixed. Their price was amazing, they were professional and not only on time but early. They completed the job in record time! If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much for your great service!

I am very pleased with the work that JS Landscaping did for me. I had them take out our park strip grass, level the remaining soil and haul it all away in preparation for putting in rock. They responded to my inquiry the same day and we scheduled them for the next day! Their crew showed up on time and the work was completed in just a few hours. Very professional! In fact, their work was so well done that two of my neighbors asked them to do that same work at their house that same day! Their response was quick, the price was right, the work was done professionally, they were friendly and the work-site was cleaned up well afterwards. What more could you ask for? Great communication, even better prices. They were able to get a quote and the job completely finished within 24 hours of each other. Crew was friendly, cleaned up the site afterwards. We are in a new build and we asked JS landscaping to finish our 1/2 acre yard and pour a big cement patio. Initially we decided to go with them because their price was slightly better than the other quotes and he was very quick to respond. But unfortunately now we really regret it. We have had nothing but problems with our grass and cement since he finished. We have a tremendous amount of weeds due to poor top soil he laid. We had spots that are dying because it is being over watered or not enough. But the zones he laid out are so weird there isn t a way to fix it without digging it back up (we sought the opinion of a professional landscaper just today regarding these issues) and to top it ALL off, the cement he laid cracked after only a couple of weeks. The worst thing about all of this is once we tried to reach out to him to talk about our problem we were having he completely ghosted us. Haven t heard from him since.. I m honestly not one to ever write a bad review especially because we got to know Jamie and really liked him. We found his company online, not by referral, and a big reason we decided to go with him was because of all the great reviews he had. But this project cost us $30,000 and now it looks like we are gonna have to spend so much more to get it fixed.

I had a sprinkler pipe break so I called Jaime. He came out the same day to look at it, gave me a price, and fixed it right then and there. Totally amazed by that and so happy I called him. I had also been thinking about converting my old manual system to an automatic system and we worked out a deal, scheduled a day to do the work, he came first thing in the morning and now I have an amazing automatic and wifi/app controlled sprinkler system. He is great to work with and does great work.

Now for the full review - Project Summary: Our house was a new build and as such the backyard was in total disarray. Rocky, dusty and packed with weeds, we needed someone who could do it all - and do it quick since a new dog adoption meant we needed a yard, ASAP. Our project consisted of grading and rock removal, moving sprinkler lines, pouring a concrete patio, installing concrete curbing / lawn edging, delivering and laying fill dirt, delivering and laying mulch and delivering and laying sod. Working with Jaime: I texted JS Landscaping Wednesday Aug 5th, 2020. That very day he was out at our place getting us an estimate of work. He was courteous and a good listener. After talking through the project he took some measurements and in less than a half hour we had our bid - which was lower than any previous bid we had received. We agreed - and he and his crew were working the very next day. Now obviously that will not always be the case depending on their schedule and workload, but I was amazed as how hard-working and eager the entire crew was. There was no down time - our yard was being transformed before our very eyes. Thanks to his professional eye and careful planning, we had our ENTIRE project completed in less than a week - and done very well I might add. Communication: I have worked with many contractors over the years and communication is often the primary barrier. Whether it be language barriers, a lack of responses, or a generally unprofessional demeanor, I have often had to simply hope that my work was getting done and be a nervous wreck the entire time. NOT SO with Jaime. He always communicated clearly what he and his crew would be doing each day and at what time. Any time there was a problem that would require more effort (like an unforeseen boulder in our yard) he would contact us and let us know what it would cost additionally to fix (which was always fair) and give us options. He was pleasant to talk to with a good sense of humor. Overall one of most professional and communicative contractors i ve yet worked with. (5/5) Cost / Value: Jaime gave us an estimate with each and every line item broken out (which i very much appreciated and doesn t often happen). We knew exactly what we were paying for and what options we had to minimize expenses. On top of all that clarity, the costs were very very fair. Jaime s bid was lower than any other estimate we had yet received and we were happy to pay it. Considering the speed and quality of his work, his price tag was an absolute steal. (5/5) Skill & Professionalism: A contractor is only as good as his crew, and Jaime s crew was top notch. They brought heavy machinery in to do the grading and dumping and watching them maneuver tight spaces, avoiding our house / deck / hot tub showed true skill. Where they couldn t get a machine in they worked by hand - and when I say work, I mean it. I ve never seen a crew as motivated. Rarely did I see them resting and when I would offer water or food, they were already on top of it. Normally, to get a job done as quickly as this a contractor will cut corners - but not JS. These guys simply hauled butt and worked hard. (5/5) Quality of Work: Again I cannot overstate - these guys went above and beyond and transformed our yard in less than a week. The concrete work was very well done, the sod was well laid, and everything turned out exactly according to plan. I am so happy with their work and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone with any type of landscaping job. Great work but you have to be specific and have a spending budget

I set up an appointment over the phone for 1pm to have my irrigation inspected and needed repairs assessed. No show. Reached out about 1:30 asking for an ETA, and he asked what was supposed to be done? It s like the conversation over the phone never happened. Unprofessional, was given some line about someone with the same address . If there was confusion he should have reached out to clarify instead of just not showing up for an appointment. No thanks, I ll find another company.

I am very happy with the repair work I just had done. We had our 28 year old sprinkler system overhauled - including 6 valves replaced as well as the filter assembly. He was very competant and the price was good. We are happy to recommend him. :)

I ve used his services twice now. Once in winter when I had a PRV burst and spray water everywhere outside. He was onsite and had it repaired within hours of me calling. This is what prompted me to use him again for our sprinkler modification and tune up. Again he was here same done and it was done to the highest standard. He even replaced every single piece of mulch to our garden so you couldn t even tell any work had been done. I will continue to use his services as his prices and professionalism can t be matched by anyone I ve used in the past! Thanks man awesome job again!

Just need a better payment method. CHarged 130 for sprinkler repair which I had prep most of it for him but had no change for a 20. So he took 10 stating it would be a tip. Sorry for last review. Just had a rough day and this happened. Ok to explained more on this issue. When he showed up to replace the valve I have already diagnosed the issue and even showed him which valve is leaking since I currently do not have the tool to perform the repair. Also I already diagnosed the valves that were leaking after the city valves before he showed up for the repair. He mentioned it to me and showed me pictures of what he would do to it and with respect to his expertise I respected his opinion but I am already aware of what needs to be done and know what needs to be done. I just needed him to repair what needs to be repaired that day. Dont know what extra work he is referring that he did. That is not true. Also I thought I had all the 130 since he did not have change and had to find some cash from my wife and ended up paying him 140. I payed him more and with him performing less of what he usually does. Yes he did perform a wonderful job with the repair on the valve but that was the only thing he did. I dug up most of the area for access to the valve and also put everything back together on my request. I apologize for the post but in reality sometime customers are not having a good day and that is where you performing the service interacts and get to know the customer especially first time customers.

I highly recommend JS Landscaping and sprinkler repair. I text Jaime yesterday and he said hed come by at some point. He text and said he was still at a job in Lehi, Im in Clinton. He was held up but could still come at 9pm. Right there I knew he was a hard worker. I told him to go home. He had a long enough day. HE text me today and came out and fixed manifolds, valves , shut offs...things that had been out dated and neglected from previous home owner. We just moved in. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I most definitely recommend him and will use him again when needed. 2 thumbs up!!

We ran into a huge sprinkler problem on Monday afternoon and by that evening Js Landscaping came over to do an estimate. They quoted a fair price and at 7am the next day they started working. Very prompt, polite and did a great job.

Js landscape came out right away to fix a stuck valve. It turns out whoever originally installed our sprinkling system put our valve box a foot over on the neighbors property. Needless to say the neighbor was not happy about that and requested that we move the box over we also had Js landscape do that for us as well. He showed up on time and got the job done right. After he replaced and move the valve box. The sprinkling system has way more water pressure now and there were sprinklers that were not working due to low pressure, they are working now. His prices were fair and honest will definitely be hiring him for some Landscaping work we need done in the near future.

I called Js Landscaping after another company failed to show up to an appointment I had scheduled and they didnt answer or return my calls. Js Landscaping was able to come out same day I called to take a look at the issue and made an appointment a few days later where they were able to fix my valves. Great service and quick response! Really appreciated!

Highly recommend!!! They answered my texts at 7:30pm and showed up to solve my problem the next morning. We ended up putting in a whole new sprinkler and valve system and I was super impressed with the price. If anyone asks for a recommendation they are the only I will vouch for.

I had 2 busted sprinkler heads and needed a quick repair. Looked online and Js came up with a very high rating. I called and scheduled a time to come by. Very friendly and flexible with scheduling. I showed him which needed fixing and it was done in a matter of minutes. Also he suggested we cap one off and use another one. I wouldnt have ever thought of doing that. If you are short on time and need a pro to come out, give him a call. Price was affordable and customer service was top notch!

I contacted Jamie and he was able to meet with me the same day. I had a huge yard project for him. He extended my driveway to fit 3 cars and installed an RV pad in the back area of my yard. He also removed bushes and landscaping I did not want, replaced the areas with gravel, beautiful mountain rocks and re-routed all my sprinklers to accomodate. He did a superb quality job in a timely manner and all members of his crew were kind and professional. I would recommend Jamie to anyone needing quality service. He really can and does it all!
