A&M Home Snow Removal Services in Roxbury

A&M were great the last two years. However, this year they have apparently chosen to no longer service residential customers. We have a seasonal contract that auto-renews every year, so I was operating under the assumption that we were good for this season, but we were never informed of the change in their operations until I reached out because we never received this season's invoice. Snow removal services book months in advance and they are leaving us in a bind and have refused to service us one last season even though they never notified us of the change in their operations. I'm hoping we can find someone on such short notice but obviously can no longer recommend this company due to their lack of communication and customer care. Shame.

Adam and Michael handle the snow removal at a couple of the properties we manage. Not once has there been a complaint...all residents have nothing but good things to say about their work. Very responsive and always extremely professional!!! Highly recommend.

Hired A&M to take care of several commercial store fronts in the Brookline area. I never have to call them during the storms as they come multiple times throughout a snow storm . Great company to work with !
