Great help with lawn care, fertilizer application, aeration, and overall expertise on property maintenance. Daniel helped organize Johan and Miguel coming by to help adjust and fix my irrigation system with excellent results.

We use the company for mowing and are very pleased with their services.

I have used for Centennial Property for over 15 years and have consistently had excellent experiences. CPM has replaced fences for me. taken care of my yard, handled sprinkler problems, removed trees and shrubs and done landscaping. Always very professional and top quality work.

I have been using them for last 11 years. They cover my yard and sprinkler needs and I know I can depend on them to a respectable job on a timely basis.

I had Centennial Property Maintenance perform a repair about 1 year ago. I was instructed by my settlement company to receive a worst case scenario bid from them for the repair. I was promised on multiple occasions by Centennial Property Maintenance that I would never be charged for any labor/tasks that werent ultimately performed. The repair work went very smoothly and was completed in far less time than was included in Centennial Property Maintenances worst case scenario bid. After the project was complete, Daniel Stecklein (owner of Centennial Property Maintenance) insisted that I pay the worst case scenario bid which was $1000 over the cost to perform the actual work. Again, this initial bid included tasks that werent even done and labor hours that werent expended on the job. I tried to reason with Mr. Stecklein but he refused to listen and wouldnt accept/return my calls or e-mails. I made multiple efforts to resolve this matter without success. After ignoring my requests to discuss settlement of this matter, Centennial Property Maintenance sent my account to a collections agency. After consulting an attorney, this matter was finally settled to my benefit. Although I was relatively happy with the actual work that was performed by Centennial Property Maintenance I could never recommend them. In my opinion, the owner of the company does not communicate well with his customers or even his employees. If you do utilize Centennial Property Maintenance be sure everything agreed to is detailed and in writing. Do not take them at their word. 02/03/2023 Update: 8 years later, Daniel Stecklein finally responds (with untruths) to my review regarding my experience with Centennial Property Management. 8 YEARS LATER! That speaks loudly to the poor communication and customer service I experienced during my project. Centennial Property Maintenance is a company that cannot be trusted and I would never use them again.

Centennial Property has been in our family for many years now and we have utilized many of their services. They have always been great about communicating and planning needed services. They have been excellent about taking care of the sprinkler system start up and blow outs as well as maintenance of them. We used them for a much needed gate replacement as well as tree trimming. They are very professional, reliable and dependable. Life has us locating north of their service area, but if they ever make it our way, we will gladly utilize their services again!

Daniel has gone above and beyond helping us fix our lawn. He has worked with us on water pressure issues, referred us to a wonderful plumber, changed sprinkler heads to maximize our coverage and helped us after the tornado. Last year we finally had a green lawn! This year we have one again thanks to his expertise and care. He always responds promptly and we appreciate all his knowledge!

Have always done a great job! Have trimmed bushes and done cleanup multiple years. Also did some fence repair as well. I call them every year.

This company charges $220 an hour to pick up fall leaves. We live on less than 1/6th an acre and they charged us almost $700 to clean up our leaves ( this did not include gutters).

I had an excellence experience with Daniel and his staff. Daniel was responsive, stuck to the schedule, and did quality work! I would definitely use him again.

Overcharged, they drag work out slowly to get their hourly rate. Multiple times they came unprepared and had to go to the store, all on my dime. The husband and wife team argue and make things uncomfortable. Overall feel this guy scammed me by adding on 5k in extras, a nickel and dime at a time.

I m surprised by the negative reviews. I recently engaged Centennial Property Maintenance and found them to be very responsive, friendly and informative. I received my invoices via email in a very timely fashion. The before and after of my property speak volumes and they have already booked a date in mid/late October for sprinkler shut off. Daniel and Karen have worked with me to manage an off-site property. Our previous lawn and garden care company was horrible--they would say work was done, when it wasnt, or not show up, and with delayed billing. I interviewed several companies last summer and this company really stood out, at first, with their consistent communication. Karen (Karyn?) and her team consistently answer the phones in the office. They have answered multiple questions for me even though I am bringing them little business (currently just mowing and lawn care, for which they quoted a very reasonable rate). They sent an estimate of charges at the beginning of the mowing season and follow up predictably (not rudely) every month. Their techs have called me twice to check about spraying or aeration before it is completed. This spring, Daniel came out to the property, met me on a Saturday morning, to check about some additional work that I had hoped to have done. He had two new, profound insights that will help me maintain the property long-term. He had to go through some hurdles to get additional help in providing the quote, and in the end my husband decided to do the work himself. I still feel a little bad about that. Daniel really went above and beyond to study the property, suggest appropriate maintenance, and problem solve, and the quote was free. Knowing that Karen and her team are on my side gives me peace of mind going forward for the 2018 yard care season. I am grateful to be working with them. I met the young man who came out to spray the weeds. He was educated, and immediately knew and could follow after being told once, the intricacies of avoiding certain landscape plants while spraying. Impressed!

Unfortunately I am posting this so that other homeowners do not run into the same dilemma that I found myself in. I had a sprinkler issue that I needed help fixing. The tech showed up on time and performed the work to my satisfaction...no qualms there. Where I got into a disagreement was when the bill showed up...CPM charges $90/hr for labor...the tech showed up and identified my issue but did not have the correct part to fix it so he had to leave my house to go to a store to get the part...when i got my bill the travel time and time off site was charged to me as labor...when i am paying $90/hr for labor and no labor is being completed I found this to be unsatisfactory. When I call to speak with CPM they told me that was their policy and tough luck. I am writing this review so that if any other homeowners hire them, that they are aware that they will be paying $90/hour whether the tech is actually working or not. JUST FYI...I wish this policy was more clearly stated for me.
