I manage a Condo Association in Rowley that uses Cole. The residents always have great things to say about the guys and the work they do. For me though, aside from providing great landscaping, they also "get" the service piece of things in a way some places struggle with. Any time I've reached out with a request or a concern from a resident, Barbara gets RIGHT back to me and is always very pleasant and willing to make sure everything is all set. The customer service is absolutely top notch. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking.
Switched this year from Trugreen to Cole Landscaping for lawn care. After 3 applications, my entire front lawn died. After they came out and surveyed the damage, the offered to slice seed it for me, for a mere $1600. Total scam, beware before they ruin your lawn as well
The crew who worked on my patio/firepit project were excellent. they were always on time, worked VERY hard and were always polite. I would recommend Cole Landscaping for anyone considering an outside project.

During covid we decided to create a backyard oasis and Coles nailed it! They even had to make a road next our carriage house to access our backyard and it was no easy task! We couldn’t be happier with how it all came out! We are outside from morning until night and we sit and just look at all of the beautiful work they have done to create a true oasis! We have grown to really love the entire Coles team! They truly are the best!!!

I had 2 large projects designed and completed by Cole Landscaping, an elevated bluestone patio with fieldstone walls in our backyard and large plantings with granite barriers in the front. These were large projects that required dedicated crews. I also use Cole for my regular property maintenance. I couldnt be happier with the work and, more importantly, with the crews that completed it.Everyone from design to estimate to work crews and office staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They always did what they said they would when they said they would do it. I was kept in the loop on timing and expectations. They always cleaned the job site at the end of every day. I just cant say enough about the quality of the work and the professionalism of the teams. I highly recommend this company for any project, large or small.

We used Cole for the first time this year to do an extensive spring clean up of our property. They transformed our over-grown and weed filled beds and side year into a lovely oasis, with clean cut edges, just the right amount of mulch. They even weeded the patio! Worth every penny to be able to enjoy the yard rather than feeling like its so far gone well nver catch up.
We hired Cole landscaping to do a multi phase landscape and hardscape design. Phase 1 has just been completed and we couldnt be happier with the results. Joe on the design, James on the irrigation Brian on site operations and the whole crew work together like a well oiled machine. The whole process from design right through completion went smoothly. Were looking forward to working with Cole landscaping again in the future.

I am not a fan of people who leave poor reviews w/out comments. My experiences with Cole Landscaping have always been positive. They are professional, flexible, and seem to do good work. Most properties on my street use professional landscaping services and those that are serviced by Cole consistently look the best.

GET IT IN WRITING, IF YOU CAN. Started a project with them to expand our patio that they had previously installed and I wanted to match the materials and other companies didnt carry that maker. Took nearly a month to get a quote, but that was just the start. The Sales Manager, Joe, had some great ideas. As we worked back and forth to get the price and the pricing went up over time on the original patio quote. Could never get any detail on individual items so I could make a decision. At one point Joe said hed take some money off during the job as a change order - that never happened and the owner wouldnt stand by his employee. I did get the pricing estimate detail on one part of the project, but when I cancelled it, they didnt take the whole amount off. In our conversations, Joe would schedule meeting and not show up, or schedule them and not be prepared. Totally unprofessional. He even scheduled my job for April 20, 2020 instead of April 20, 2021 - I suspect 4/20 is a special date for him. And then when the job was scheduled and turned over to the installation team, the original materials were not available anymore - guess they never checked. That said the installation was done professionally and it looks great, Sean is their greatest asset. But what a hassle to work with Joe, and he laid it at the feet of the owner. They are expensive so get it in writing, if you can.
Joe at Cole Landscaping has been been a fantastic partner on the numerous projects for our property. He is responsive, professional, detailed-oriented and punctual (which is important when you juggle a busy schedule!). During the consultation period, he truly listens to what you want to do but balances that with great recommendations to improve your project while providing his expertise when you need it. He has provided 2 large project plans for our property thus far and both required little no iteration which is a testament to his ability to take your vision and put it into action. Once your project begins, Joe keeps in contact to coordinate the job, introduce you to the crew lead (the crew is also fantastic!) and ensure you are aware of the progress daily. Any unplanned complications are addressed with full transparency and discussed with all options in mind to ensure you understand how your decision impacts the project from a timeline, plan and cost perspective. I would highly recommend him for any projects you have on your property.

We hired Cole Landscaping after a bad experience with another local company. And we could NOT be happier. We ve contracted with them for weekly mowings, as well as fertilization. The combination has been amazing. Not only did they quickly repair the damage caused, they know the ideal height to cut the grass and the ideal fertilizer treatments needed. The result is a healthy, lush, picture-perfect green lawn that now must be conditioned to actually protect itself, even from the summer sun and extreme heat. Without even watering it. We ve lived here for 14 years and our lawn has never looked better! Highly recommend Cole, a wonderful family business.
