These guys do a great job! Deb initially came out and explained all the different turfs and their process. We had them put turf and leuder stones around our pool and we also put in a putting green. Team was very professional. Deb was always available for questions along the way.

Artificial Grass Pros are professionals and were excellent at communication. I recommend that all customers request the drawing with dimensions of area where you want the turf installed, ALONG with the estimate sent via email to ensure there is no confusion upon installation and the final cost provided. This is critical for smooth installation without delays, or possible unknown increase in final cost estimate. The estimate is generic and does not display dimensions of turf area. This should be a company-wide policy. I discussed this with QC (Bob) and he agreed. Thanks to Russell, Miguel and team for our beautiful backyard.

He set expectations exceptionally, didnt try and go for a hard sell and made me feel so much at ease that I knew (as a contractor/inspector/PM myself) I didnt need to speak to any other company. The crew and Bogdan showed up on time and met with my wife to start the project. I showed up around 12 pm and they were hard at work. The crew met with me after completion to ensure I was happy with everything. This is exactly how my company operates and Im more than impressed with Bogdan and his crew. I recommend 110%!!

Im very pleased with the interaction with the AGP telephone staff and the expertise of the salesman. In fact the salesman, Bogdan exceeded expectations. He was very efficient in measurements and presentation of turf options. The only negative I had was the efficiency of the installation crew. They were very friendly and did a great job in clean up. I felt though I had to manage them more than I should have. They may have been new, Im just not sure.. In getting the products to the backyard they wanted to build dirt ramps for the wheelbarrows thru the front yard, when all they needed to do was bring those wheelbarrows up the driveway and take the walkways to the back. I had to manage the height of the metal edging for the flower beds, when I felt they should automatically know what looks best. I would recommend if you have an installation done, just be home during the process, and check work frequently. I do wish management would have came by to inspect the final job and make sure it was all installed properly. There are areas that seem to blow quite a bit when you go over it with a leaf blower. I dont know if this is normal or not, or if it just needs more sand or spikes.. It does look very beautiful though! Im definitely considering adding the turf to the front. Another big positive for AGP is their competitive pricing!! I will definitely consider AGP for my next install but would address my concerns.

Russell the salesman was very knowledgeable. Helped us decide what type product and where we wanted it. Scheduled us about 2 weeks out. They showed up on time with 5 extremely hardworking guys. They were all solid gold! We thought it was a 2 day job but they stayed until dark to finish the same day. Our backyard looks awesome now! Installation was just 3 days ago so I cant speak to durability but so far they are 5 star!!

Our backyard was a disaster before we hired Artificial Grass Pros. Horrible drainage, muddy, and grass could never grow very well. After a hard rain it would almost look like a small pond in the backyard. So we hired Artificial Grass Pros to take matters into their own hands.
