They say they guarantee their work and will send someone out of the service is not satisfactory. But when you call the fight with you about sending someone. The pest control is a joke. They charge you for service and dont even do the service. I came home after they did a call a few days ago.. and found 3 wasp nests on my home. Do they even do anything when they show up?

8/5/24 Lamont just finished our yard treatment and was so professional. Let me know when he would arrive and upon arrival came to the door to tell me what he was going to do to the yard! We have had numerous issues with TruGreen. Earlier this year, they came out and just did the front yard, charging us for the whole yard. I was willing to give them the benefit. Someone came out and spent a great deal of time walking through what was needed for our lawn and gave us four free sessions. Then, within two months, they did it again, only sprayed the front lawn. I called and cancelled the service, as well as left a negative review. They made arrangements to come out and spray the backyard. I gave them another chance. Today, they aerated the lawn. Again, only doing the front lawn. I have to police the agency who I am paying to do the job for which I have paid. I canceled them today. I am done this time. Horrible service.

The Service was good. And, the pdf was complete with detail. But, when I had a few questions of which I needed answers the Virtual Assistant was a waste of my time. Too much time typing and then waiting for the answer.. I would not use it again..

If there was less than 1 star, I would give it! I got TrueWeeds to repair my front lawn that was full of weeds and brown patches. They came out and laid down some weed killer and grass seed (I notice that he didnt put down any fertilizer or aerate the lawn). They said it would take 7 to 21 days to see any difference. 22 days later I see a difference, THERES A WHOLE NEW VARIETY OF WEEDS IN MY LAWN, no new grass, and more brown patches are popping up. The weed technician said to wait another 2 to 3 treatments (Which is about $70 a treatment) to see some improvement. This is May - September (In Texas, grass usually dies by August from the heat). Stay away from TrueWeeds, this is nothing but a money grabbing scam, that will have your lawn looking like a weed sanctuary. Go to a local service!

Check out the nearly 300 awful (authentic) reviews on Yelp to fully understand what these people are about. Rude, dishonest, strategically require a credit card for monthly(ish) (sometimes more often) auto payment and charge for services they never perform. RUN from them.

The service person listened to my concerns. He was on time and I had advance notice of approximate arrival time. He was very helpful regarding proper watering and pet instructions.

Andrew a very personable & knowledgeable young man applied fertilizer & gave me suggestions as how to keep my grass looking good during drought periods when we have water restrictions.

TLDR: started great, but continuous setting of and missing expectations. Finally resulted in really well done customer service with truly hearing my concerns and meeting halfway on a clean break in our service. I think this is worth while to use TruGreen, but my situation was a lemon where it just wasn t handled properly for too long; only was great at the start and end in my situation. But I ve heard others have had great experiences the whole time. Maybe down the line, I will give it another go. Initial review: So far so good. Excellent communication. Looking forward to continuing business. Update 1: After 2+ months our front yard looks pretty good but our backyard has worsened somehow. We mow once a week and water with irrigation system regularly. It looks like their treatment cannot help crabgrass. Ive been in communication with them about this and they have done retreatments. We are giving it a couple more weeks to see if it can improve. If not, well plan to go to Weedman for services because they worked really well but are just a little more expensive. Update 2: it continues to go downhill. Learned they haven t been treating the Dallas crabgrass weed we have seen multiply substantially each month, and they never communicated about this non-treatment until months into their treatment plan, even though I have specifically brought that up every time. It was actually the reason we enlisted in their services. Also we have new types of grass growing (not a good look) + new types of weeds growing in the front yard, neither of which have I seen grow in our yard, even before using TrueGreen. I ve had an increasingly poor experience with customer service begging me not to cancel and promising it will get better, saying just two more weeks, please. I m naive for trusting over and over again. If this situation, which is continuous poor experience for months, is any indication of their service across their customers, do not hassle with TruGreen. Go with WeedMan instead.

Truegreen is the first lawn service Ive found that understands and provides a service that can handle weeds without impacting my buffalo grass lawn.

Wow! I just called the main 855 phone number to schedule a TruGreen specialist to come out and assess my yard with me before I signup up for service. I was told that the only way a specialist will come out to look at my yard is by me signing up for service $$ and a specialist will come out on the first treatment day. How do I know they can meet my expectations if they won t come out to assess and let me know what they can or can t do?? Seems like a poor business model. They certainly lost my business.

I spoke with Gregory B today when he arrived. He is a very nice man. He asked me to please give him a shout if I had anyquestions. Gregory B entered all the details of the application today in his report, which is great, because I typically dont have great recall for the technical details, and its all covered there for me to read. Gregory B has been taking care of my yard for 3 seasons now, and it has been looking good. My grass has not had any of the issues it had, which lead me to hire them.

The actual lawncare service is top-notch. But sometimes their customer-facing systems are less-so (like Katie, the AI agent who so desperately wants me to sign up for service even though I already pre-paid for a years worth of services). Its OK though, I understand the plight of a marginally-adaptable AI. The humans that work at TruGreen are great, from the rare human you get on phone support to the techs who come and do the actual work on your yard. And the AI is probably just misconfigured; shes not a bad AI. Katie if youre reading this, youre a good AI. Youre doing the best you can with the systems you have access to. He was vey professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He had good communication and customer interaction skills. TruGreen has definitely improved, compared to their previous service style. Today we had the 2nd treatment for the year. Their first treatment in March was so effective that those tall wild weeds and flowers were nicely taken care of and the grass has become healthier and greener. (My neighbor in fact asked for the info about the service we have for the lawn the other day.) Todays technician Isaiah arrived on-time and professionally used a drivable cart with a machine to spray their grains to take care of the preemergent weeds. He was thorough and careful not to miss any narrow strip of grassy area on the streetside and near the fence. I am being more satisfied with TruGreen service quality this year than that of last year. A couple of suggestions to make, if I may: 1. Please let me know of your schedule in advance. 2. Your online Refer a friend seems a bit complicated to utilize for someone like me who does not do Insta, FB, etc. Thank you for your improved service !!!

After almost a year and half of their service (weed and feed spray), the only things thriving in our yard are the weeds. What little grass we have left is hanging on for dear life.

Had an encounter with an employee with road rage. He almost caused a wreck and then pulled up beside me cussing and making physical threats to the point that I feared for my safety. I had to file a police report and got 0 remorse from the company. I would not want this kind of person on my property.

A Tru Green representative came to my home today to put horticultural spray on all of my trees and shrubs which help make them healthier. I ve had this service for a few years and will continue to use it. The Tru Green representative was a gentleman, extremely polite and helpful and answered all of my questions. He made sure to close the gate to my backyard so that my dog will not get out, I appreciate that.

I have given up on TruGreen. They are very inconsistent with their treatments. Often times i wont see a truck come out for 8-10 weeks between yard sprays. I have more weeds in my yard now than i did before hiring these flunkies. If I was looking for a company to take care of my yard i would look further as i will be taking my business elsewhere.

For whatever reason, they fertilized in the middle of summer and killed the grass that is not in the shade. They obviously don t know what they are doing and only care about their profits from a stupid contract. Don t use this service and I question how environmentally friendly this company really is.

Worst company and worst service ever. Seriously folks do NOT sign up for their services cause you will not be able to cancel and they will continue to charge you. I just got off the phone asking them to refund my charges. They literally said that in their Notes it shows you cancelled lawn service in November but not your tree service. I am like I cancelled all of my services at my home address. I said ok send me a in writing that it s cancelled and you will not refund me and he very rudely said we do not send any emails it s for internal use. Half the time they do not even service you but just leave the yard sign showing they were there. Worst experience ever.

But I am very annoyed, I spoke to a live person to get a quote on a Wednesday, told them to follow up with me the following Wednesday. Then I proceeded to be harassed by OTHER people, 5 calls in one day - I also spoke to another live person told them I got a quote already and we were discussing it as a family, then the next day I got another email. The next week they called me 4x a day. If you want to be harassed, get a quote. Disappointed, would have probably used them if they didn t harass me. So now notifying you as a company, please for the love of God don t call me or reach out again. Thx

The person on the phone who said that the bill would be removed from my account apparently wasn t truthful. I get multiple automated calls and emails saying I have a bill to pay. Just another example of how I d never do business with this company again.

Please bear with me as I share a long story. 1. After couple of visits from Trugreen, I requested for An aeration service. 2. The service person asked about buried cables, and anything to watch out for. And I answered him. During his service, he broke an irrigation wire a yard lighting wire, and most importantly Internet fiber cable. 3. I spent my money, Time and ruined my lawn in getting these things fixed. 4. I called TruGreen And told them situation And ask them to cancel it 5. After a few weeks in September 2023, my next service visit showed up even after cancellation. I told them that the service is canceled and showed them the damages in the lawn where the buried cables are broken. They went back without starting the service, but charged me for that visit 6. Recently, in 2024 They visited me again and I told them the service was canceled. Why are you guys coming back ? The guy said he got the address wrong. But they still charged me for that visit. 7. I called Trugreen and told them that this is not appreciated and to please refund my money. And also to cancel my subscription. 8. I missed a call from Trugreen last week and I answered it today and the agent she does not have any record of my complaint. So I m putting my notes here, so anybody from Trugreen likes to call me here is the full story and don t say you don t have it written in your notes anymore. The calls I made to you. The agents have said that they were recorded calls, so please go through the recordings to verify this Information above.

We love our rep, Dennis Hampton, and he has a great team. Camille Radaker gives us at least a weeks notice before the scheduled service. Dennis has gone above and beyond for us many times, taking time at night to talk with our HOA board members about the service, explaining the different products, etc.

Terrell listened to what I had to say about the weeds and he ensured me what he sprayed would take care of those weeds. Terrell is always on time, very professional and friendly.

Love the text notifications of scheduled services that are coming up. Wish the app would show upcoming scheduled services on it though. I called customer service to make an appointment to have my lawn aerated, come to find out, one was already scheduled for next month. Im assuming I wouldnt have found out until 24 to 48 hours before scheduled aeration. Please put on the app. Service agent that came to apply weed killer and fertilizer was very professional, and answered all questions that I had.

We purchased a home, it s about 2 years old , previously there was just an empty lot full of weeds. So that translates to the reason I decided to use this company. So after about. Month , I still have weeds ! They are thriving !! So not sure what they did but it did not killed the weeds . I did a better job my self with stuff for the store .

I could not even get a quote, they just call me, give me a price based on a Google maps pic, so they dont have idea the status of your property, and then asking for money, but you never will get an email quote or treatment plan, they only care about you give them money, and show off of the the 5 starts reviews but after checking the real reviews not add up even 3.5. Stay away from this company.

Make sure if you use this company that youll be home when theyre set to service your house, because apparently they dont feel the need to inform you when they arrive. We just had our entire home sprayed with pesticide intended for a neighbors yard. We were home, and because nobody knocked on our door to inform us of their presence we didnt have the chance to explain that they were at the wrong house. When we confronted the woman to ask what was sprayed (worried about our newborn babys exposure), the woman threw her arms up, rolled her eyes and gave the most insincere I apologize imaginable. Had we not been home our neighbor wouldve been charged for a service they never received. Extremely unprofessional.

I called in the middle of the afternoon and no one ever answered and it went to voicemail. I filled out a form online and no one ever reached outyy. If they are this bad beforehand can imagine if I m paying them. Called Weedman and right away got it setup.

I live in Travisso and we have strict community standards. We take pride in our gorgeous community and love vendors who provide first class service. I am a busy person but I wanted to take the time out to personally thank Damontae for coming to our home and taking the time to explain how the weed treatment works, his application process, and the care needed after the treatment. He even cared about the safety of our Shih-tzu Zoey and told us to keep her in for a couple of hours. He is an exceptional employee and I will be referring him to our community page and concierge. Thanks Damontae!

We love that TruGreen keeps the same service provider coming to our home. Having Chase H. come back for every treatment has been so beneficial because he knows our yard and what needs to be done. We have had other lawn providers that changed our provider every other. They had no idea where to spray and didn t take care of our lawn. Chase H makes sure to spray every inch and will manually spray areas that his machine will not reach. Very happy. Thanks!

This company is a scam! Never ever hire them, you are better off maintaining your lawn yourself because these guys are good for nothing. I have been paying this company for a year now and there has been absolutely zero change, in fact my lawn looks much worse than before. In their contract they promise to re-seed in case the service doesnt work, but I have complained several times with no success at all. They keep sending mean and insolent people who come and tell us to cancel the service and that they will do nothing to help. One of their representatives was so rude that he told us he doesnt like to talk about these issues and that he hates coming to see our lawn on a Friday afternoon. I mean if you dont wanna work on a Friday, go talk to your manager, dont misbehave with customers for that. That said, the manager might be as incompetent. So far the most incapable, incompetent, rude and insolent customer service I have ever received. In another incident, they lied to us about an aeration service and charged our card for $316. They never performed any aeration, but still charged us. NEVER HIRE THESE FRAUDSTERS!

I placed a request for quotes regarding mowing, trimming and weed control on a link to solicite lawn service quotes. In a day, I got 3 texts and 4 calls from TruGreen. On the first call, the sales person tried to sell me on their premium golf course treatment, then started stepping down services (none of which sounded remotely valuable). I asked about the mowing trimming and weed treatment that I requested a quote for and was told that they didnt do mowing and trimming. I told the sales person that these were what I requested a quote for and it was all I wanted. I was called back later by someone inquiring what they could do to get us into their service. Again I advised they did not offer the service I asked for. After the fourth call, I asked to be put on their do not contact list which seemed to finally stop the calls from TruGreen, though I received a massive increase in spam calls which may not be related but seemed highly suspicious. If you hate high-pressure sales as much as I do, be wary of soliciting a quote.

So I use this service thinking they do the mowing service. Upon signing up I told them specifically the service im looking for, and then 2 people called me to offer me additional service but I specifically said no coz I just want the simple mowing service that I need. The day has come by to do the 1st service my mom was at home. The person who was sched to do ther service stop by and did not do anything at all! Did not even spoke to my mom at all. And yet when I got home nothing was done and yet I got a reciept stating the job was done and complete and I will get charge. I called customer service it was no help at all. Instead they keep insisting they can do the reservice for free. But they cant offer the service im looking for , for my lawn. Im very dissatisfied and disappointed as to how this company do thier business. I wasnt happy at all. I would never ever ever recommend this company for anyone. Due to the fact that there willing to charge the client for a service that was not done at all!!!

Great service! I ve been using True Green for a couple years now. I started noticing a difference after the first year. No more weeds, and a great lawn. I also appreciate them closing my gate so as to not allow my dogs out. Thank you!

They will stalk you everyday and call from diff numbers after you have told them you went with another company and to remove you from their list. DO NOT BOTHER INQUIRING.

I was charged for over seeding and ariation they never did it. I called 5 times to get it addressed they scheduled it 3 times with customer service and the local office refused to do it always saying that machine is on another truck and will come back later, never showed up. now the local office is saying they dont over seed in texas and the ariation is not free i need to pay, after i was charged for tru complete package. That is the major selling point the lie over and over. please stay away from this company it is not worth the headache or your blood pressure rising. Super disappointed

Got the service today from John Mendoza. He explained everything he was going to do, asked me if I had questions several times, took his time to cover every corner.

Fraudulent company. They will take your money but perform no service. I have been trying for the last 2 weeks to get somebody from management to give me a call and they refuse. I have them on surveillance walking onto my property and walking off and I get charged $300 for a service? On top of all of that, I have asked to have service canceled several times and I got automated phone call this morning saying that a technician was going to be at my house on Friday for the next service.

Ive only been a customer for a month but so far Im not impressed. The reason to switch to trugreen was because weeds are taking over my yard and the last company wasnt doing anything about it. At this point I see no difference whatsoever. But Im hoping it will improve. The last appointment someone from Trugreen said they showed up but they did not. Today someone showed up and said it was nice talking to me in the report I received. I can assure you I did not talk to your representative today. Having said that, they missed treating my side yard. I have also requested a call from a manager twice but I hear crickets. Edit: I didnt realize this was public review. I thought it was an internal review. Trugreen did reach out to me and hopefully we can go forward positively.

Well, if you see a gate to the community and a kiosk, you need to use the kiosk and not return back. This is standard process for getting an entry to a secured premise. Also, for additional help, you can call the resident of the community too and that resident is your customer whose phone number is very much available for such instances (at the least). If you also dont see a kiosk, how long would you take to wonder if there could be another gate which in our case there are two for your information. Todays service cancellation was initiated by you and not me but the report says it was cancelled by me which is not at all correct. Thank you for your services (that you could not perform) - Abani

Extremely poor service. I have been following up multiple times for a call-back from the local office in Austin regarding multiple low-quality services in the spring. Have not heard a word back in 3+ months. Complete waste of money using this company, and a terrible investment for your lawn...

The local branch of TruGreen here in the Williamson County area has been terrible to work with for us. We enrolled and paid a substantial amount of money for their arborist program. When one of our younger trees was in distress the person who came out didnt know anything about trees, after some back and forth with her manager on the phone, told me it was beetles, treated the tree and it died shortly after. When I called to follow up with the manager she didnt call me back for over 2 weeks. She only called me back when it was escalated to the GM. She didnt want to come out to the home (which they told me was protocol at the national level). Instead, she told me to text her pictures. She said, oh I remember this tree, no its not covered because based on the pictures it looks like (insert some bug I had never heard of) was actually the culprit and thats the one bug we dont cover. The manager really struggled to have a difficult conversation. Additionally, when our other younger tree was in distress this summer i scheduled a visit that no one showed up for. And when I called they just said I dont know. A gentleman in the scheduling department was very antagonistic and said to me several time if you would have pre-paid for the service we would replace the tree, you should have done that. When I called customer service they were able to confirm that I had in fact pre-paid for the program. Anyways, I would not recommend this company and especially the local Round Rock/Georgetown area branch.

Not what I expected for how much they charge the customer service is horrible, I have to be calling after almost every service for them to the right thing. Their tech don t want to communicate with customer what so ever, they don t even come and knock on the door when they have arrived or when they are done with the service. If any problems come up they just leave and reschedule instead of contacting the customer. Very exhausting

I find it to be a good value for how detail oriented they are but I do realize that value is relative and it could be considered pricey by others. I recommend giving them a try for yourself.

I could not have been more disappointed with this company. I was excited to have a beautiful lawn at my new house. I paid for a years worth of service. It started off great but then each time they came I would still see all of the same weeds in my yard. It seemed like the only thing they did was fertilize my yard and then would leave. I then asked them to call me every time they serviced my yard so I could get a break down of what they did. This never happened, even with me calling to complain that I received zero communication except a notification of when they were done. This is a new subdivision so I knew I would have a lot of weeds in a new yard. This is why I hired TruGreen. Not only did I continue to see a lot of weeds in my yard, apparently I only paid ($600+) for 8 treatments. They did their last treatment and then 2 months later, without notifying me in any way, came out to do another treatment. Then I received a bill for the last one. To me that is an extremely dishonest way to do business. I have cancelled my service and will be using another provider that will actually do what they say they will do. Find a local company to do your yard. I have never left a bad review in my life but after this experience I felt I needed to.

In the spring of this year, I decided to hire TrueGreen once again, having had a positive prior experience with the company. However, this time has been a significant letdown, and I am left feeling as though Ive wasted my hard-earned money. Despite having multiple choices for lawn care services, I specifically opted for TrueGreen based on their previous satisfactory performance. Unfortunately, the service provided during this period has been nothing short of HORRIBLE. Whether its due to a staff shortage, lack of training, or other issues, I cannot ascertain, but the quality of service has been severely lacking. One of the major issues has been the inaccurate timing of service visits, which I can confirm through the security cameras installed around my property. Furthermore, my once vibrant lawn is now almost dead, and TrueGreen has been unable to pinpoint the cause of this decline. Despite my efforts to have them revisit and address the problems, they consistently fail to honor scheduled appointments. This ongoing situation has been incredibly frustrating. In stark contrast, I opted for a different service for my three other properties, and the grass on those lawns is thriving. This stark difference in results leaves me perplexed about what could be going wrong with TrueGreens service. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to the local office, my interactions have only been with the scheduler, who has proven to be of no use in resolving these issues.

I signed up for a year of complete yard service PREPAID b/c they discount it best that way. It was to include complete yard care, shurbs & trees, pest control, etc. Its been nearly a year and my shrubs are being eaten by bugs, I have bugs in my home and all over my property for the first time ever and the weeds are still there. Half of the time, the company says they came but there is no one on any of my ring cameras, there are no signs in my yard (which have been there when services were preformed) and no one rang my doorbell. I asked multiple times for an area manager to call me and they never did. I finally asked for the services to be canceled and a refund for what was left. I was told it was finished - that the services were canceled and any money left in the prepaid account being refunded. Fast forward 3 days and I get a message that TruGreen is coming out tomorrow!! I called in and they said not only were services not canceled, the lady I had spoken with to cancel actually RENEWED ME!!!!!!! This company is a scam!!!! Beware!!!

I don t appreciate TruGreen sending someone to my house without consent. Your Sales Manager completely disregarded the No Solicitors sign (which is at eye level), next to my front door and rang our doorbell, disrupting a meeting I was in and waking up my 18mo kid and 7mo pregnant wife who were trying to nap.

Amanda was amazing she really cares about addressing customer concerns by spending time answering questions. She is knowledgeable and is very thorough while treating your yard. Her compassion and professionalism are amazing!

Sep 2024 Absolute disappointment. If I could give them 0 stars, I really would. First they had my name wrong for over a YEAR. Even after several times calling them to correct it, they could not fix their records. The name on the account didnt match the billing information and still they could not fix the disconnect. BTW this was not a case of a prior person at the same address because I have owned the home since construction completed. Second, they employ nickel and dime sales tactics with poor customer service. Everything is extra and they even had a sales rep try to argue with me when I declined the additional services stating you should trust us since we do your lawn service. No means no! Third, they kept putting signs in my yard without my permission. Doing this without my permission is a outragous but on top of that, it is a HOA violation. This forced me to address the situation with my HOA and continuously remove the signs. Even after this horrendous experience caused me to cancel all of their services, they will not stop calling AND mailing me advertisements for their services ... with the wrong name AGAIN. Update Jan 2024 Still continuing to receive calls repeatedly. Of course calling me the wrong name. Several Trugreen employees have stated we will/have removed you from the call list. but I continue to get mail and phone calls constantly. New letter showed up today in fact and I also fielded another call this week. Can somebody in the legal field inform me when this behavior crosses the line into harassement?

Beware doing business with TruGreen... They did not provide the service they advertise and most of the time when they stopped by to do service, very few did complete job and were in and out in just a few minutes (I have videos from security cameras) and on top of that not only did the grass not turn green but had alot of weeds popping out all over (have pics of bucket full of weeds I had to pull). To make matters worst, after the contract expired, they still showed up to do services without my consent and when I called, they informed me the contract renews automatically. I informed rep to discontinue services since I did not receive the service expected so rep told me theyll send a final bill for service they just performed so I told her to please mail me final bill. I never received final until I just received a notice from IC systems bill collector for $122.00 which to me it seems is a way for TruGreen to place an effort to damage my credit. Again, beware of TruGreen, not only do they provide poor service but also sneaky at stabbing you with a bill for services you did not authorize or request. So hard for find trust worthy organizations now days, so sad.

Customer service is clueless and bad. Multiple almost haranguing phone calls during the sale process. Once they sell you, the customer service is horrible. My service was cancelled and never rescheduled. I had to call to get make a special request only to be told they could only give me a. Window for service .. the window was not specific... Something like a week or so. I originally requested service in early July. Here it is July 20 and no service to speak of.

The first time I used true green I cancelled because I saw no difference in my yard after several applications. This year I chose to give them another chance. This year its been like night and day compared to last year. This year has been a integrity issue. On Several occasions I was told of service applications which was never applied and I know that because I was home. And yes I did report it and the services was rescheduled. And after I told them that I would be out of town. They scheduled a application during my absence. There hasnt been any consistency in my lawn treatments as I had hoped.

The service has been excellent. The communication has been superb. I enjoyed interacting with the service person and appreciated the explanations of the process.

Technician only serviced the front lawn twice. Wasnt here but 10 minutes, and got it all on camera!

Our lawn looks worse than before they started treatment. Lots of promises and little follow through. Half of the lawn is still weeds and half is dead. Missed treatment and said they couldnt access the lawn because someone was mowing but thats not true. Was promised a tech to come for an evaluation but that never happened. When trying to cancel they just make more promises and keep trying to sell or tell you how theyre going to make it right. Update 8/26/2022 They came and treated the lawn even after I called to cancel. I was told my service was cancelled and they wont come again. I told them I would not be available on specific dates. Im not responding to the standard corporate issued reply to this review. Theyve had all the chances Im willing to give on the matter.

All calls to the Local Round Rock office get forwarded to the national service desk. After my 3rd attempt, the agent said they were contacting the Round Rock General Manager. Was pleased last year, but this year I have more weeds than ever and requested extra application has not helped or the regular scheduled service this month has not touched the weeds. Not sure I will use them next year unless this is remedied promptly.

This is like a SCAM. I never subscribed for any service. Just got a couple online quotes for lawn fertilization (true complete package) using satellite images and DID NOT go ahead with it. Out of the blue a couple of weeks later, suddenly someone started servicing my property for pest control and got an email that my property was serviced. I had to call the customer service and they could not figure out how my property got added. Also after receiving the online quote, I got tons of calls from various vendors across the US claiming to be from TrueGreen trying to win over other quotes. They asked me to furnish my credit card info on the phone and was pushing me to do it and then I had to back out as I could not trust them anymore. Overall, TrueGreen seems to be a scam or they have many loop holes to correct.

Beware its not so green! The only thing green are the bills you pay them.It all began well. They would come on days not scheduled or agreeded on. They would lie about my yard saying there was debris when I cleaned and took day off work for them to show which they never DId. Who knows if they even perform the service the days I wasnt there! A manager called me and did a horrible job of trying to retain me as a customer.I explained that I prepared the yard the day before removed lawn furniture and put dogs in for the lawn treatment. I then get a message on my phone via text saying I cancelled the order! What! I took the day off waiting for the treatment I was so excited. I called in spoke w manager which put me on hold for 15 minutes then the field tech told them there was debris in my yard and couldnt service.(BIG LIE) So he automatically cancel my order A few days later I get call from manager I recaped the whole situation again, and she tells me they would like to give me 2 FREE services but I have to call and cancel services. Sorry thats not my Job! You would think management would fulfill that request. I would of probably changed my mind but after the the way they handle the matter Im DONE with them. I dont recommend them. Stay away from TRUE GREEN!!

I left another company because there was little to no scheduling and TG was worse. When they do come out they did the front, never attempted the back yard gate which is where i needed them. Need to hire more techs if they dont have time to do the service I m paying for

I used Tru green for a year and half. The service quality and communication consistently went down each month. The first treatments the technician was great. This progressed into no shows yet getting billed, to technicians showing up, placing the tru green sign in our yard, and leaving without performing any services but a bill magically showing up for it. I have at least 3 ring videos of the technician doing this in the past year. Do not use this company or its Round Rock location. This seems to be a pattern they have adopted this year with their customers and is completely unethical.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE SCAMMED. If you want your money to pay for something (literally ANYTHING), then look elsewhere. There were multiple months where we saw someone come to perform their services on our ring camera and literally JUST PUT A SIGN IN OUR YARD. Yes, we were charged $150 dollars for this lawn sign and NO SERVICES, and even with proof the company refused to refund or have someone out come out and actually perform the service we agreed to in a CONTRACT. After multiple months of calling support and trying to get someone to actually perform the services that we had a contract agreement for they sent us to collections. Also, there were MULTIPLE months where they sent two different guys out to put this lawn sign in our yard with NO services and tried to bill us TWICE. This company is a complete and total SCAM. I see that they reply to the reviews here, but they DO NOT pick up their phone to actually help you.

Have been having them service our lawn for the year with no improvement in weeds, we were supposed to have our lawn aerated, which they canceled on us two weeks in a row. They finally came out to do the aeration today, and I was at home the whole time, they did the front yard for maybe 5 minutes, and then left without doing the backyard, and marked the service as complete (and without the technician notifying me that he was there or leaving, I just happened to see him through our cameras and me being home), and our backyard is the whole reason we hired tru green. All I got from Britney from the phone when I called was that they will schedule a reservice, and have manager Eric call me. It really makes us wonder what else they are not doing and hoping we don t catch, we definitely will not be renewing service with them. Their customer service is also the most horrible customer service I ve ever had to deal with, each representative gives me different information every time I call and nothing that they say has been correct, and they al just say whatever they can to get off the phone.

Feels like a scam. They also use scare tactics by making up issues about your property before they even assess your property. Wasted so much money, and my lawn is worse than when I started with them.

Dependable and professional services .

Multiple times they spray the front yard and do not bother to do the backyard. Thankfully I have cameras to back up my claims when I reach out. Weed control has been mostly effective. Time consuming to continuously have to complain and have them come back to complete the job correctly. Received a call that our yard had dollar spot and needed treatment. The tech came out and sprayed our front bushes but did nothing to our lawn.

Used lawn service to ensure weeds are not growing, grass is green and covers the yard. after almost 15 + months of service. had to say.. not satisfied. more patches with no grass, a mixed green / non green spaces, weeds popping up all over and I am ready to cancel going forward
