After being bought out by a huge corporation, I work there for 4 years And loved it until they got bought out and started telling the managers to stop treating the employees like people that its all about profit. They change products that are not as effective and majorly cut training

Emerald Lawns does a fabulous job on our lawn and shrubs every year. They always know what fertilizer needs to be put down. They setup their own service calls when needed. We have used Emerald Lawns for over 10 years and are very happy customers. Vincent is an excellent tech and always does a good job.

I had irrigation repair done on my lawn by Jake from Emerald. He was patient, professional and always had a smile on his face. This was a tedious hard job that was created by another company that did my landscaping. He didnt give up on making sure it was fixed properly. He is certainly an asset to this company. I definitly recommend Emerald Lawns. and especially Jake!

I was not here when work was done, but it looks good. Martin did the top dressing.

Technician was polite and efficient. His report said they were no issues with the lawn; however we still have some brown patch areas. With the freezing temperatures, I m sure the grass will go dormant and we can check the conditions next spring. I just didn t know if you continue to treat those areas with anything special. Thanks.

I have been getting yearly maintenance service from Emerald Lawns for our trees and grasses. I also get help from them from time to time when we have issues on our irrigation system. Brad helped us 3 times before throughout last 7 years but he moved to San Antonio; from this year, Jake helps us for our irrigation repairs and readjustment. Jake is (as Brad did) simply amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, and resolves all the issues quickly. He is very friendly and explains the necessary work, lays out the plan and executes. The price for these services has been very competitive and fair, when I need any irrigation service, I dont find anyone else and contact Emerald Lawns (Jake). Very happy to have them!

Theo Knock my door with a pump on his back 5 or so minutes later he was leaving I dont know what kind of services he was performing that it will take 5 minutes to complete. There has been other situations with other employees that do the same. They leave very quick Im not at home all the time nor I have time to supervise your employees but if I feel you are not doing what I hire you for Im just going to cancel the service. Again if what Theo or any other employee was doing takes him 5 minutes that is fine as long as the work is done.

I have been using Emerald service for 10 years for lawn service and used for plant service for 3years. They have been doing good work on plant fertilizing and pest control. I have not bothered by the bugs on my plants anymore and shrubs and other plants growing well . But the weed control seems not as good as previous years.

Emerald lawns always takes great care of my yard but today Hayden serviced my lawn and went above and beyond normal service but not only making observations and sharing them but adjusting things he could like adjusting the mulch around my trees and spading the root ball.

They keep your lawn looking nice. Summer treatment is especially valuable during times of heat and water restrictions. It kept my lawn looking nice. Here you can get fined by the HOA if you have weeds. My yard stays pretty weed-free. The only thing is when they have a new technician. One new guy sprayed my lawn in zig-zags. I had yellow dead grass zig-zag marks for over a month. Overall, they do a great job.

Our Emerald Lawn Technician, Terry Villarreal, came out recently and applied a round of the Root Zone Feeding for our trees and shrubs. As always he did a very thorough survey of all our landscape as he injected the deep root fertilizer. In addition, he examined the Vitex and Ligustrum that we had concerns about. At the end of the job he generated a detailed explanation of services, treatments and recommendations. Terry is very knowledgeable in all varieties of trees and plants and it give us peace of mind knowing that we can request him to come out at the first sign of any insect or disease issues. Another great job by Terry and Emerald Lawn!

They ENDLESSLY spam you with sales calls and if you call back it some lawn company from Washington. Don t be like me and regret giving them your phone number. Gage has serviced my account for awhile and he is very conscientious and observant. He suggested additional services as a prevention for a disease appearing in my yard and also service to help with the destructive armadillos. I would not have know that these services were available had he not knocked on my door and discussed with me. It s always nice to have a vendor that cares and goes the extra mile.

If I could give Emerald Lawns more stars I would. I had fought my lawn for a couple of years and was getting no where. Tech Mike Phipps is so awesome, my lawn was not responding like I thought it should. Mike came over and told he would get it green, he did just that and then some. I have never had a greener lawn than now! Mike is personable and so easy to talk to, he gives me good advice on what to do! You cant do better than having Emerald Lawns and Mike Phipps looking after your lawn!

Absolutely love Emerald Lawns! I ve been a customer for years and have always been treated with respect and care any time I have a question, concern, etc. The technicians are knowledgeable about what they are doing and do a great job talking to my kids, etc. when they are at the house. I am a customer for life!
