Terrible. Now, when they would come I was highly impressed. Fast, efficient. Then they simply...stopped coming. No email, no phone call. Emails get ignored. The front office staff made an effort, but nothing happened. Its honestly bizarre the discrepancy between the service itself and the organization of it. I can only assume they took on too much work and are now shedding it unceremoniously. So, this company is to avoid right now and for the future, as who knows if they would even return to your property?
This company sucks. I used them for a year and they would just skip my lawn all the time. One day they called and cancelled our services saying “we were not a good fit”. It had been over a month that they mowed so my yard looked crazy at that point. We called in three times asking when they would come out and they never called back. They also have a crazy billing system that is unpredictable and bill random amounts at a time. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Do you self a favor and call anyone else.
This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I booked them for every other week service. When it would rain, they would skip the week. It got to the point where they hadn’t mowed for two months. I would call and the would promise to come out but would never show up. Finally I started getting cited by the city. When I called to tell them that, they told me they were too far behind and I should just find someone else. So now I’ll have to pay a long grass fee that I shouldn’t have…stay away. They are too busy for you anyway.
These guys are so unreliable and unprofessional. Never had business with anyone like them! We should’ve listened to other reviewers. We hired them to mow our lawn on a weekly schedule. I told Casey since I have a lock on the gate he needs to message me the day before so I can unlock it. Almost every week I had to call Casey or his office to find out if they were going to come on a certain day due to lack of communication on their end. And yet, they still showed up unannounced several times. When it comes to billing, they charge for the service at the end of each month, and I was told the billing statement will be emailed to me. It didn’t. I had to call every month to ask for it. Eventually, they started skipping service and finally stopped coming all together without giving us a reason. Our numerous calls and texts to follow up were simply ignored. They are simply unprofessional and disrespectful of their customers. People need to be aware of their bad business practice.
I've had this crew come out a few years now to do one-time-cleanups in the fall. They have done an amazing job each time, saved me literally a weekends worth of work. The foreman is very professional and respectful. I'm very particular about my yard and he and his crew were very attentive to the details I laid out. They left my yard looking incredible. This crew is responsive, respectful, fast and very reasonably priced. I will definitely be hiring them on to do regular servicing. Hire these guys. You won't regret it.
I’m can’t tell you how nice it is to come home after work and see your yard looking amazing after being serviced by these guys. My last crew stopped servicing my area and never notified me. Things started to turn into a jungle. It’s a totally different yard now and I’m so happy to have this team setup for continuous service.
Augusta does a really good job not just cutting my lawn but removing leaves and just making my place look good. After the freeze I had a bunch of fallen branches in my yard and they removed them which was really unexpected and wonderful. Recently there was a mix up where our card on file was cancelled and we unknowingly fell behind on payment by several months. I called them in a panic because my house was going on the market, and after making payment they squeezed me onto the schedule the next day. I don't like paying for lawn maintenance but these folks make me feel good about it!
Casey and his team did an excellent job pruning my trees after this winter storm. He was knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly along with future care. His crew was great and fast, would highly recommend.
Augusta does a good job on my lawn. They leave it neat, trimmed, and clean. In addition, they show up on the designated day, or at least advise if they are delayed.
We had been customers of theres and they out of the blue stopped coming. Called to reinstate, still never came back

The crew actually showed up earlier than originally scheduled, which we appreciated, and did a great job of cleaning up our yard of all the broken tree limbs and other debris that remained after the recent ice storm. They were very thorough, professional and responsive to our needs. I would recommend them with no reservations.

Not sure what s going on with their scheduling team but I signed up back in March and I have had to recurrently call to get them to come out, they have not come out. When I call, I keep getting non answers of when they may come out and told they re gonna email me but never do. I have never had to do so much to get a service to come out. My grass is getting pretty tall and nothing from them, I will have to start looking for a different business ..

Nothing but professional. They do a fantastic job. My yard was pretty bad dead tree in front over grown bushes extensive weeds and Augusta came in and revived my yard. Hands down great service best pricing!

Possibly the most inept company I ve ever tried to do business with. After setting up an account during the winter, we contacted this office this spring to get a schedule set. Day after day we tried to set a schedule with no return calls whatsoever. We finally went with another company who actually returned calls and bothered to show up. Not sure how anyone can survive in business by being this incompetent.
Always behind schedule. Today I asked them to trim the hedges and they said that is not a service they provide. I said I need that service and will probably be looking for another company soon. The big fella suggested they could leave right now. So my prompt response was Get the hell out of here then. Not professional.
We are so pleased with this group! They cut our grass so it looks it s best, no scalping the edges, adjusting blade height to sod water needs, and taking care to avoid damage to landscaping shrubs. It s refreshing to deal with a person who responds to text/phone and shows up on regularly! We ve tried a couple Lawncare groups over the years and these people are pros. Thank you especially to Casey who is a wonderful person to work with.

I was initially impressed by Augusta Lawn Care services, but in the last year their service quality has gone down. They have increased their lawn mowing prices twice in the past few months and failed to provide an estimate for some other services despite calling them many times. They have labor shortage and quality control issues, which I think the company is not able to handle. And now I get an email, stating they will no longer provide service and having called their office was told that it was a spam email only to find out that they did cancel the service and I had to wait a whole month before finding it out. The reason was they do not think they are right fit. This is beyond reasoning when a customer is the one who is trying to work with a company and not the other way round. I feel that after jacking up the prices, this company is interested in servicing new customers with the high price deal. Very dissatisfied and disappointing service.
Got me on the schedule quickly and easily, and they did an excellent job.
First service was good back in September. I signed up for bi-weekly. it is almost mid November, I called the office because I havent received a single cut since and he tells me theyre way behind and that its too late get a cut because the season is over anyway. I was basically SOL. I cancelled any future service right then and there. Very poor service. UPDATE: The next morning Agusta called me up, explained it was a miscommunication and my lawn was cut within the hour. Good to see a company that cares to make things right.

Never showed up on the day promised. When contacted their office the next day was promised they will come out that afternoon. No showed AGAIN! I took 2 afternoons off to meet them at the house to secure our dogs. Loss of time and loss of PTO! Had high hope for this company too.
