Switched from another local company after a couple of years as their lawn care left me with thin, weak grass. They didn t seem to really care, just did what the office told them to do. After moving to Grass Catchers, and meeting with Tim, we came up with a plan, and now lush full lawn. It is not a leave it up to them service you have to do your part mow properly (right height!), and take advice on watering/etc but Tim and the team supporting Tim do the rest. 100% recommend I FINALLY have a lawn to be proud of

Our lawn is finally thick and lush and best of all no more grubs! We tried for years to take care of our lawn ourselves, but could never get the right mix and timing of fertilizer and/or seed to keep it healthy. About 4 years ago we had a grub infestation and thats when we called Tim. So glad we did, our lawn is beautiful and healthy and we havent had an issue with grubs since. All we do is cut it and Grass Catchers does the rest.

Started with Tim when I moved into this home. I was trying to sell my other homes and he gave me unique advice on all of them. This home had virtually no grass at all. Tim patiently told me what to buy, when to apply and we worked together to build a 3 summer plan. Miraculously my lawn now looks like a golf course- weed and bug free. Even when we have bad infestations of different things each year I remain relatively unaffected. For me, peace of mind is key and my lifestyle does not give me time to focus a lot on lawn maintenance. Having Tim and his team watch over it for me is invaluable. Early in the spring two spots on my front lawn were infested with grubs & the crows proceeded to tear up the turf in these two spots. I sent Tim pics of the two spots and he immediately responded asking me to correspond with my permission for Grass Catchers to apply target pest control on the two spots. After the pest control seeding I followed the directions (with pictures) that had been sent to me by Tim. Following the directions closely and making sure to water the 2 spots twice daily for 21 days I am very pleased with how my lawn looks. We had chinch bug a few years back and called Grass Catchers. They came and assessed our lawn. It was in pretty bad shape and educated us in what we needed to do to get it healthy again. To help save in costs they advised in what we can do on our own each year to keep it healthy while they apply the appropriate nutrients (not chemicals) that are needed. 3 years later we still work with them (yes ...they actually work with their customers not just tell them what they are going to do and then charge you). Our lawn is always commented on by our neighbors. Highly recommend this company.

Yesterday I noticed upon arriving home that the crows were eating our lawn. I lifted up the grass in the small area and noticed a grub. I posted to my Facebook and a friend suggested this company. I called left a voice mail and this morning the call was returned. The man spoke to me about team work and working together to tackle the issue and if we didnt work as a team he wouldnt work with me. (Time is valuable, I understand) I could go to other companies but wouldnt get what needed to be done properly but would with this company. I than asked about the cost in which he replied with You arent the customer for me. I dont need to look for customers they come to me so if your shopping prices than I wont work with you. I was honestly surprised with his response, told him that and he said he didnt mean to hurt my feelings ( shocked was all I was feeling) My feelings werent hurt I just thought it was extremely unprofessional. For future reference, when a customer calls and asks about pricing (doesnt mean they cant afford it) discuss with them how much, what it includes and what steps moving forward in the coming years will be because at the end of the day its the customer paying for your services out of their pocket your just helping them do the work.

Very Impressed by Results and Service My lawn was all weed and no grass. I thought I would have to tear it up and start all over. Tim did an excellent job explaining their process and the steps involved as well as my role in the project. Great company to deal with. Our lawn was toast in the spring and with Tim s help we had things swung around for our mid August wedding in our yard. We still have improvements to make next year but Tim was very upfront and honest about the fact that our lawn was going to need a couple seasons of proper care and maintenance to get to where we want to be. In the past we have been trying to get a decent lawn for over 10 years and have pretty much tried everything ourselves: seeding, sod, fertilizers, new soil, etc. We finally decided that we needed some extra guidance and a plan to follow.
