Urban Landscaping Ltd in Rothesay

Application of lime/fertilizer was very minimal and their customer service and communication was lacking. When I was dissatisfied with a service (seeding) and tried to come to a mutual resolution, they offered nothing but excuses. Will not be using this company again.

Bank resolved the issue and dispute comes in my favor. So I am Chaining this review. Thank you

I have used urban landscaping for everything from yearly lawncare, installation of a french drain, and most recently landscape work. Lorna and the team is great with communication and the projects always turn out much nicer than i even had pictured. Highly recommend urban landscaping.

Did an amazing job on front yard landscaping design, front walkway installation and new sod on our Douglas Ave property. Great communication. Reasonable pricing for the great quality of work. Highly recommend and will be using them again for future projects. T :)

Carol Anne from Urban Landscaping helped design and create our new build landscape(front, back, side yards, stone walkway, front steps, fire pit and hydro seeding).She drew up plans, took us to a rock quarry to pick out rocks and worked with us to create an outdoor space that we love. Carol Anne listened to our ideas and added in her professional opinion and ideas. The entire crew were such nice guys and worked so efficiently together. We highly recommend Urban Landscaping. We LOVE LOVE LOVE our space.

My mother had urban landscaping come by and they were to prune all the plants hedges bushes etc and add mulch . Also grass seed a 4x4 patch . They over charged my mom thousands of dollars and did barely no work .. . I refused to pay . They never wrote up a contract stating any work or price. My mom said it rained and they sat in their truck the entire time . The manager finally came by after 30 phone calls of bs! . To try and fix the situation and the ends result . If u want it done right doit yourself ! Here's my garden bed because not pruned properly and the branches pushed over the retaining wall etc . I fixed it myself . ! Dont waste your money people

They are very professional, accommodating, the results were better than anything I could imagine! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I guess I caught them at a bad time, end of season. Even with the work being scheduled for spring they obviously felt they didn't want to or need to be bothered exploring this opportunity further. They're response, give us a call in the spring and we can talk about it then... guess what, that AIN'T going to happen, EVER !
