Weedman service has been declining year after year.Every year my lawn was suffering from weed activity and the grass is not as healthy as it used to be. I used them for years and tried to work things out. They are also trying always to increase their prices. Horrible experience!.

I wanted to share my excellent experience with Weed Man and specifically Deanna Freeman. Before I made the decision to look into professional lawn service I asked around. My neighbor recommended Weed Man thank goodness. Within a short time my sad looking lawn was plush and green. Worth every penny and this will be my second year with them.

Since my last review, and terrible service and dealing with atrocious workers and staff The company has filed outstanding payments from services that I didn t approve or want, to a collection agency. Not only is all this documented and I have tried to cancel and dispute all the charges, and have confirmation they said they would do the services for free to try and gain me back into their contract services instead of cancelling. Such a horrible mistake for letting them on my property again.. now I have creditors calling and pursuing me for faulty outstanding charges. WARNING- DO NOT TRUST ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY. It will cost you more than you know. Original Review. I have been using Weedman for about 2 years. This past year has inevitably made it really easy to cancel my service with them. I wanted to cancel them after the first year but was talked back into using them even against my better judgement. Not only has the weeds been out of control throughout the entire year, and never actually gotten them under control and removed correctly, even after consecutive re-applications after each treatment, but the yard has completely died and turned everything brown by mid summer. There is also so much moss and patchy grass areas... Im not too sure they were even actually applying anything when serviced. Every time the yard was serviced... the service men would give me some lengthy story about all these additional services that my yard had to have. I was so tired and frustrated of all the upcharges and excuses as to why the yard still wasnt getting better. It was everything from additional soil needed, nutrients, mole problems, fire ants, two different diseases that were present, and finally other excuses as to why it was better to just trash the yard completely and start over for the next year in full. Absolutely Terrible company with NO reason they should still be in business. I have pictures of how the yard was so much better two years ago before they serviced my grass and how awful it looks now.

They have made the cancellation process incredibly difficult, almost impossible to complete. After numerous failed attempts to cancel, I ultimately had to cancel my credit card just to prevent them from continuing to charge me. Despite taking that step, they showed up at my home unannounced, and I had to ask them to leave. Now, even after all of this, they are still harassing me, demanding payment and claiming that my automated payment failed. Its becoming an ongoing nightmare, and they are refusing to stop.

Consistent and clear communication for over 8 years. The few service issues we have had have been resolved promptly. Our yard looks great and we appreciate all Weedman does to keep it that way.

Unreliable. Signed up for services a month ago and have yet to have services performed. I get robo text saying they are coming but no one shows. If you call you talk to a call center in the Philippines. (Except for a sales call!!!) I finally reached the manager, Devon, and he said he would personally see to it that my lawn was taken care of. No one showed again and told me to email him which I have and crickets. Do not rely on or trust this company! They have wasted a month of my time!

The Weedman lawn care have been more than satisfactory with their timely treatment recommendations and lawn care service. They keep in touch and update us whenever there is a certain type of disease or fungus that affects the yard. At the same time, they have flexible plans that fit my budget. No complaints. Pretty happy with service and results. Bailey B has done an excellent job managing my account.

Roswell location is bad but not sure about other locations. Always trying to up sell and the yard looks the same if I purchase the up sell or not. Then they just keep that service on the rotation. Impossible to cancel services then you get no sanctification with the dispute department. Then when retention calls they dont even try to retain you. Id rather pull weeds out with my teeth than use Weed man again!

I was customer for way too long. Rampant weed problems every year, observed techs not spraying the whole yard. Incessant calls to sell me more services when they couldnt even handle the weeds. Might walk my neighborhood later and take pics of the yards with Weed Man signs in them and all the weeds they have.

I ve had service with Weedman for the last 5 yrs; has always been consistent and reliable. Jeff recently serviced our lawn (8/3/24) and we had a great discussion about the health of my lawn; he mentioned how great my lawn looked and only had some minor recommendations to improve the more heavily shaded backyard area. Sergio and Gabe made a visit to discuss some minor issues I have with my yard and shrubbery. They were professional, knowledgeable, most courteous and polite. It was a pleasure to talk to them and to hear their advice regarding my concerns. They both said my issues would be immediately handled. Even Sergio gave me his mobile number and told me to call him whenever I had a problem. To me that is beyond the call of duty. These two gentlemen, Sergio and Gabe are the reason I continue to do business with Weed Man. I appreciate their customer service.

They show up and have lazy reps who barely do the job. Most of the time dont even walk the whole yard. Then argue with you when you call them about it, even when the cameras around the house have it all on video. They will also harass you with sales calls every week saying your lawn needs extra services. Cancelling this immediately and finding another local company.

My review is related to my initial interaction with Customer Service Rep Dianne Heard. I found Ms. Dianne to be very knowledgeable, detailed and professional without being pushy. She set expectations of everything I would encounter prior to my first Technician visit. Her communication and follow-up is consistent and she held my hand until the work actually started in my yard. I m very appreciative of Ms Dianne establishing trust and making transition to Weed Man Lawn Care rather easy.

Weed Man has been great as a company to me. Especially Estella who has personally helped me when I had lots of questions and needed some answers. Thank you Estella and Weed Man Lawn Care. BTW I have had multiple homes with them between my rentals and my personal residence.

We have been using Weed Man for over five years and our lawn looks great! They communicate very well and show up when scheduled. Jason has been very helpful with our most recent request to add on some services.

Be very careful with this company. They came and aerate my yard at 7:30 am and the neighbors thanked me. During the aeration I showed the Tech dollar spots fungus in the lawn and he said to add nitrogen to green up the yard. (Note: Never wrote it up or made a note in the file.) I asked about fertilizing the lawn after aeration and he someone would come in several weeks. Tried to email Kevin about the dollar spots and fertilizing the yard. No response. The next day I tried to call the company and played the waiting game for 20 minutes and they re disconnected. I called back and agin played the waiting and talked to an operator who knew nothing. He had Ron the office manager call me and he told me it would a week or so before anyone could come treat the yard. Asked to conceal the service and he refused by phone to do so. Had to email him to cancel the service. This company has a very unprofessional feel to it.

these guys are terrible. i paid for one application for my lawn and they did a terrible job. the crew spent less than 10mins applying weed killer on less than 100% of my lawn and charged me $65 which i paid. i called the corporate office and cancelled my quarterly weed application service. unbeknownst to me, the crew came out several months later and performed another treatment after i had cancelled their service. and they charged me for the 2nd application which i refused to pay. be careful, these guys do terrible jobs and they pretend that phone calls to cancel your application wasnt received!

I am extremely impressed with Weedman, especially Estella. She has been amazingly helpful, professional, courteous, and polite. ! I have been a customer for years, at my old place (and now my new home) The lawn has always looks fantastic and weed free. Not really sure how they do it, but it works!!

been taking care of my own weeds since i bought my house. wasn t perfect but.. it was done. this year i decided i would hire a professional to do even better. well that hasn t gone as planned. i paid for the year up front with weedman, perhaps this was my mistake. they came out for one visit, beginning of march. guy was there and gone within 5 minutes, didn t say hi.. no report, no hello, nothing. appeared to not even treat the whole yard when watching cameras. fine, whatever, let s fast forward. april beginning visit was cancelled Unfortunately due to vehicle/equipment issues - no one had ever came back, no follow up, no timely reschedule a week ago, end april, i sent in a request to call me regarding the almost two month lapse in treatment crickets . now i week later i have just gotten a letter from my HOA telling me to hand pull or treat my weeds .. i thought i paid someone to do that this year?!?! but maybe i m mistaken, then again the money is out of my bank account, smh. terrible look for a new customer, going to have to search elsewhere next year. won t be doing this again without some sort of acknowledgement of this debacle

Horrible company! I paid for a service in full and did not sign up for renewal. But guess what, they started charging me anyway. I NEVER asked for continued service, so they just try to steal from me and charge me for something I NEVER asked for!

Dont use them unless you want them to steal your money. Weeds were always an issue and then they continue service even when you paid for 1 year up front and NEVER ask for service after that. No one reads emails from a company that they paid for service up front, but yet they think that is an acceptable way of letting you know they will continue service and charge you for something you NEVER asked for.

Terrible customer care! Paid $210 this season to spray for all weeds including dallisgrass and poison ivy and they dont spray and wont refund for services not provided. Manager was rude on the phone and said NO refunds! I have email proof you said youd treat all poison ivy so youve been GIVEN PROOF but decided to still post that we have never stated that wed treat weeds that were not in the turf. Lies.

I am working with Markiss V. Moseley and I must say he is A MAN OF HIS WORD!!!! I was extremely displeased with one of the reps ryan. He was discourteous and rude. I had canceled my service. Mr. Mosley called me figured out the problem and corrected it. Made sure he was my only point of contact and got the job done. So not only will they be servicing this property but all that I own. STANDING OVATION TO YOU YOU MR. Moseley.

The worst lawn care service I have ever had. They are extremely rude and pompous. They tout coming back out as many times they have to but guess what, Unlimited Lawn Care and others Ive used only come out once. I paid the bill in full for a year, and EVERY SINGLE time, they came out, weeds mysteriously appeared, and I had to call them back out. Guess what though, its not very easy to get in touch with someone to have them come back out. I had to call 4 to 5 times after paid treatments to receive retreatments due to weeds that I did not have before. I also had to call back because one of their technicians burned my yard and lied about it saying it was chinch bugs. A supervisor came out and verified it was, in fact, burned by the last technician. I also complained to them because they constantly robocall you and when you answer no one says anything. I would definitely find another servicer for your lawn.

We are returning to Weedman for their service. Markiss was very kind and helpful. We will see how the lawn service goes,but I am hopeful.

I have been a loyal customer to weedman for over 5 years and never missed or been late on a payment. In October, I received a service and paid for it in full that day. I kept receiving notices that it was not paid. For months, I consistently called, emailed and used the texting service to try to get the issue resolved. I sent my bank statement to three different people including the manager proving my payment. I called my bank and they verified there was no issue with the payment. After months of receiving poor customer service, ignored emails and unreturned phone calls I decided to pay the bill a second time just to be finished with the constant notices that my account was overdue. After paying a second time for the same service and both payments clearing my bank I continued to receive notices that my account was overdue and was told that the second payment failed. I again verified with my bank that the second payment also cleared my account. After my years of being a loyal customer to weedman with no issues, I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed in the way I have been treated and the customer service I received.

Just hired Weed Man to spray my lawn and specifically asked that no weed killers of any kind to be sprayed on the backyard. I emphasized this numerous times with the salesman and was told that he had noted that in my account. Shockingly, on the first service, Weed Man did EXACTLY what I had specifically asked them not to do. And since they did that I will not be able to overseed this Spring! Weed Man, you blew it.

I am disappointed in the results of the lawn care and treatments that I have paid for. Weeds are still there grubs in soil and grass has areas that have started to die.

Totally regret hiring this company. First visit, the person spraying barely covered the yard. Called to question, they said they would come back out if I didnt see a difference. I let that go. Next visit, they destroyed my mailbox with their aerator. Cost me $150 to fix and they were zero help. I had to find a handyman. Still trying to get them to pay for it. Third visit, I got an email stating they serviced my yard. I was at home all day and knew no one had been there. Checked my cameras...nothing. Contacted them and they sent someone later that day to actually do it. This last service wiped out the first row of my flowers in my beds (see pic). Be very careful with this company. Just because they sent you an email saying your yard has been serviced does not mean they actually did anything. If they mess something up, they will not make up for it. They will also hit you up for additional services constantly. Much better options out there. Update 3/8/24: They did send me a check for my mailbox but offered no help fixing it. Thought I was finally done with this company. They showed up in Jan to spray. Thought it might just be one last treatment. Asked the kid if it was pre-emergent, he said no. That would be the next treatment... I receive a notice that I owe them money so I called. Apparently they auto-renew. I now owe them for pre-emergent treatment that was done in Jan (despite being told it was not pre-emergent). Added another pic showing how their treatment yellowed my grass. Notice what little area they actually treat (thankfully, or my entire yard would have been yellow). If you have cameras, watch them. You are lucky if they cover a small portion of your yard (especially true with backyard treatment).

Great service and people. Robert O is very knowledgeable and helpful, answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. Mosquito, Tree and Shrub , Lawn he knew it all ,and they service as well as he explained. Great job all around.

Complet rip off. They applied treatment to the wrong house not once but twice and still charged me. It took rwo weeks before they came back to the right address. They promote a John Deere fertilizer. John Deere doesnt make fertilizer. Save your money find someone else!!!

My experience with Weedman lawn care has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. Despite the end of the lawn care season, they have failed to cancel my contract as requested. Numerous attempts to reach out and resolve the issue have been met with indifference or empty promises. Their lack of communication and failure to honor customer requests reflect poorly on their professionalism and integrity. I cannot recommend Weedman to anyone seeking reliable and customer-focused lawn care services.

As a recent (June 2022) transplant from South Florida I was unsure how to maintain and care for a NW Georgia lawn. I requested service from Weed Man of Kennesaw hoping to have a soft lush lawn by Spring. After over $300 in treatments, my yard looks much worse. 6/23/2022 New Cust 2 for 1 application 8/9/2022 5- Fertilizer & Post Emergent Weed Control 9/6/2022 6- Fertilizer & Post Emergent Weed Control 10/6/2022 7- Pre & Post Emergent Weed Control 11/8/2022 8- Lime & Post Emergent Weed Control 7/29/2022 Core Aeration Of Bermuda/Zoysia 8/16/2022 5- Fertilizer & Post Emergent Weed Control --------------------------------- I called and cancelled my service and they suggested a supervisor come out to look at the yard to see what could be done to save the grass. A very nice gentleman came out who seemed knowledgeable, he suggested my best course of action would be to either seed or re-sod the yard since it was so patchy and there was so much clay exposed now. I received an invoice for services I did not request or authorize. I have cancelled the service 3 different times via phone and email, and asked that the invoice be written off/voided. Today (2.9.23) I received the same invoice, but now they are adding interest charges. Sorry, Weed Man, I will not be paying for services I cancelled and did not ask for.

Markiss M. gave a great sales rep pitch for WeedMan. I am hopeful that the new lawn service practices offered will keep me as a WeedMan client.

I DID NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Borderline harassment. I have asked MULTIPLE times to be removed from the call list after informing the company that I have gone with someone else. After blocking one phone number they continue to call from another.

I started my Weed Man service Fall 2022. Everything was fine the first two applications, but since then they has charged me once for coming out, but never came. Then I complained to John of Customer Service, he assured me I would receive service within 48 hours; two days later nobody showed again. Then I contacted John again, he apologized and stated I would be on the list for the next day (2/28) nobody did not come. I contacted John, he replied that the service tech ran out of solution. I told John discontinue my service, I will go with someone else, he asked to give Weed Man one more chance (3/1), THEY DID NOT SHOW!!! Weed Man is a horrible business and if you think otherwise, then WEED MAN could possibly be discriminatory. My advice dont deal with WEED MAN, and I am printing this review out and putting it on ALL of my subdivision home-owners doors. Weed Man is finished in my part of Georgia, believe me.

My lot looks the same paid in advance 350 $ and a year later my loan looks worse than before full of weeds. They additionally charged me 130$ without my consent pretending they haven t received 2 emails of cancellation I sent previously and they said they did 2 treatments for 130$ for what?! Not sure as I said my garden is full of weeds as before. Now I have to pay also HOA fee for weeds. Thank you for the tip off Weed Man.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Ysa Turqueza from Weedman Roswell. I called to find out about my service details and she went above and beyond just that request and took care of the entire years accounts for both my homes. She was able to find discounts and she all of this while being super courteous and friendly. One of the best reps Ive talked to, ever!

I have a big yard that I ve tried to professionally groom myself. Ever the competitor, I saw that my neighbors yard was looking better, so I inquired, and he told me that they use Weed Man. I called, and they came out and started treating my yard, and what an incredible difference, as you can see from the pic I attached. But for me, what was the kicker, was the intentional customer service from Ms. Estella Davis, who always calls to ask about my yard and how it is looking. C mon, how many people and/or companies call regularly to see how their products are working? This is not only raving fan service but complete service with a smile too. Grateful for the investment I made with Weed Man and their personal and professional investment in this homeowner.

I have been a customer of Weed Man for 8 months and have just cancelled my subscription. There have been several times where I have seen the application not performed on my entire yard and now that it s spring time my yard is littered with weeds. I saw better results when I took care of this myself. Mind you I am in no way a lawn care professional. When I called to cancel I was heavily sold to again to try and keep the subscription going. Instead of acknowledging the issue, I was just told I was confused and offered a free treatment.

I pulled up a free quote on their site ONE time, and they have not stopped harassing me since. I get multiple calls every week, multiple text messages, after asking them more than once to stop contacting me. I guess Im just going to block their number, but Im pretty sure theyve contacted me on more than one. At this point, Im going to use a competing (more expensive) service purely because of the shameless, constant harassment. Beware, DO NOT ENTER YOUR INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR A FREE QUOTE. You will regret it!

I hired Weed Man to get rid of a persistent weed. After several applications, these weeds are gone. Their prices are reasonable and they are very responsive to email, text, or phone calls.

Ashley answered the phone when I called on 04/13/23, she was quit professional, she listened to what I services I was specifically looking for and provide some constructive feedback along with a decent annual package I hope will be of added value once the services are rendered and we can see the results after the service applications.

This place is the worst. They want to keep upselling you on all these other services. DONT get me started on the amount of times they call you everyday. There is just as many weeds in the lawn as their was when they first started. They missed spots in the yard and when you get the free retreatments they either dont get out of the truck other than to put a sign in the yard or they dont even show up. I have cameras and I work from home so when talking to the retention department I could prove it but all they want to do is negotiate the rate of service instead of actually holding their people accountable to actually doing the service that is paid for. Super unprofessional company and cant even do the basics that is treating your lawn. Literally better off treating my lawn with roundup myself. Do yourself a favor and find anyone else. PS. I wouldnt believe the positive reviews that come from here as they give you credit on your account for every positive review you leave on various sites.

These guys are great! I spent 20 years trying to do it myself and then I met Markiss Mosely with Weedman. He gave me quick sound advice and asked me to give them 6 months to get the grass I wanted to take over the yard and to get rid of the dozens of different weeds that were abundant in my southern lawn. In one month my yard was what I had been trying to do for decades! The even better part is, its very affordable!!!! Give em a CALL!

Second time around with this company after seeing that Trugreen was no better. My first tenure lasted 6 years. The second one would have ended at 6 months if Brittney Ossenbaugh hadnt convinced me to give it one more shot. We will see how it goes. I was in better shape when i bought products from Lowes and did it myself. Nick and a couple of the field guys are the only reason im grading a 2 and not a well deserved 1. If the lawn improves i will gladly repost with pictures. To post now would be cruel to the company.

After using this company for seven months, we now have more weeds than when we hired them. You cannot call the Roswell office directly, you get routed to a call center in the Philippines. It would be wonderful to actually be able to speak to the person who runs the company. I received a voice mail from the GM who stated, it will take 2-3 years to correct this problem. Really? This after seven months of service? I cancelled this service. Oh, also note that on the last service application, the tech was on property working for 11 minutes. They were to treat over an acre of lawn... seems pretty fast to me. All noted on my Ring cameras. Ill hope to find a locally owned business who actually can kill weeds. It just doesnt seem that difficult.

I paid a good chunk up front to have them aerate my lawn and start doing monthly weed sprays. After 3 months, I havent seen a single improvement at all. They call me way too often trying to upsell me on other services they have, and when I called to cancel and told them Id be taking care of it myself, I was given snarky comments about how Id be unable to do any better without spending much more, and that theyd be waiting for me to come back. Totally unprofessional.

They will say anything to get you to sign up, then find reasons to charge you more for what they promised to do in the first place. Do not recommend

My lawn was doing very poorly the past a year and an half. This spring I decided to change the service to The Weed Man. Since the Weed Man took over the lawn care my front and back lawns look healthy. I m very happy with their quality work. Thank you Markiss for checking up.

I had to cancel all services with Weed Man of Roswell for multiple reasons. There have been instances, on camera, where the employee dispatched to service my yard did not spray any weed control on my property; he could visibly be seen just dragging the spray nozzle across the ground behind him as he spread fertilizer. Even when it appears weed control is sprayed, the weeds still remain just as vibrant as they were before Weed Man sprayed. They offer a free respray after so many days but it doesnt do any good. The reason, though, that I canceled is because they seem to lack the ability to shut the backyard gate. I have called multiple times to report this. We have a dog and the gate must remain closed at all times yet they dont seem to understand that so Im washing my hands of their services.

Worst company ever. They killed section of my relatively new Zoysia Grass. When I emailed them to discontinue service, they kept coming anyway AND billed me for the service. When I called, they said I had to speak to the manager/owner who was so surly and mean that I wrote a letter to the Franchisor complaining. Meanwhile, they sold my unpaid invoice to a collection agency to ding my credit EVEN THOUGH I CANCELLED IN WRITING. You can t stop them from coming because it s an outside lawn. You can t block them. They are a very shady business. When I informed my HOA, they shared stories of other people in my neighborhood, who had damage done to their lawns as well, who had similar outcomes. Avoid this company. The BBB complaints should have prevented me from using them.

We were looking for a reliable and cost-effective mosquito treatment company for our wooded yard, as we were planning to host a gathering over the weekend. Our next-door neighbor introduced WEEDMAN to us and we decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised by their customer attention and service. I filled up an online request, shortly Dianne called me back. She was very friendly and helpful. She explained their process in detail, and answered all my questions patiently. She also went above and beyond help to schedule the first treatment before the weekend. The technician who came to do the treatment was also very professional and courteous. The result was immediate and we were able to enjoy a wonderful weekend outdoors without much worries. I would refer this company to anyone who needs a mosquito treatment for their home or business!

Inept employees and unethical business practices. I only hired them because they did great originally on my parents yard. But the we re beyond disappointing for my home. Was not notified they were coming, they sprayed herbicide on my brand new sod, canceled my account with them (with proof from email confirming cancellation), they still showed up and still did treatment and charged me even though I CANCELED! Stay away from this company. They just want your money without care of the quality of work and will destroy your yard and won t take accountability for it.

We frequently get calls or visits from other providers trying to get us to switch, and he won t hear of it. He says they are the best around. We recently had an issue and I had to call the office. Stella was extremely helpful in solving our problem. She was efficient and kind. I would highly recommend this company.

Ive been in Atlanta for 3 years now. We did not start with Weedman at first because we had not heard good things. All I can say, is that I had gone through 2 other companies that were supposed to be good and they did not improve my lawn nor did they address the weed growth issue. I received a call from Markiss V. Moseley from Weedman, was told they had changed and to give them an opportunity. I decided to give them a chance. In the one year, I can say that my lawn does look better, the weeds are under control not gone but under control which was better then before. Markiss proved me with some discounts to try some additional services to help improve the lawn this fall and going into the winter. I have gone with his advice. I can say that Weedman service has improved the color and texture of my lawn, they are prompt to respond to my calls for questions or return service. I will continue to use them moving forward.

These people are criminals. Charged me multiple times for services not performed after I cancelled with them. Look at all the complaints on Better Business Bureau site. UPDATE- I did contact you as requested and no reply/no resolution. Exactly what I expected from this company

Ive been with Weed Man for about a year. Ive seen amazing progress in my front yard which is Bermuda, but we still have work to do on the backyard as it is fescue. My lawn was OVERGROWN with weeds. They set my expectation, so I wouldnt think my yard would be weed free after a few applications. Ashley W. provided me alternatives to help with my fungus issue. She also advised me what notch to set my lawnmower so I stop stressing out my grass . It may sound like a very small suggestion to some, but I didnt grow up cutting grass. Im going to get the aeration and overseeding shortly. Im excited to see what the spring will bring .

My old lawn service made little or no difference to how my yard looked. Weedman took over in April and all I can say is WOW. If you are like me, sometimes you wonder if a service came at all? Not with Weedman. The proof is in my yard 2.5 inches of gorgeous Bermuda! The service is fantastic Baily calls me and helps me make it even better and beyond my grass, now my hedges are getting complements too. Just try them and see for yourself!

They are friendly, responsive, and proactive... even calling to make sure I have been satisfied and/or interested in more enhancements. Devon Morris was so helpful and I appreciate the fact that they called me to follow up with their own work. Not many companies would bother taking that extra step!

This company would treat my neighbors yard and bill me. When they did treat my yard, the weeds never disappeared. After continuous complaints and hundreds of dollars spent, someone that actually knew what they were talking about identified the weeds that were in my yard and said what they were treating it with was all wrong. Absolute worst customer service and professionalism oh and if you need to talk to someone about you local yard care you will be sent to customer service in the Philippines! To top it off they sent me a bill for a property that service was cancelled at and the home was sold and then began reporting it on my credit for $46! Do not go with this company! Call turf masters!

We have been using Weedman for over 4 years now.They have great quality products that does the job quick and show up on the days they need to. If we ever have to reschedule they are quick to respond. Deanna freeman and our technician always make sure to answer our questions and give us knowledge on what needs to be done.

Ask yourself, why would you aerate two months in a row? Would you like a $250+ charge you didn t approve? The constant upsell and trying to get me to pay for services I didn t ask for is beyond annoying. Each time I deal with customer service, I m told they ll get back to me by the end of the day. It never happens. I wanted aeration, and ordered it. They came out in the hottest part of the summer and aerated. I only wanted ONE aeration. Good luck to anyone dealing with their billing department.

I contacted Weed Man for weed control, the weeds seemed to grow more after their treatment. After each visit they always seemed to find something else that needed to be done, at an additional cost of course. The technicians were never at my property for more than 5 or 10 minutes at a time, as evidenced by my exterior cameras. On multiple visits they never even entered the backyard to treat.

Very bad service they said they were coming out they were coming out I had more weed then when I first started out with them they said they were coming out they were coming out never got service but always got a bill but nobody came out my lawn looked horrible I had to hire another company do not use them my whole complex use them and fired them .

The service has definitely been helping my yard.

When I called Weed Man two years ago, my yard had 20 different kinds of weeds, and 4 different kinds of grasses... :-|. Today the weeds have all but disappeared, and weve narrowed it down to maybe two kinds of grass... :-). Honestly they all charge too much... :-) ...but if youre going to get a lawn fertilizer/weed control service, I would absolutely recommend Weed Man.

The moment we started using Weed Man, we noticed the difference in the amount of weeds in our yard. So much better. I had no need to pull them out myself anymore.

Never ever use these people!!!! They LIE and charge you for services I never received!!! Nick was the worse liar! They lie and charge you for nothing told me I had cinch worms then grubs wanted to charge me $500 to fix it. NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE WORSE LIATS IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have used Weedman for the past year. They are easy to work with and always making good recommendations to improve my lawn. Working Reps like Ashley who are friendly and willing to help was a pleasant surprised coming from another service provider the previous year. I look forward to continuing to work with WeedMan in the years to come.

My lawn is not 100% perfect. But I guess it will take some time. I still have a lot of weeds on my back yard. Everytime contact weed man by phone, everyone keeps saying different things over the phone. Hopefully Markiss can help me fix my problems.

I m new to Weed Man but I have to say communication is definitely not their strong suit. I get multiple messages from them and basically no way to respond. Should this situation not dramatically improve and soon I ll be looking for a new provider.

I hired weedman when my lawn was filled with full of weeds which was impossible to control it. Weedman helped my to getrid of weeds in 4 months. They are very professional. I recommend weedman.

After 5 years giving these guys untold amounts of money, they finally lost my patronage. They aerify fescue way too early. My back yard has been completely reduced to dirt yet again. Any attempt to work with them was a waste of time. They always want more money for the next treatment but never produce a decent product. I m told by my lawn care service they seeded and then sprayed pre emergent keeping the seeds from germination. Total incompetence!

Just talked to Stacy and renewed another year of service with weed man. They keep providing best service and price. My lawn looks better and better every year.

Weed Man charged for services they did not perform. I have attempted several times to resolve the issue. They replied that the technician did not perform the services on the date stated on the invoice but returned on a different date to perform the service. The service reported to be performed was seeding and aeriation. Something you wouldnt overlook. Also, I work from home and never saw them at my house. AND, we have security cameras which I have reviewed the footage on the date of the invoice and the subsequent date.....they were never here.

The last application of lime etc did not look they applied enough chemicals. He only applied a little bit. Very dissatisfied

New to the area with new sod. Devin Goodnight has been great- very professional and responsive. Overall, I am pleased so far with Weed Man s handling of my sod and results to date. Highly recommend over some of the other companies out there.

Nothing to say just ZERO STAR. By the way I stoped the services and still they send me bill. I call them and they keep sending new bill with more charges even the service is canceled.

I have never hired them. They keep sending me a bill that s not in my name to my address. I ve called and texted but they continue to send the bill. Over and over and over again despite me telling them I never hired them or received any service from them. So tired of this sham operation, I h ave reported it to consumer protection, the Attorney General and the Secretary of State.

Its not everyday when you get to know the person servicing your lawn, however today felt a little different. Julian, out of the Kennesaw, GA Office serviced my lawn in Canton and made me feel appreciated and in good hands moving forward. Julian saw me, approached me and introduce himself as my technician. He took the time to walk the property, assess and acknowledged the care he believe I had for my lawn. Furthermore, made recommendations for continued improvements and assured me he would do his best to represent Weed Man reputation and values. I found Julian to be a really nice guy and genuinely interested in doing well for his customers. It was refreshing to meet him today. Weed Man is obviously looking to employ, train and retain good people. Thank you.

Spring aeration was purchased but the service was not delivered on on the backyard because the malnourished sod appeared to be recently laid. Weed Man was contacted and rescheduled to return an aerate the backyard. It took Weed Man 2 months to return. Disease overtook a large section of the backyard that could have been prevented with aeration and guidance on watering. Sod needs to be replaced in dead sections of the back yard that was caused by the disease. The surrounding areas and front and side yards look good. They are greener and have less weeds than when we started the treatments. -update: WeedMan returned to aerate again and inspect the diseased area. Multiple treatments were done to salvage the majority of the backyard sod. There are still some dead sections but we are hoping aeration and over-seeding this year will fill those areas in.

Where do I start. I paid for the service after my best friends boyfriend asked me to try them out. I have a house in Roswell and my HOA is pretty strict. I asked them to call first. I have 3 French bulldogs one is a puppy. I wanted to make sure I had let them out for the morning before they sprayed because your pets can t be on the lawn for a while . This particular morning it was also raining or misting and wet. NO ONE CALLED . I just saw them and it was so early in the morning I had to run them across the street to the open field to go potty. Less my dogs get poisoned. I called my rep and I know he told them to hat happened. They completely acted like I was overreacting. 1.I love my dogs they are my children now that my children are grown. 2. They are 10k dogs. It s crazy I know but they are. They didn t respect my wishes. For a service I paid for. I called my rep and he told me how horrible they were there. They don t care about their reps. They don t pay them and they dont always have the right chemicals. And looking at the other comments and reviews now I know why. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR PLEASE USE ANYONE ELSE. Literally anyone else. Stay away from this office.
