I have been happy with Turf Master’s lawn service both at my office and my house for the past year. A Turf Master person calls and offers to do three and shrub service. Within a week of them spraying my trees, two recently planted Leland Cypress trees started turning brown. One of them eventually recovered while the other must be replaced. I called them two times before a specialist came out to say it is not their fault. Even after I explained to him that these trees were green for months and only started turning brown days after they treated them. Turf Master guy told me that we did not water them properly. Meanwhile my landscaper with 30 years’ experience was asking us not to over watered them.
Having used TurfMasters for over fifteen years and like all landscape / lawn treatment companies that apply their learned skills, knowledge and work ethic in support of growing and keeping their customer base, they also struggle with the day to day uncertainty of the un-predictable weather. Their customer's satisfaction depends substantially on the consistency of the day to day weather which at times is way beyond their control. Net, TurfMasters has done an outstanding job delivering on their commitment and communicating all that they can to minimize the impact of the weather.Their pricing, follow up and general customer support has been excellent.
Have tried several services with little to show. I've been using Turf Masters for 2 years and my yard is looking the best it has in years. They're great about coming out between services to address any issues.
Best Service i’ve had in years. They recovered my lawn and fixed what other company’s could not. Use them and expect results 90 days or less.
Our service has gotten worse the last few years and it is showing my lawn. The attached picture shows my side yard I share with my neighbor. Same Zoysia grass installed at same time about 7 years ago. Looked great until the last few years. Per the photo, on the left is my neighbors yard who doesn’t use Turfmasters and treats his lawn on his own if at all. The right side is my yard treated by Turfmaster. Pretty clear difference in results. Obviously, whatever Turfmasters is doing is not working. Time to find a different company. Thanks for killing my yard and costing me more money Turfmasters!
When we moved, Turf Masters is one provider we continued because we found them to be very good. I appreciate their proactivity. Recently, I received a call at work from the technician. He noticed I had laid down straw across part of my lawn. He was spraying weed killer and wanted to make sure I had not recently seeded my lawn as the weed killer would have stopped the germination. Luckily, the straw was just from some other trenching we had done, but I really appreciated this extra step taken.
Turfmaster has been treating my Grass, trees and shrubs, seeding and aerating and also fungicide for years, and I have a beautiful yard. They are very dependable and do a top-notch job. They are always accessible and very courteous and polite. they also have a wonderful telephone staff who are very friendly and accommodating. If ever a problem The management makes it a point to come to my house and assess the problem and deal with it. I truly appreciate them!!
I moved to TurfMasters two years ago after the company I was with for 10+ years burned up our backyard. They have been very good to work with (good customer service) but recently sent a poorly trained new worker to our house who burned up our backyard again... They have agreed to reseed this Fall but I get the pleasure of a 100% dead backyard all summer/fall now. So beware of the actual techs who come onsite - I think most lawn service companies are struggling with quality labor - and in this case, one poorly trained worker can do significant damage - it took us two years to get our backyard in good shape after last time. They are a reputable organization and have agreed to reseed this Fall at no cost but that is little consolation for the damage done. See the before/after pictures as to the damage done when a poorly trained tech is allowed onsite. And, no the fescue will not come back in the heat of summer with continued watering - this grass is dead, dead...
They RUINED our beautiful lawn in the front and backyard. Worst service of any lawn weed company we have ever had at any of our properties in GA!

Several results of my lawn care. are such that many of my neighbors have picked up them due to the fact that my lawn always looks so nice.

Ive had Turf Masters for over a year...and I still have weeds. To be honest, there are fewer weeds than when I treated myself. However, Im not a professional charging for a service. Needless to say, Im disappointed. Perhaps I will listen to Top Turf next time they call.

Ive been using their services for 2 years , on the second year something went wrong and they didnt come to my property for over 2 moths. My grass looks horrible. I called to cancel the services and they tried to give me 2 additional services for free, but last time they charged me for that. I just canceled my service. With some many lawn care services companies you should do a better job.
I have been so impressed with everyone of the technicians that have come to my home. Always tell us upon arriving that they are going to be in the yard working and explain what they are doing that day. I can truly say that everyone I have dealt with from Turf Masters has been a true professional.

I have had several different lawn fertilizing companies in my past. Turf Masters is above all of them. My lawn looks great. If an issue arises, they come out within a day or so. Very professional, reasonable and great at their job!

Hired to get rid of scale insects. Worked for almost a year and it s still on the plant. Spoke with a manager. He offered to have a free treatment service. What is the point when they were paid to do that for a year? How would a free repeat service call help in their minds?
STAY FAR FAR AWAY I WAS CHARGED FOR SERVICES THAT TOTALED 400 FOR ONE MONTH FROM 3 DIFFERENT BRANCHES OF THIS LOUSY COMPANY .. I WAS A SATISFIED CUSTOMER FOR 5 YEARS BUT SINCE 2021 THIS COMPANY HAS LOST ITS EXPERTISE AND IS IN NEED OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT CALLS BACK AND DOES NOT IGNORE THE CLIENT
We have used several companies since installing our emerald zoysia 2 years ago. Our lawn has never been better, even with our 110 lb dog running on it.. My father, who takes pride in his yard, constantly compliments the grass. Our dog also enjoys the signs left after treatment.
my previous turf company wasnt doing the job, i switched here & it was amazing from the 1st call. Staff is very detailed, professional, super responsive .and i love the followup calls after they treat your yard. been with them 3 weeks & my nutgrass & mosquitos are gone
