Barajas Core Aeration in Roswell

Hired this company 7/12/23 the guy and girl came out for a free estimate the day before a gave me a confirmed estimate. They started the yard as you can see in the photos ( great work) Then he sent the Lady to tell me that the price will be increased to 450$ with everything he claimed he has to pay $50 buck to dump and I had 3 jobs of dump . So $200 I’m dumping . So I tried to compromise. So I asked the guy can he finish our yard an we do the haul off he did not want to continue the work without him doing the haul off !!! ( That’s why you see bags of lawn clean up left) instead of the price he gave me when he came out $150 . They wanted me to pay $450 . Of course I didn’t accept the offer . The guy came to give me an estimate the day before work ! We agreed everything was confirmed !!!! I don’t like that he could have been straight forward an said hey lady this job is this amount instead of $150. I believe he wanted to lock us in for the job then up the price and left half of my yard looking a MESS! I told my mother a father about this guy a recommended him to them at first ! They ended up booking but when she stop by yesterday to see the work she instantly wanted to cancel for TODAY which they were scheduled. I reached back out after they left to see if they can reprice me to finish the other half of yard . No reply , left on seen ! .Please be aware . Small company and Sketchy ! The Lady was more professional than the Hispanic guy ! Not the look I expected for the Johns creek area!

Excellent service! Barajas did a same day aeration for my medium sized zoysia lawn in Roswell and I’m very happy with the results! The crew showed up at the promised time and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. Prices were very fair and the crew was friendly and professional. They made several passes on the lawn to ensure complete coverage and were very careful around my driveway, sidewalks, gardens, and sprinkler system.
