Poor communication unless they are trying to sell you services. No notice of service schedule, unresponsive website, unresponsive to emails, office phone hours only operate till 5pm. It became my problem I didnt connect with someone to discuss services before they arrived and left a bill. Be careful what you say during their sales calls as they will record them and use against you to bill as they please.

Slow response time

After 2yrs, they decided not to apply grub control. Now my front lawn is destroyed. My 2 calls for concern were ignored. 3rd call requesting a remedy was also ignored. Look for further for a more professional company.

Prior to using Natural Way Lawn & Tree my back yard was very weed filled and there were several areas where the grass was sparse. I began using their service towards the end of summer in 2022 and noticed changes already beginning. While continuing their service this year the sparse areas are gone. The grass is much fuller and greener. I plan to have Natural Way Lawn & Tree continue servicing my yard in the upcoming year.

I have used them for a couple years now. The first year I seen a new person almost every visit. Then the next year was a little better. My yard is finally looking like a yard. Wish someone would do a follow up call after visit to explain more in depth of what they are applying and what to expect. Not just put a two sentence comment that we have dogs and that they seen weeds.

I appreciated the sales rep taking the time to actually get to know the size of my yard rather than just lumping us into a generic plan. We did have a few weeds during the Summer and a strange burn spot later in the season which I wish someone from the company would have noticed and addressed, but overall our experience was positive.

The fertilizing does the job its supposed to do. However, I still have some lingering weeds and other type of grass issues which apparently isnt part of the program. Over the past couple of years, there were times that I had to call to remind them I wasnt serviced latestly, they said it was due to their lack of manpower. Anyway, their prices are competitive and will probably use them again.

I used Natural Way many years ago and stopped after they killed my lawn with a poor fertilizer application. Now they call me all the time to use them again. Today they called me 3 times back to back while i was in a meeting. I thought maybe it was an emergancy call from my childrens school or wife. No, it was a sales call to get me to use thier service again. So glad I had to excuse myself from a very important meeting to take that call.

Weve hired Natural Way, 4 years in a row. 1. Competive pricing with packaging bundles 2. Responsive customer care 3. Our tech this year (2022) A mature and wise fellow. Instead of pulling out the big machine during 60 degree weather with soggy and soft grass he decided to walk our property and spread the treatment walking and using a hand spreader. I certainly appreciate him going over and above and truly going the extra mile. Im sure with this warm saw spring the four-wheel motorized spreader would have definitely left its mark on my lawn. Im thankful that this seasons Tech was an out-of-the-box thinker and I go getter, sparing my lawn any damage

This company is a joke they serviced my lawn this morning no warning that they were coming left the gates wide open my dogs got out had to go out and find them thankfully I had put air tags on them and I could locate them but when I called she didn t even offer to wave the bill saying she couldn t do it all in all don t recommend them been bad since day one

This place is absolutely horrible. They do not pay attention at all. When I scheduled my aeration and weed control, I told them to only do my front and not my backyard because I have dog that plays in my backyard and I have several gardens where I grow food. Twice (once to aerate and once to fertilize) they came and did my back even after I told them after the first time not too. They said they would make a note. Now my dog can t play in the backyard and I cannot eat my garden produce because they spread poison throughout my backyard. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY CANNOT LISTEN TO SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS AND WILL PUT YOUR DOG AND FOOD IN HARMS WAY!

I am pleased except when I had a problem with my lawn it was another treatment - and another charge. They had been doing my lawn since March so I should not have had a problem. Natural Way is a great company! Most workers are very attentive and blow the fertilizer off sidewalks when done. Very responsive if there is problem. Also they walk our applications on our grass, and don t mind.

This place is horrible, they constantly missed going into my back yard to fertilize it. When you call they always want to send someone back out. Great but enough us enough, why don t they do the job right in the first place. Can t imagine how many other people get cheated on there service who don t catch it. This company scams people.

Nothing but praise for this company. I was previously using Scotts Lawn Care but they were sold to TruGreen and I was not happy with there Trugreen services. After searching on Angies List website saw the great reviews for Natural Way and gave them a shot. I have been using for 2 years and my lawn has never looked this good. In addition, they also provide tree and shrub services with certified professionals which I utilized to give me great tips to help improve my tree which were having issues.

Services compared to past years has really gone down hill. They used to call and let us know when they are coming out. We have a dog and it s nice to clean up his toys and refuse before the fertilizer company. This year we have had all new people. One guy through a cigarette butt right in front of me in the front of my house. I never had to bother the guy last year. He said there were notes in his computer that says do not fertilize the vegetable garden area. This year I asked but no one listened. I also asked if we could get that courtesy phone call last last years so I can have toys and dog poop picked up. They guy told me he doesn t mind the dog poop because he drives all over it. And I thought to myself yeah and push it all over my back yard. Last application our backyard was flooded from the rain. It didn t stop them from going back there and giving us burn outs in the grass and tearing it up. There was at least 2 or 3 tear ups from their orv. Dog toys rode over with fertilizer and squashed poop in parts of the backyard feomthem running over it. And fertilizer specks in my food garden beds. And yes I do eat right from the garden or did. Thanks. This company went from friendly and hard working to just give me your money and I ll find someone off the street to fertilize. Please I hope you did right and took me off your final call back list. The service was expensive and seemed like every application I had to stress when they were coming so I could have the lawn ready to go. If you call the office, the customer service is great. But it s the actual work being done that needs to be improved greatly. I m feelingenerous with an extra star.
