I hired Lawn Care Up to aerate and overseed my backyard, as well as provide ongoing lawn maintenance, including pest treatment and keeping my yard green and healthy. From the start, their communication has been excellent. They answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the process, which really put me at ease. The technician who came for the initial aeration and overseeding was punctual and professional. He did a fantastic job and took the time to explain what he was doing and what to expect. I’m already impressed with their service and look forward to seeing the long-term results. Highly recommend based on this first visit and initial communication!

We switched to Lawn Care Up not quite a year ago. We thought that the environmental and noise benefits of electric blowers would justify their more expensive service. The quality of the service at first was hit and miss, but the service has been very good during the last 3-4 months. Pedro, in particular, has done a very good job. Our main concern now is that our service has been switched from Friday to Tuesday. When Midtown street leaf pickup begins in the winter, Tuesday probably will no longer work for us (and our neighbors) because it will leave piles of leaves in our street for days making already scarce parking even more difficult.
Iggy provided me with a lot of great information and advice on doing my own sprinkler coverage prior to additional work their company was doing. It was obvious he cared and wants my lawn to make a 180 and look great.

Were prompt, friendly and efficient with yard cleanup and were willing to do a one time job. I appreciate they didn't try a hard sell for other services. Not 5 stars because they were supposed to fill the green bin with 2 piles of cut grass but instead filled the grey bin. And the patio was left in a mess. But they were prompt in returning and finishing the work so I gave them 5 stars.
Today (Jan 2 2025) I had whoever was in the T1 truck. No name was mentioned but the did a great job.

I had Lawn Care Up keep up on the front yard. They did a good job and overall happy with the service. They came by 2x times a month and any time I had to call or ask about anything they were quick to respond.
