They asked where I lived, & I said Harrison Township. $85 to blow out/winterize 8 zones, ridiculous. UPDATE: Theres not a whole lot of expertise that goes into this process. I any case, there are a LOT of people out there that will do it for less.

I am leaving a very late review from October. Michael B came to winterize our sprinklers. He checked all my sprinkler heads as he was turning off the system and blowing out the water for the winter. This is the third time that Michael B has come to my house , he is fantastic!

The problem I had was excessive water noise from inside the house. Shaun and his partner Came up with a restriction in the pipe. It was discovered the the main shutoff valve of the vacuum breaker was only open about 3/8 . Replaced vacuum breaker and both shutoff valves. Problem solved. Great work guys. I would recommend Lakeside lighting and irrigation for your irrigation system maintenance and repair.

My flagpole light went out. Obvious I needed a new one. Kyle came out on Tuesday to discuss what I needed done. Keenan and Scott came out and Wednesday and my flag will be lit up at night....yeah!! This company is the BEST. ALSO, all the people who come out to treat my lawn all summer..... TREMENDOUS!!!!!

They blew out the sprinkler lines and winterized them. It would have been helpful if Devon had come out originally it was determined there is no sprinkler head in the location where the water is sitting.

I have had a great experience with Lakeside Lighting & Irrigation. I had a full property sprinkler installation and am very pleased with the results. They have been so attentive to every detail starting from the quote all the way until the end. When Kyle came to give a quote he was amazing at explaining all the different aspects of a sprinkler system which was so helpful as I knew almost nothing about it. Then again, after installation, Doug walked me through every step of setting up the system on my phone and gave me advice on how to use the system. I highly recommend this service!

Horrible customer service. When Lakeside came out to our property to turn off the water valves for the winter season, they failed to turn them off Properly leading to the Valves bursting! Then when it came time to turn the water back on in the following season, they wanted to charge us for a new valve and they were the reason the valve was broken in the first place. The manager was very rude and offered no sort of accountability or accommodation what so ever. We will no longer use this company.

While they installed several amazing lighting fixtures that make my house shine, their service department lacks communication. I ve been calling for over a week to try and get an answer. A light has gone out and they said they d come back with the proper equipment to replace the wiring. I gave two stars for the look of the lights and NO stars for their service department.

He is an excellent person and very polite. It just sucks he hit two different wires in the ground that cost time and money and with no internet/cable for Memorial Weekend. We will see how Lakeside handles this one.

Just had Mike and Jason to my home to replace the ball valve for my sprinklers and turn them on. They did a good job in a short amount of time .

Sean did a magnificent job, He spent time and was so thorough. He found a leak that no one else had discovered. My water bills were exorbitant and now I know the reason. Give him a bonus!!

Kyle arrived at my house on time, put shoe covering on before entering and greeted me with a friendly, warm smile. He spent quality time answering all of my questions, he shared pictures of similar homes with beautiful lighting that Lakeside Lighting had installed and he gave me addresses to drive by and view the work. He explained the process in a way that I could understand and he was very respectful of my budget and worked with me until I was comfortable with the final estimate. I can honestly say my time with Kyle was extremely enjoyable! I m looking forward to many years of enjoying my professionally lit yard!

Great service. Only one complaint... I made an appointment and had to cancel because the service tech was running late. I had made plans with my work to change my lunch break, and then had to go back to my boss to change it again. The techs were able to come out the next day and did the work quickly and efficiently. If not for the delay and cancellation, they would definitely get 5 stars from me.
