He showed up in flip flops. Has un professional employees and they have no idea of respect when it comes to damaging your property. Neither service or construction are adequate enough to call themselves professional landscapers.

The company maintenance people arrive at about the same time each Friday. If I ask them to do something they complete the job efficiently and professionally.

I have been extremely pleased with the job Olympus Pointe does. Some weeks months of course are always bigger than others but week in and week out they take the time make it perfect.

I recently used Olympus Pointe for some concrete work and had a fantastic experience. Kevin is probably the nicest and most polite contractor you will ever meet. He was prompt, professional and very clear about what they needed to do to complete the work needed. He also was very fair with his bid and when we needed to pivot due to unforeseen circumstances, actually lowered the bid price! The team that showed up to completed the work, led by Jose, was phenomenal. Everything was completed exactly as we discussed and the communication between them and us could not have been better. I like to be kept up to date on what is going on and that was done at every step along the way. Very happy and actually wish I had more for them to do!

Best Landscape Company in Roseville

We have used them for about two months for weekly lawn care. The guys that come are pleasant enough, but missing important parts of lawn service. They arrived today with a lawnmower with a large whole in the bag, meant to catch the grass clippings. Loose grass clippings were left all over the place. They blew the loose grass clippings in between the walkways and the grass (were you edge). There was so much clippings , that when they blew the grass and leaves a lot ended up in our pool. Trimmed most hedges really well, but not close enough. In the past I have asked them to pick up all the leaves while cutting the grass or raking up the leaves, but ended up leaving before I could see what they had been asked to do. They blow a lot of the grass clipping and leaves under the bushes to hide them and not have to pick them up. One of the biggest problems we have with the company is the owners response to phone calls and emails. My wife and I have called Kevin no less than 8 times and he has never called us back. Kevin comes in and talks a good story. Gets you to sign this contract with a 30 day out clause. He doesnt bother to tell you how bad the service will be. I guess the lack of response, shows he does not care about the business. My thought is: 1. lack of response. 2. broken equipment 3. lack of care for the customer property. 4. the lawn guys do not know how to take care of the lawns (not trained)

They were very knowledgeable and creative. They backed up the work they did for us. We were very satisfied. They did our back yard and front yard.

Nightmare! My 90 year old friend, Denise, just had a horrible experience. Her credit card was billed July 1, Kevin failed to show for two work appointments with no call to let her know. The first he said he forgot. So she waited a second time. Numerous calls to their office went unanswered. She hasnt slept in days. Saturday the 12th she sent a letter cancelling the contract. I guess he got it because he showed up today, the 14th. No apology. Who treats little old ladies like this? Well be hiring someone dependable.

I agree with the previous review that they only have the capability of mowing lawns. he is all about talking, but couldt live up to his words. wish we hired another contractor for our project. would not recommend

This company represents themselves as a do all landscaping company but they are truly just a lawn-mowing service, and not a very good one. The person I originally spoke with (Owner/Manager) told me back in July 2018, that he would cut down a dead tree and remove the stump, that never happened, I cut down the tree and still have to remove the stump. He represented the company as something much more than what actually it is. There are still two sprinkler heads that have needed to be replaced for two months. One of your employees marked them with flags and never did anything. The tree beds in the backyard are never rakes, the debris piles up. I call the office and no one ever answer the phone. I leave messages and never get a reply. I have done them myself much of the work myself. It seems that your company is long on promises but short on performance.

BEWARE- run away from this guy as fast as you can, because he will try to rip you off throughout the whole process. I really wish there was a zero star, and this is actually my first time writing a review. Before signing our contract, I had clearly specified my design and requirements to this Kevin guy. I even showed him an illustration despite the fact that our project was very simple- a square lawn with retaining walls on the sides, plus some concrete job around the house. And he took notes and measurements at least four times and promised he had fully understand my concerns. We agreed on his bid price and signed the contract. After us paying our deposit and first payment, he started his bait and switch trick. At first we found he marked our square lawn into a much smaller round shape before installing the sod one morning. I tried to reach him for a whole day, but was told he wasnt available. Then by the end of the day we were told by the site supervisor guy Martin that another payment of three thousands was due or the work would be ceased for two weeks. The next day Kevin emailed me saying the sod area was round and the measurements taken by HIM was shorter on the contract. How could this be possible??? I had never paid for or requested any of his designing ideas. And it was HIS job to take the measurements correctly. Then we were told to pay for the extra area of sod, which was 728 sq ft. After I questioned him he changed it to 428 sq ft. I requested a remeasurement while I was at the scene, and the actual area turned out to be only 292 sq ft. Even after we agreed to pay for the extra sod, the same thing happened again to the retaining wall. After getting my third payment which valued much more than the work he had done, he made my wall shorter than my design, and the Martin guy asked for extra payments for extra length. Again Kevin was un-reachable by phone call the whole day. I wouldnt agree on paying any extras then he terminated the contract while wouldnt give me back my remaining balance. He also told me the wall he had done was 180 sq ft, then he changed the number to 216 sq ft, while the actual measurement was only 140 sq ft. The work he claimed as finished was also bad quality with sharp corners and rebars sticking out, which is a big safety hazard for our kid. Watch out for this guy because he will trick you into this bait and switch trap. After signing the contract he will always make up false measurements and find ways to ask for extra payments. Now I understand why he always asked for advanced payments which values more than what they had done. Because in this way he could rip people off the way he wanted or find an excuse to terminate the contract and keep your remaining balance. Im filing claims against him for holding my remaining balance while leaving the job with big potential safety hazard. All the data cited can be backed up by our email/ text history.
